Location was recommended on Next door app. I arrived thinking I would have to make an appt. My rear windows on my truck were off track. Bad Business indeed.I was told to show up at 8am.I showed up 10 minutes prior to have to wait 10 minutes past the time we agreed on. Nobody showed up at 8. Bad Business!

I bought a water pump from an auto parts store and had California Auto install it on my 2012 Chrysler 300. They only charged $120.00. They were professional and the install was fast.The only thing I wish they would do is get rid of all the junk cars that are sitting in their lot.

Very poor customer service, I was told to bring car in regarding my concern, an I did at the time an day they said, yet just to be turned away, all they can say is no they can't help me. Not professional at all.
