Just dropped off my car the 24th of January and it was done that following Wednesday the31st. They were informative and very nice even buffed out my other headlight to match the new one. And helped carry bags from rental too other car. Car looks like new. My second time using caliber once up north in Philly and now here and both were exceptional!! Before and after below

Austin and his team exceeded my expectations. Austin communicated with me everyday, keeping me informed about the status of the repairs for my vehicle. I was very pleased with the customer service that was provided. My car was ready for pickup a week earlier than the promised date. 10/10 Customer Service. I would recommend anyone to bring their vehicle to this location for repairs. Thank you to Austin and his team for everything! You all are amazing!!

Caliber Collision/Morrow, GA - Mt. Zion Rd, met my expectations with quality work performed on my vehicle, in conjunction with absolute courtesy, and professionalism. My experience was not great. For one I started out with the service tech, Cory. Who was horrible by the way. He never reached out to give me updates but was constantly pushing my pick up dates back. He had my car for an entire month claiming he was still waiting on parts but when he finally reached out it was to tell me that he was being moved to another location. They then transferred my car over the service tech, Shelby. Shelby was great, when she first called me, all of a sudden my car had all of the parts. She did her best in reaching out and keeping me updated although I still had to reach out, maybe once. As we got closer to the end of the repair, they had to order another part because the FIRST TECHNICIAN ordered the incorrect part. They had my car for the entirety of 2 months, a few days short. Overall, I m just happy to finally have my car back and I appreciate Shelby for getting my car back to me as fast as she could.

I have had the absolute pleasure of meeting a great team over at Caliber Collision, in Morrow, GA, specifically, the Estimator, Cory Davis, who was professional, knowledgeable and a sharp guy! He handled business and immediately went to work on my vehicle. He answered ALL of my questions, provided additional, pertinent information (even the Pre-scan Report to support my inquiries), and he ensured my experience was TOP NOTCH! I was overall, very pleased with my experience and the outcome of my vehicle and will recommend this business to all I know! From the initial scheduling for repairs to picking up my vehicle, the staff at Caliber Collision provided exceptional customer service. They made sure my rental from enterprise was notified of my arrival to drop my vehicle off and all. Shout out to Corey! Corey kept me up to date on the process and had my vehicle ready before the projected deadline. I highly recommend this location!

The experience at Caliber Collision on 6830 Gateway East Blvd, El Paso, Tx. was great! They made the whole process easy and fast. As soon as you walked in, it was a friendly environment. They answered all my questions, explained everything through and gaved me updated about my car, witch I appreciated very much. The final product of my car was perfect, everything was in tact! Also I was a little concerned with leaving some belongings in my car but nothing went missing from my car.As if nothing had happened. If anything were to happened to my car or anyone I know I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision! The staff was friendly, had great attitude, were productive and made me feel safe. Thank you guys!

Great staff, professional, and they tried to repair my car in a timely manner great Job.. Ms Shelby keep me updated on the time frame, and where and how the repairs was being done, via phone or text... The only issue I had, was they painted the front bumper on the, side of the damage, but not the entire bumper, so it looks new on one side, but the other looks old lol.. But out side of that, they did a out standing job love it....

I had a rim from the accident get cracked and they couldn t find a replacement so they just waited till the day I picked up the car to tell me. I had to find it myself. I also had 2 things go missing from my vehicle and they said they would replace it and it s been 2 weeks and I still haven t received it. Would not recommend if they don t have good organizational skills to put things back in cars or have workers take things from customers cars.

The repair was good, mostly.A couple of issues; the new headlight was not aimed and was shining just a few feet in front of the car. I made the adjustment to correct that issue.The second issue is with the Ambient Air Temperature Sensor not working properly. I ordered the part and took the car back where Marshall attempted to install the part. When he realized it might require removing the bumper, he stopped and decided there was nothing wrong with the sensor because the check engine light was not on. And he was a certified professional, didn t matter that it worked, briefly, when started then fluctuates.I will give him credit for looking at the problem.I was so sure he would resolve the issue that I prematurely submitted a glowing review that anticipated a complete repair.I will continue to seek the repair elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

I had to have repairs because someone hit me. I had to use the person that hit me, their insurance repair shop, otherwise the insurance company wouldn t pay for me total repairs. I was pleased with their repairs, thus far.

Everyone was very respectful and super helpful, very polite and went out of their way to take care of my needs. Make sure that I got informed of all updates in a timely manner and made sure that I receive my car back within the time as expected. This place was awesome. As soon as you go in, they tell you the expected timeframe when it will be fixed and update you daily by text on the process. Staff was super friendly. Then when you finally pick up your ride, it looks amazing. Better than how I remember my vehicle looking. Looks brand spanking new now. It took about a month to complete the repairs on my vehicle. I called at least weekly for updates and was provided with a completion date, but it was not ready when they said it would be. While they had my car, I received notification that someone drove my car on I-75 in excess of 75 miles per hour - TWICE! I still don t know why that happened, and I was never provided with an explanation. In addition, the running board was not reattached properly and I had to return for that repair, after they had kept it almost a month. Also, when I dropped off the vehicle, it had almost a full tank of gas. I was charged more than $32 because I was told they had to fill up the tank to test something. Perhaps if someone had not been speeding on the highway, twice, I would not have had to pay that amount for gas.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my vehicle here after I was rear ended. I went based off the reviews and the fact that this is a very distinguished company. Got my car back only to find items missing as well as them using a broken trunk instead of a new one as they claimed. They used my damaged trunk instead of getting a new one as they charged. With recent rain, discovered water is now getting inside my so called repaired vehicle
