I was looking for a used EV and found BMW of El Paso on a Google search. The car I was interested in was no longer available when I visited but Manuel D�az helped me with a similar car that was in stock. He was very patient and answered all my questions without any high pressure tactics. I decided to move forward after a test drive and he helped me through the application and got me an amazing deal. Sam Ibarra in the service department provided top notch care for my new (used) vehicle despite it not being a BMW. Thank you Manuel and Sam for such a wonderful experience.

Great service experience. I set my appointment through the app 2 days in advance for maintenance and when I arrived, it was quick and easy drop off. They didn't have any loaner vehicles at the time, but my service advisor Ana kindly provided me with Uber rides from and to the dealership as needed. Pick up was also really simple. Only feedback I have is that after they washed my car, I wish they would have cleaned the rims a bit better. But the wash was free so I can't complain too much.

Have had to take my BMW to the shop a couple of times. Heidi in Service is always pleasant and very helpful and Andrew has also been wonderful and is very knowledgeable . I also had the pleasure of meeting with the BMW Genius David who really knows every bell and whistle in BMW s. Everyone there is has been very courteous and pleasant to deal with.

Very pleased with the Service Department. Staff is cheerful and courteous. They keep you continually updated on the progress of your service via text and email to include videos. I waited in the lobby. Comfortable chairs, coffee, water, snacks are available. Vehicle was washed and vacuumed before return. My thanks to all! .

I worked with Alex Chavira. Through phone calls and texts, we discussed the price of a vehicle and I got an offer I could not refuse. I went to the dealership and met Alex. The price that was discussed through phone calls and texts was the same. I appreciate that he was up front with the pricing. There was no bait and switch tactics. I highly recommend anyone to work with Alex.

Dropped off my car for service at the BMW in El Paso, TX. Very attentive service managers! I was taken care of by Alex who kept me well informed of my vehicle status, costs and other recommendations! I was very impressed with the VIP service given here and the outstanding and friendly staff!

Have had a great experiences in the past. This time around I acquired about a buying another car, gave all my information and I never received a call back after numerous attempts to reach the salesman. Not sure why my business is not wanted but it kinda left me bummed out because I love bmws

Carlos in the service department was absolutely great. Great communication, great service, and very professional. The type of work my suv needed would ve taken at least 2-3 days anywhere else. Carlos got his team to do it in 8 hrs. Absolutely fantastic.

Highly recommend if you are looking for clean used car BMW El Paso is the place. Used car sales Manager George Salas and Sales person Oscar Bull made our buying experience very pleasant and easy. Mr. Salas and Oscar treated my son with the utmost respect for his Airforce service.When above and beyond to secure items we needed for our Bronco.Thank you for your professionalism and excellent customer service.

I m a returning customer and I sent in an application to purchase a used vehicle for my 16 year old. I wasn t trying to get anything expensive since it s a starter car the one we wanted was a 2016 with about 80k miles. The sales rep told me we wouldn t qualify for 0 down on that one due to the year and mileage and proceeded to send me other vehicles we would qualify for which of course were slightly more expensive than the one we wanted, I asked how much we would need to pay for down payment to qualify and ignored my question. One the vehicles we qualified for was a 2016 with over 110k miles. When I questioned why we would qualify for this one but the not one we were interested in the sales man replied with well in my experience those are not good vehicles after they have more than 70k but whatever you d like! Then he followed up with another text saying that there was someone there already that was going to purchase the vehicle we wanted but that we could stop by to see any of the other vehicles he sent us. I told him to let me know if the sale didn t go through because we were interested only in that specific model and he said Sure this was 4 days ago and the vehicle we wanted is still available. A sale is a sale and we wanted to go through with the purchase but this salesman seemed like he didn t want to help us or sell us this car. Super disappointed.

As a BMW owner and driver since the early 2000s, I have always admired BMW. Fast forward, I only drive BMWs and really appreciate the services and world class experience the service shop provide. One thing I will say about this shop in particular is they work to get it right and I realize that no one is perfect. Thank-you for the renowned experience and continued excellent customer service. I also appreciate the complimentary breakfast with the service savings on the weekends and Thankyou for extending the services to the weekend, which serves as a huge convenience for the working class.V/rBMW4Life

BMW of el paso has to have the worst customer I've ever encountered at any dealership. Two months to have my car fixed and no courtesy calls to give me updates. I had to call and nag them weekly. They don't answer the phone, everyone just passes the ball to the next unhelpful employee. Finally got my vehicle back. I then go to get a tire and they just hand me the new tire and just literally hand it over no plastic wrap or anything. I had a appointment to have it installed and it's a two hour wait. I just took the tire and had it installed somewhere else. Nobody stopped me and said no please allow us to install it. Nothing. I expected better from bmw , honestly better service is given at Ford!Beautiful vehicle but hands down the worst customer service!!!I only gave a one star because I had to otherwise I wouldn't have.

Caution when servicing your diesel BMW. I had my car serviced at BMW El Paso to fix the recent diesel recall for the X5. The service seemed straightforward but come to find out the lines weren t put back correctly. My vehicle was so badly damaged from this that in less than 6 weeks the lines became completely corroded and my vehicle wasn t drivable. I wasn t able to drive it back to the dealership because it was gushing coolant and oil. It cost over $2000 to repair their lazy work. Never returning! Yes the original service details outlined the work on the lines that became corroded. I never expected shoddy work from BMW.

Poor!Waited almost three hours for an oil change. After two and a half hours of waiting went and ask about the hold up and was told my car was in the car wash already; so 30 minutes later I was told my car was finally ready. Then I found out it was not washed nor clean and grease spots left in the interior and hood of my 2023 BMW. Really sad and disappointing experience.

Service advisor was slow to get me out. My car was pulled up and ready to go, I waited a while and when I asked if my car was ready, I was told they needed to do the paperwork. I had been there for 3 1/2 hours, ready to go, so it seemed to take forever! All the worked was done as promised

Went to look at an x3m competition the other week in a t shirt and sweats. Sales guy literally did the bare minimum, acted like he didnt care i was there and even took a personal call on his cell phone while I was working with him and didn't excuse himself. Just took it and walked off. I even asked him for a business card before leaving and shrugged me off saying he didn't have one but could take my number.I ended up leaving and going to porsche. Guy there showed me around about 5 different cars, test drove 4 of them. Ended up buying a Macan GTS.If the sales guy at bmw tried even a bit harder I probably would have bought there. His loss.

Over two hours to do a scheduled oil change, no car wash afterwards. The company didn t make me feel appreciated as a customer, I felt they were more annoyed having to deal with me or answer the questions I had about my vehicle.

I don't think I've ever dealt with such inconsistency and dissapointment at any business in El Paso the way that I have with this place. If you wanna keep your sanity don't go to this particular BMW dealership with ANY expectations. I was even contacted by the Service Director, Christian that my issue would be solved and of course it wasn't. I hate that this is the only BMW dealership in El paso or I'd go elsewhere. I love my car, but the unprofessionalism I've dealt with in the last few weeks is absolutely ridiculous. I would give zero stars if I could.

I am disappointed w myself for going through this dealership. I am aware of the risks w buying a used car but I wish the personnel would have been more forthcoming. I don't want someone else to make a 90k dollar mistake like I did. We went in to look @ an Escalade they had, which we really liked. We subsequently bought the truck and on the way home from dealership that night the "service suspension system" light turned on. I let the salesman know hoping they'd assist. I was told their service dept doesn't have "the machine" to check (code scanner? Even autozone and orielys can check). I was later told "the codes" were historic and resetted (I'm assuming to clear them from the display-smh).Needless to say, I'm stuck w a 90k truck that has been @ Bravo Cadillac since day 1. I expected a lot more from a dealership of this caliber. I should've stuck to Bravo where I would've had 3 days to return it and get my trade in back.To those going through this dealership, inspect and re-inspect the car/truck you're looking at, take your time and don't rush into the sale like I did.

Took my 2012 135i in cause it was not starting. They did a vehicle diagnostic. It all came down to a Connector to the DME was not connected. They plugged in what became unplugged and reset the error codes. What sounds like to me a job that took less than 30 minutes cost me $570. Give me a break! Then they listed 10 things that needs attention and tried to upsell me for $5086 to have these things taken care of. If they would have contacted me right after they found the plug unplugged and said, It was a simple issue that we quickly fixed for you. Then just charge me like a hundred bucks or something instead of $570, they would have a customer for life with me. Never again will I deal with BMW of El Paso.

This is my 1st time purchasing a vehicle at BMW of El Paso, TX and I am beyond thrilled with the whole experience. Our sales representative Manny was so detailed and made the deal happen. Armando the finance manager was understanding and made the process quick. And lastly David Castillo s breakdown of the vehicle was outstanding. We left knowing every there was to know about the vehicle. Will definitely be returning for the next vehicle purchase.
