I had put a deposit for a battery for my cellphone. I waited a week for the battery to arrive came in dropped off my phone. To my surprise they had opened my phone and ordered the wrong battery. I didn't receive a call at all on the number I left . I called the manger informed me of the error. I went to the store and the manager wasn't there I asked for a refund and no apologies where given for wasting my time and my screen is messed up as well. PLEASE don't waste your time or money here.

I went to battery plus yesterday got my screen repaired to my iPhone not even 14hrs later I have 2 cracks on my screen the device hasn t been dropped or abused in any way since the screen was replaced. The screen is protruding on the bottom half of the phone where a crack is at I spoke to the store representative about these issues and was told the device was dirty when she installed it so that why it s protruding/popping out it wouldn t be covered. The screen is clearly poorly installed/defective or the cheapest possible product they can get ahold of definitely would not recommend.

Replaced my phone screen pretty well. The only issue is that now i can't use my front camera. Not sure if thats due to accidentally not connecting the proper wire. But at least i have use of my screen now.

Bad product and They don t honor warranties.This battery was 6 months old. Save your money buy somewhere else.

My battery was failing to start my truck and I always had to make sure that everything was off in my truck because the battery would die out within a minute. So I took my truck so I could get my battery and warranty it out. They said that I had to leave it so they could test it and it may take two days. But I explained to them that I don t have another car to bring the battery. And I needed my truck to go to work and also pick up my kids from school. So I asked him is there anything you guys could do to help me out with this warranty? They told me no. They said I still have to bring the battery in to get tested. I still have four years of warranty on this battery. Sadly, I m going to have to buy another battery somewhere else due to the time that I don t have. It s sad that they can t help a customer in need.Update: I was asked to call Battery Plus back and told to explain my situation to the Manager. The manager informed me that they could do a quicker test so I agreed but have to do it the following day due to me needing to be on time to pick up my daughter. As I was waiting in line to pick up my daughter from school my battery died. Luckily a parent was able to give me a jump start. I was so frustrated that I am having to jump through hoops so I decided to buy a brand new battery at AutoZone sadly knowing that I would loose my 4 year warranty but at least I wouldn t be stranded any more. I will never do business with this company ever again. They are quick to take your money and never help out the customer in need.The photo of the red battery is the new one from AutoZone.

If it's a battery and you need it, they have it. Salesman came to me and asked if I needed help. I had an obscure battery and he had no problem taking me right to it. For the convenience of the obscure battery the price was a bit high. Motorcycle batteries however, are the cheapest in El Paso here.

The staff was very helpful and professional. I am a disabled veteran and cannot lift or install a battery. The staff at the El Paso TX store went above and beyond to help me with my battery purchase, all I had to do was pay.

Not as stocked as one could hope for given the fact they specialize in bulbs.I appreciate their reply, I will go in person today, and attempt to see if they can provide my needed products.I went back there, they only had 1 option for what I needed (color changing LED bulb for outdoor), the item didn t work out and I had to return it.I do very much appreciate the military discount, and the purchase and return was simple and trouble free. I only wish they had what I needed and that it would work.

I went there to get a new car battery. It was the best price in town. Samantha was super nice and installed the new one for me. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to get a new car battery. Very knowledgeable and great customer service

Duracell batteries are JUNK.Don't waste your time most importantly your $$$.I have purchased several of their high end batteries only for them not honoring the warranty after the fact.The staff used to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. That culture has changed tremendously, under new management, ownership who knows but, they lost a customer. My recent new Duracell battery did not hold charge and manager/owner did not replace after receiving a call from them telling me to come get my NEW replacement one. On my way there, I received another call from same person going back on their word and wanting to charge FULL PRICE for the replacement. I regret ever buying these JUNK BATTERIES and will once again return to INTERSTATE. Walmart also would've honored the battery's warranty but not at batteries plus or minus. I'm very disappointed with there new rip off unprofessional management style, very unpleasant and untrustworthy vibe they emitted. Duracell batteries are junk and they know it, good luck but, don't trust their staff, they'll rip you off like they did me. I'm stuck w a NEW dud of a battery, they must be under new ownership just by their staff and the bad vibe I received that no one should.

I was able very easily to find what I wanted, order it and pick it up within the hour. The sales associates were friendly, professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend this location.

I called ahead to see if they were able to program a key fob for my Dodge Grand Caravan. The young lady on the phone, Samantha, was very professional and polite. She was upfront about the pricing and I knew what to expect going in. When I went inside the store, A young lady (im going to assume it was Samantha because she was the only female in the store) greeted me quickly and warmly. She almost immediately took my keys and went out to my van to try to program the new fob. After a little while, she came back in and Told me that unfortunately it didn t work. She suggested maybe I try the dealership. There was no charge for her time, and the entire process was really quick. I appreciate how rapidly she acknowledged me and tried to help me, because I had two little children with me, and it s hard to entertain them for very long in a battery store. I d recommend this business and this employee for being honest, upfront, friendly, and helpful.

Went as a last resort trying to find a car battery. Not only did they have what I needed and at an incredible price, but also it was ready immediately and the staff was friendly and caring. First time visit but definitely won't be my last!

I own a screen printing and embroidery shop. One of the machines use a specific type of bulb. They sell similar bulbs at The Home Depot and Lowes, but not the same brightness. I went to several stores and I did not find that particular bulb. Found this store on Google, stopped by, was greeted with great service. They had to order the bulbs for my machine. But totally worth it. I highly recommend this place. I don t take my time to write a review unless it s worth it!

Cell phone repair.. Excellent service. Professional. Costs and times carefully explained. Part needed to be ordered. 48 hour wait on parts. Outstanding communication. Prompt. Reasonable pricing. Generous 180 day warranty. Repaired phone is now fully functional. Happy customer.

Shopped for and purchased a new truck battery online (great savings that way!) and selected in-store installation to avoid dealing with the old battery. Once the invoice arrived I went down to the store and had the battery installed. Amazingly easy and a lot quicker than I thought it would be. Customer service was great. They explained the warranty info well and sent me on my way. Zero complaints - abundance of praise! Now let's just hope the new Duracell out lives the truck.

Pricing might be a bit high but the availability is extremely convenient. They have all sorts of batteries available. I especially like the online shopping order ahead and store pickup. As an added bonus you can take your old spent batteries there for recycling.

I ordered the battery online for store pickup. My wife went to get the battery and the customer service from the older whit guy was nothing short of atrocious. He treated my wife like she was a little black girl back in the 50s. A white lady walked in shortly after her and her treatment was the complete opposite. I wish I wasn t deployed so I could go there and treat him like an old white guy in 2019. I m sure I ll visit the store when I return and file a formal complaint with their corporate office.
