I live in Illinois, so I had my friend stop in, for birthday presents for my husband. We didn't have any poker chips from Texas, so adding to our collection. What an amazing store, great deals on inventory! Tons of items to choose from. She was so excited, I got alot of pictures of all the shirts. Thank you so much, for giving us a wonderful 1st time experience for both my physical shopper and myself long distance. Wish there was an online shopping link. We ended up with 2 tshirts and 6 poker coins. My husband loved the choices we picked.

This place is huge! Wide variety of inventory. We went to buy a new Harley and everyone was very nice and very helpful. We ended up finding and buying exactly what we wanted and at a better price than another Harley dealership we had been talking to. We are so happy with our new CVO, thanks for your help!!

Sales rep contacted me immediately to ask about my interest in a bike. Was scheduled an appointment that same day, greeted at the door, and treated with respect the entire time. Awesome experience, this is my second bike from Barnett. They run a professional organization. Recommend for new purchases, buying merchandise, servicing, and all your Harley needs. Paul Westbrook was amazing with his help the entire time.

This Harley is full to the brim! We ve been to a lot of Harley stores, and this one is one of the biggest. It even has a larger selection of clothes and items than the Milwaukee store. Definitely worth a stop if you re passing through or want a unique HD to visit. They also have a massive clearance section that s three rows deep.

We loved being here! This place is HUGE!! Everyone was so helpful. There is an enormous sale section of clothing and gear to pick through. And they have SO many bikes in stock both new and used!So much fun!

Rolled in to town from central Texas on a plug a little after 4 pm. I asked if they had time to do a back tire, and service advisor Juan asked if I was travelling. I said yes and he said yes we will get it done. And they did. Christian C. was the technician, and I had said to change pads if needed once they're in there - checked them and said they were still good. Great service, I appreciate yall!

Great bunch of guys in the service department. Took my electraglide ultra classic cvo in for some repairs. My service advisor Juan Rodriguez and Tech Johnny T. went far above my expectations. Took care of the issues in a timely manner, even took care of a couple of other issues I didn't even know about. Work was done very cleanly and correctly, they even washed my bike! Thank you boys I really appreciate it. There really good guys.

Had a great experience buying a bike here, but wanted to shine some light on the effort by Patty who made about 8-10 trips across the store to help me and others find helmets. She kept her smile, had no complaints, and performed very professionally.

If you are looking at buying a Harley look no farther. Ask for Paul Westbrook at Barnetts. I have been buying my bikes from Paul since 2011. You will not find a better individual in sales. Absolutely the best old school customer service ever! He is the real deal in the Harley family! If you don't meet and talk with him, you are missing working with someone who is only interested in helping you find exactly what you are looking for. If I could give Paul 10 stars I would! Thanks Paul for all you do to make buying a Harley a great experience!

Biggest selection we have ever seen. Nice waiting areas and even took photos of the inside (2 headed bull, lever action collectionand us on chairs and pig). Went in for souvenir shirts and left with a variety of items that we haven't seen anywhere else. We spent a long time shopping. There were so many sales racks.

I am looking for a Harley Davidson for my husband. He did like a few but decided to wait until next year. They are having a lot of sales on the clothes right now. I love that they have free coffee and water, and the sales guy was very helpful. I'm thankful that I was not pushy. I cannot wait to go back and buy my husband's dream Harley Davidson. We did end up buying a few shirts and baby stuff.

Awesome people. Bought my 2023 Lo Rider ST here, almost all done online. Asked for the out the door price and nothing changed through the process. Picked it up a week later and was just a great over all experience.

This Harley Davidson Dealership is WOW ! They have everything. And they know what service is. Just when I had a question, bam! a lady pops out and is there to help you. They were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

So, throughout more than 30 years of owning different brands of motorcycles, I have had many different sales experiences. My experience with Barnett s was the best! Jersey Paul made this a no-hassle experience and made sure that Barnett s would be my only choice. He answered my questions, even when he wasn t at work. In the end, my purchase decision came down to customer service. No one can compete with Barnett s in that aspect. Thanks Kim for talking to me at the blood drive in Cruces and pointing me to Barnett s. Thanks Paul for taking care of me and making me feel like a valued customer.

Great staff, very helpful. Mike and Juan in Service helped get everything I needed running for the bike. Juan the mechanic shower me the issues and went to work on solving them. Awesome team, great shop, easy day!!

This has to be one of the biggest Harley-Davidsons we've been to out of approximately 250 dealerships. They had an enormous collection of retail clothing and they had great sales on t-shirts staring at $9.99 up to 70% off. We buy a lot of H-D shirts and gear so we love the sales racks. The retail gal was super helpful and very friendly. If we lived in the area we would definitely go there to buy a bike. They had 100s to choose from.

My Older Sister rides so she wanted to stop. She got gifts for herself & friend. She said that was the biggest Harley Davidson store she ever been in.. She really loved it. She has 2 Harley Davidson Bikes of her own..

My boyfriend and I stopped by on our way to Phoenix, AZ to check out the T-shirts. This is a really cool dealership and they have a TON of clothing here! We found the employees to be very helpful and pleasant to talk with. While we aren t in the market for a new bike right now, we had to check out the inventory. They had a number of nice bikes on the floor.

This has been a great and wholesome place to visit! From bike nights to side events on the weekend, as well as the store and dealership portion.Mr. Hernandez (sales) manager was awesome at helping me pick up my second bagger!And helped make that process super easy for me to get back into a Harley I can be proud of!

Even though I live in Corona, Ca. I trailer my Bike to Barnett Harley Davidson in ElPaso, Tx.The Service Department is unsurpassed, Priscilla is on her toes taking care of Business and customers from afar.My partner EJ from San Antonio, Tx had a stripped shifter rod, being from OUT OF TOWN "Priscilla" stepped up to the plate for us. And you guessed it, she took care of business.Thank you Barnett for hiring competent employees who know how to take care of customers.

Got my first Harley from Barnett, Rick was the salesman and he did an amazing job, staff are vey helpful and friendly. I also got some gear and Patty help me to choose the right gear and gave me ideas.Rick and Patty you guys are the best!
