Wanted to leave an intentional review for Jesus Hernandez. We had a stripped terminal and he spent hours with us trying to remove it and was successful. He was amazing throughout the time and very patient. I have nothing negative to say other then the coworker that was with him was very inpatient and she continued to make up feel uncomfortable because of Jesus helping us. I definitely don t believe you should make people feel helpless and more of a burden when we are already experiencing car issues. Other than that Jesus was great and I don t want to take the light off of that! Highly recommend HIS service.

I needed to buy a pair of oxygen sensors for my car. The person that help me was very kind and professional. I was given different options on the purchase of the parts and chose the best for me at the time. Very happy with my Autozone experience .

Philip is a flippin rockstar. I m sure replacing the battery on my key fob with a PITAss screwed on cover, was not the way he wanted to end his evening. I appreciate you so so much! Extra points for the music he was listening to.

Jose E, the manager here was phenomenal!! Welcomed me as soon as I walked in with a cheerful greeting, then gave me a quick education on my vehicle. Loved the knowledge and attention to detail he provided. In the end he helped me put on my new wipers and was super friendly the entire throughout the entire experience. I wish I had more stars to give, this man deserves a raise

I waited in line for a half hour just to be told that they don't have the part I need, even thought it showed online that the part was available. I try to buy parts over the Internet, they Amazon or Rock Auto.

I we t to Auto Zone at 1601 Sioux in El Paso tx today. A young man, Alex was extremely helpful! He went out of his way to find what I was looking for.Prior to going to auto zone I had already been to two large, national chain type stores. At neither location could anyone be bothered to help me.Outstanding customer service is alive and well at Auto Zone on Sioux street in El Paso! There was a woman manager there ( I didn t get her name) who was also very helpful and spoke to her employee in a very professional manner. I was very impressed with both of them! Thank you!

01/26/24 Not much seems to have changed. Incompentance grows at this store. I purchased items online and checked out with PayPal. One item needed to be returned. The PayPal receipt. the credit card used. the store number, the store transaction number, and the date and time to the minute was provided. Stephanie wanted to provide store credit even though online states that you can return items to any store with half of the information which was provided. A phone call made to corporate will get your money returned to you quickly. I guess the employees are still rude and on a power trip, especially, if they didn't make the sale.2021: Rude employees.

If I could give the customer service there a zero trust me I would. I go in knowing what I need an how many of what I need. The guy behind the counter kept telling me I needed something else as well as the fact I was wrong. Good sir I ve been working on cars since before you wehere born!

Jesus was so helpful in todays visit. I went to buy some coolant for my Jeep, and he proactively added it to my car. He noticed my wipers were in bad shape and immediately suggested to replace them. He also installed those for me. Thank you so much Jesus for your kindness and your professionalism, Auto Zone is great place because of employees like you.

Cesar & Carlos R were very helpful in helping me figure out the problem with my 2016 Hyundai Elantra. It turned out to be a bad cell in my battery. I had a 3 yr warranty on it with 1 yr left to go. Cesar explained how I could get an upgrade & found me an Auto Zone that had the battery I needed. Philip did the transaction, but Carlos stepped up to do the work & did a diagnostic for me as well. Thank you gentlemen, it seems like I'm set.

Worst service ever. Went in to purchase blinker bulbs, and have them installed. I didn't have a screw driver with me, so I needed them to install it. Clerk attending me was not friendly, and I get it, that they were rather busy, she said she would install them when she got a chance, IF she could, it was just her and another attendant. 1 hour and 15 minutes later , she came to install them. Customers came and went, and there I was waiting, in the heat for her. Next time I'm going across the parking lot to O'Reilly's. I'm hoping my time won't be wasted there.

Came back from Seattle to the airport only to find my battery was dead. By the time I got to AutoZone which was 15 minutes before closing I was able to get a battery and they installed it for me to get home by 10pm.

They got me a product that actually worked (that s so rare these days) for my cars situation even thought it was close to closing time they were still nice and willing to help with good energy. I wish I could remember the guys name that helped me but he was at the cashier on May 20th at around 845-9pm. Amazing service made things feel less stressful. I appreciate this service! It is so rare, thank you

I came in asked for a part. They let me know it was in stock, offered to assist in installing (tail ligt bulb), said since I wasn't installing immediately if I had any issues to come back or call whatever I felt comfortable doing. The associates are worked hard (out of their scheduling/hours given control) but they keep a polite demeanor toward customers

Car light went out Saturday night . It was 15 minutes till closing. Walked in and asked for assistance. The gentleman walked outside with me to see exactly what bulb i needed and proceeded to find it and he actually replaced it for me. I greatly appreciate that.

Maria from the Autozone store on Sioux Street in El Paso TX, recently helped me with a part that was defective. She was super friendly and efficient. She ordered it for me and it was there by midday. This is definitely MY Autozone. Kudos also for Stephanie and Eddie who have been extremely helpful in the past as well. Thank you. Keep up the great work guys!

This place in EL Paso has to be the Friendly's Autozone I've been to in some time and very help full. They acknowledged customers as soon as they walk in and are ready to help with anything
