Stopped by to get some things for the car there was no parking signs for the last 2 spaces. . Had asked one of the employees if those were there parking spots since it wasn't marked on the last 2 spaces employee was rude af and said it was . Just wanted ro make sure I was parking in the right places. . Comes to find out later when I was paying for my car products that the rude employee was the manager. . The other employees at the register started laughing when I had asked them about the parking spots as well and they apologized for the managers rude behavior. Definitely would not recommend coming to this location due to bad service from the manager but the employees definitely made up for it.

Auto Zone was great because you have people who care, working there.Very helpful employees.Eric loosened the oil cap on my car for me, he's very kind.Eric also helped my mom with some things on her car a couple of weeks ago.Thank you Eric! We appreciate you! You are very young, and for your young age, you are very mature and wise.Thank you Auto Zone for employees with great customer service!

Good service from certain people and the manager the tall and thin he is a real big jerk you go there in assistant and he gives u like a not welcome and remak comments like if u don't know wat ur doing And yes some of us we don't know wat we doing but that's why we ask questions to so call most knowledgeable than other. That guy should get more training in how to talk or how analyze car problems not even the lil computer he did not lend it to me to get the problem correct. OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE AND WONT LIKE TO GO THERE ANY IM BETTER OF WITH O ReiLLy at leat they give you the time and effort to learn and help you.

It is such a breath of fresh air to receive such excellent customer service during stressful times. My car battery died and needed to be replaced. Marco was so kind and efficient in getting this taken care of quickly for me. One of the best customer services experiences I've had in a long time!

This was my first visit to Auto Zone, but it definitely won t be my last! The customer service is amazing! Rick was so friendly and helpful and happily replaced my car s battery in this awful heat. Christina was so sweet and offered me a bottled water while I waited. Businesses could learn a thing or two about customer service from Auto Zone.

Amazing customer service! When I walked into the McRae/Wedgewood AutoZone, I was immediately greeted by all of the staff. The manager, Marco attended to the battery issue I was having. He tested the battery and determined it was bad and still under warranty. He installed the replacement battery in minutes and sent me on my way.

Best customer service. Marcos Diaz has the best customer skills in any kind of industry. He was patient, took his time, double checked parts, gave me options, advice and how to I will always come back to this Autozone.

Charlie M. was awesome with helping me install my new battery on my Dart. I was having a hard time and he made it such a smooth process. Im back on the road with no issues to last me through the winter. Definitely recommend this location and his excellent customer service.

Fabien the manager was awesome, he troubleshoot the problem until he know the facts and corrected the problem I had with a prior transaction. He saved me almost $100. Thanks again for everything.

They don't keep they're inventory updated. And when I called they put me on hold for 20 minutes and forgot about the call when I called back they said they canceled my order and refunded the money which has yet to be refunded. WASTE OF TIME DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!
