I recently had the best experience with Ricardo, he was extremely helpful, patient & very knowledgeable. I had returned twice for parts that I ordered & parts that I originally came for and forgot. And both times he was kind & patient. Kudos to this young man for being an awesome employee, going above & beyond for me.

I had the best experience at this Auto Zone on Northloop. I was stranded w my family and Ricardo helped me get my car back on the road. I was there until the store closed working w tools they lent me to fix my car.Thank you Ricardo!

Helpful and friendly in a very lost location. This is one of the better auto zones in town as it's not crazy busy and unlike the McRae location the employees aren't snobby, highly recommended

I went in this evening because I was concerned about my battery not charging on my 2016 Malibu. Ruben was so kind and helpful checking my sensors and battery and told me what I needed to do. I highly recommend that anybody that needs help to ask for Ruben. He was so helpful with answering all my questions. He took his time and what Great service to make me feel at ease

Customer service was excellent. The gentleman went outside with me and checked my truck. Told me nothing was wrong. We talked about spark plugs and that's what I'm going to do. Thank you AutoZone. You were very helpful.

The store employees are great. I purchased a battery at a Autozone in the same city and state. When I went here to return the core system kept telling them I had to go to the same country of sale. I never left the county. Therefore I have to drive all the way to where I purchased the battery to get my core charge back.

Terrible service! Waited at checkout while 2 different customers and associates went before me. I was there first. Two of the customers didn't even have masks on. So much for caring of the customers health and well being. North loop store. Won't return again. By the way i left and didn't purchase anything.

Here we go again with terrible customer service! I shop this location because it's closer to shop when I'm working on my car. This associate Jorge M actually tried to argue with me about my inquiry on exchanging a warrantied part; stating the machine said it was 'good & he didn't know what to tell me'. I stated that I knew what I was doing and if he could just do his job and exchange the warrantied part. He told me I didn't have to get 'loud' with him. I'm a frequent customer and deserve to be treated with respect and not argued with because I'm a female. So sad that females are still treated as though they don't know what they're talking about when it comes to automotive technology.

Staff is super friendly and eager to help. I walked in and immediately asked how they could help me find what I needed. Then they proceeded to guide me to the correct location. Then they pulled the items I needed and offered to help install the parts. Awesome customer service.

A couple of years ago I would have given the staff a 2 at best but the few bad ones have left and the ones that remain are knowledgeable and friendly
