Went to the store on 03/12 1700 hrs all the employees were in the back. Waited about 15 -20 minutes before anyone came out. A customer got very upset and began to cuss thats when out of no where a male and female employee came out of the back. Terrible customer service glad all the customers waited and were honest who knows what could've gone missing!!!

I'm not sure what it is with this location, but i always feel the employees are more ready and willing to help that at a few other locations I've been to.

I am concerned as to why have girls working at these kind of places! No offense some girls know what s going on. But I go over needing help because my check engine light turned on and these girls had no idea on how to help, what to tell me. Like girl I am as confused as you are but isn t that why you re working at this place?!? Next time I know to go to a different location

Do not ever try the delivery option ! My order came broken, besides days later. A gallon of antifreeze/coolant was leaking. I contacted them about it. I had to dispose the antifreeze by myself, they would not take it at any store. What is the point of that service !?

The WORST service I ve ever had. I have two other sisters who regularly need assistance with vehicles and none of us will be going back to that poorly ran business. If you are a young cluess girl in need of some help LOOK ELSEWHERE. I waited at the counter for a man to come out, annoyed that I was waiting for assistance with his shirt half rolled up and hair unkept. I asked him my question to be answered with instructions to do it myself. When I asked if he could help me, he walked me to my car, impatiently asked me to pop the hood and then verbally walked through what I need to do for my battery. Not once laying a finger on my car. Still had no answer to my question and zero assistance.

I went in to buy oil and oil filters. Get in line I repeat LINE and the wait was long as usual as customers have many questions. Another cashier opens a register and instead of helping me who had been in line 10 minutes he continues to help the customers trickling in one by one. I had to speak up and announce HELLO REMEMBER ME who's been in line the last 10 minutes! RIDICULOUS.

Auto zone was very busy, I thought it was going to take a while, but to my surprise I got in and out in minutes.And this nice young lady put on the windshield wipers thats I just bought from there.

I had one of the best experiences in this particular AutoZone. Danny and Israel were absolutely great. I came in looking for a battery as my car had died a couple of times that day. Danny was great suggesting what kind of battery I needed yet he seemed genuine and did not try to oversell me. Then Israel assisted with changing my battery. They did it in a quick timeframe and their customer service was exceptional. Definitely recommend going to this establishment.

8/30/23My car, which doesn't get driven very much anymore due to my retirement, had a dead battery today leaving me stranded. Fortunately the epically hot temperatures have slightly subsided however the temperature inside my car went from 81 degrees to close to 100 degrees while we waited for a new battery. We shop this auto zone frequently and they brought a new battery to me and my husband on N Mesa where we had just finished brunch. Young lady named Daisy? was there quickly. Outstanding staff and customer service!!! Thank you for saving me from heat exhaustion!Excellent customer service every time!

Staff is always professional and respectful. I never feel rushed and never feel like any question is not taken seriously. They have also been very helpful with instructing me how to put in new wiper blades and other small tasks. I'll never use any other automobile Parts Supply Center. All locations are professional but I am particularly fond of the Doniphan location

Very helpful customer service. I thought I needed a new battery but the Tech came out to test the battery and told me that only the cables were loose. He tightened everything up on the battery and clean the posts. He made sure that I was set up and I didn't have to spend a dime.

Super pleased with the service and the staff at this location. David installed my new battery on the spot, saving me the core fee and having to make a 2nd trip back to return my old battery. Not to mention saving me from having to find someone qualified to install it from somewhere else. Will definitely return to this location for any more auto needs!

If you need an answer to a technical question forget it. If you call over the phone and they don't know the answer they'll just leave you on the line until you hang up. Just to tame the curiosity I stayed on the line for 20 minutes. Good thing I got the answer from Google instead.

Great selection. Return policy is 90 days for unopened products, which is great because you can always get a little extra and take it back if it's unneeded. A lot of places give you 30 days, but that isn't always enough time when working on big car projects. Sure beats having to go back when you're on a roll. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they don't wait around for you to ask for help. They engage the customer. That's rare these days, so I don't take it for granted!

Yes you pay like $2 more than getting it online but I don't have to wait, they got all the small bits at AutoZone.

The staff and service were extraordinary. Especially Rudy! He installed a new battery into my 2016 Acura MDX which wasn't any easy feet. On first try, it was determined the replacement battery was faulty. Unfortunately, they happened to be out of stock on that model. So Rudy dispatched a driver to go pick up one at the Canutillo store. When it arrived, he immediately installed it.Entire process took an hour. I would highly reccommend Auto Zone. Especially, the one on Doniphan.Ed

The manager at this Autozone gave excellent customer service. He actually went above and beyond to help me and my wife change the wiper blades on the front and back of my Mercedes. He also filled my wiper fluid. Normally, we could of done this on an American made car in the past, but these foreign cars tend to be a little more difficult to figure out. The manager was very patient and took very good care of us. We even tried to tip him and he would not take it. He said, it was his pleasure to assist us. So all we can do is sing his customer service praises!! Thank youSir for all your help!!

One of the best Auto Zone I ve come across. Employees always very knowledgeable and helpful. They don t hesitate to help you when you need a diagnostic on a check engine light. Will get error code from diagnostic and will explain to you what s wrong with your vehicle and give you a solution how to resolve your problem. Their online parts order is fantastic. Order a part online, within minutes they ll email you that your order is ready for pickup, when you arrive to pick it up, true to their word the order is ready. Great service.

Rodrigo Garcia was very, very helpful to me. He located the brake light bulb that I needed for my vehicle, but he also showed me what was involved in replacing the bulb. I appreciate the time he took with a clueless customer.
