Jorge was very kind and helpful when it came to fixing my brake lights. He went above and beyond to assure my car was ready for state inspection. I was having a bad day trying to fix my car up to pass. Jorge not only made my day 10x better, but also fixed my other lights that I did not realize were out. Thank you for everything Jorge!!!

I won't visit this location every again. I stood there for over 15 minutes, waiting for someone to help me out. So I went to O'Reilly's and received great service from the staff. And saved myself some money .

This is the best Auto zone in town, everyone working there is very nice and knowledgeable, they helped me replace my battery in less than 15 minutes and trust me it was not an easy battery to replace. Amazing... give them a raise already !

very disappointed at your employees attitude and service Esquivel Chavez. Went in to see if he could help me replace battery key. He asked if I knew what kind of battery it was , i didnt have the answer. Asked if he could help me find that out . He said to open key fob and handed me some tools and to google the video how to open it in a very rude way. In that case just might as well just stayed home and watched the video. thanks

New manager is unwelcoming. Manny is his name? Raises his voice a lot even to his employees, which seem to be under a lot of stress because of him. I'll go to another AutoZone instead. Don't trust with the warranties if he's there. Le vale.

Very helpful. Hector looked up all the parts, checked the coolant, oil, and added windshield wiper fluid. My hands are arthritic and it is getting harder to unscrew all the caps. Thank you very much.Dec 29th, 2023. Really appreciate Elizabeth and Lisa taking care of my military discount. This is my go-to auto parts place. Everyone is courteous and helpful

Entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. I came in for a gas cap I needed to pass the state inspection. Since I was there thought I'd get a windshield visor. Guy walked me over showed me exactly where they were. Even let me see if fit on my car before I bought it. Another guy was holding the door open for people going in and out.

Waited in line for 40 minutes just for the girl in the cash register to have me waiting another 10 minutes before helping, just to find out they dont have half of the parts I need.

Bad! Bad customer service from the Manager. Everytime I call to look for a part it doesn't fail. She never knows what she's doing and can never find the part. I need to always show up to the store and talk to a guy in order to get things right. I have no idea why she's a manager if she doesn't know her way around the system and provide with customer service. This woman is not a leader she should be mopping and sweeping the store and keeping things tidy. That's her position she deserves. Let a real man handle the management job. Get back to making sandwiches and cooking for us men. You don't belong at a man's environment.

My battery started giving me issues so I went to AutoZone to get it tested and get a one if that's what it came to. Turned out my battery was indeed bad, so I decided to buy a new one. I had no clue that the techs at AutoZone also change the battery out for you. From the beginning, Jorge C. was extremely friendly and professional. He swapped the batteries out so fast that he was done before I knew it. And in this summer heat! Just wanted to thank the AZ staff and especially Jorge, felt he deserved some kudos.

I was honestly blown away by the supreme level of kindness that I experienced at this store. I went in with my grandpa who was curious about anti-freeze he had bought and if it would be ok to use in his car. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name, but all I can say is that he immediately jumped on the opportunity to help us out. In my experience, he could have simply given us a one-word, short and cold answer, as we weren't necessarily about to purchase a product; but no, this individual genuinely cared about helping us out and ultimately assured us that "everything should be fine." Thank you so much for a great experience, this is how every customer should be treated everywhere.

Worst customer service of any auto parts store I ve ever been at. Employees also present poorly with stained shirts and complete lack of organizational skills. Your better off at O Reilly s across the street.

Over charged!!! inexperienced clerks or just plan laziness either way ,I won't be using Autozone anymore unfortunately they can't be trusted... all this because it was too hard for him to price check items. Next day return all items got full refund . It's not about the few dollars or the fact he just LIED to me,its the PRINCIPAL and INTEGRITY of your staff.

The staff provided great customer service, and they all wore they're face mask. Also, the line was spaced out perfectly, and they also placed their credit/debit card machines a distance infront of the plastic barrier basically making it 6ft from you. Over all great service, they keep their customers and themselves safe. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Customer service over the phone isn t the greatest. The man that answered the phone spoke to me like I was dumb. Admittedly I don t know much about cars which is why I call and ask before just buying anything and putting it on my car but for him to make me feel stupid for asking questions is really rude.

2019 Toyota crh. This location didn t want to sell me a cabin air filter because they wanted to see what my VIN number was . So weird and ridiculous. I literally showed them what part I needed. will be taking my business to O Reilly

I was in today to change my windshield wipers and got helped out by Philip M. Super nice and super helpful had me out of there in like 10 minutes with my wipers installed and my fluid filled up. Very grateful for his help

Purchased a wheel bearing hub they said would fit my 2020 Nissan Sentra. Spent my afternoon taking my car hub apart only to find out the part was completely different. Returned the part and informed them their computer was wrong. They didn't acknowledge it or apologize or anything. Bad customer service. Indifferent. Could care less of they made a mistake. Seriously doubt they even made a note of their computer system listing the wrong part. Would recommend ANYWHERE else to save you time and frustration. Also have staff that are more interested in being on their phone than working. Like literally leaning against part shelves behind the counter just glued to their phone. Very unprofessional.
