It's a classic auto shop that will try to upsell you on extra stuff you probably don't need. But as long as you know what you need/want they will do a good job.

They had amazing service and knowledge of all of the issues I was having with my 2018 Jeep Cherokee. They are budget friendly as well. Paul and Julian were extremely professional and polite. I came in for an oil change, and Paul did the change, topped off fluids, and inflated tires all in about 20 minutes. Prices were also very reasonable. I highly recommend!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great and fast service, I was able to bring my own oil, and they were able to change the cabin filter, showed me the dip stick so I could see the new oil level and quality as well as the old cabin filter.Definitely recommend!

I got my car fixed shortly after calling them, a few months ago, on a Saturday. I'm really late to post my awesome experience and review for them, but they definitely earned it, plus some! There were so many issues they found and went above and beyond to repair in a timely manner. They even put my hubcaps on for me and gave me an awesome & cheap place to get my wheel alignment fixed. On top of that, they do military discounts and used the light bulb I bought to fix my turn signal. I've been to several places since I purchased my old car in August 2020 and they're the real deal that actually looked at everything, told me what all was wrong, and fixed it all at the same time! I wish I would have came to them from the get go. I probably would have saved a couple of hundreds, or maybe even thousands of dollars. Having an old car isn't cheap and being a female, it's hard to find reliable and honest maintenance people and facilities. I'm fortunate I can drop it off and leave it, if neede whenever I need work done on it again since they are so quick and not far for me to get to.Adding to....came back to get my light fixed/replaced and was able to get right in w/no issues or wait. And again, the price wasn't bad. Now I can drive safely at night w/o fear of being stopped for my headlight being out or causing issues w/other motorist!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Oil change

Awesome customer service from Paul, I was in and out for an inspection within 15 minutes. They also do other services at this location, including shock struts, oil changes, and more. I would definitely bring my other vehicles here as well. Thank you for the great experience.

This is among the very best experiences I have ever had simply going in for an oil change. JR and Paul were extraordinarily friendly and detailed in terms of explaining and showing me what the car needed. I am very, very happy with the service provided. Highly recommended.

This place is great! They are very honest and are quick and efficient. It is very hard as a woman to find a place where they will not take advantage and try to talk you into buying things that you do not need. I finally found a place that cares and tells me the truth about what my vehicle does or does not need. Auto Express Lube has a customer for life as long as they continue with the A plus service that they have given me. Keep up the great work! Highly recommended!

Beware of these people. When you change your oil properly, your dip stick should not show dark engine oil.Went here for the first time because the reviews were good. They changed my oil and showed me my dipstick which showed the oil was still dirty and said that it is normal (it's not normal because they most likely only drained 50-75% of the oil to save on their expenses and mixed new oil with my old oil) and that they suggested an "oil cleaner". I declined that senseless recommendation.Also, there was a small leak at my oil drain plug. They over torqued it while putting it back on and stripped it. Glad they didn't screw up my oil pan threads at least.I had to fix all of those issues that they caused. They are the reason I started changing my own oil going forward. Save money and no potential low lives trying to nickel and dime you. It's eye opening how many ways they can save on their expenses while stealing from their customers.

The employees were very friendly, very professional and service was quick. Although they knew what they were doing, they would often inform me what type of work they were doing on the vehicle and always asked prior to doing any other preventative maintenance on my vehicle. I enjoyed my short visit there and will be returning in the future. One of the best oil change services in El Paso. Thank you all and see you soon!

After suffering with other oil change locations, I am sure glad that I found this one. They were fast, professional and did not try to over sell services that were unnecessary. A good place for ladies to go to and not be ripped off. Bravo.

Whether I'm going in for an oil change or an inspection sticker, Paul and his crew are always very polite and efficient.� The shop is always clean and organized.� I like coming here because I am able to bring my own oil and oil filter and I pay for their labor only.��Auto Express Lube does provide its own filters and oil but I tend to purchase higher quality filters and I only use full synthetic oil on my vehicles.� I do this because I always get a rebate for my oil and filter and I am able to save money on my oil changes this way.I highly recommend�Auto Express Lube.� I have been a customer of theirs for several years now and will continue coming back.

I ve used their service for the past 3 years on both my vehicles since moving here to El Paso. True professionals and are quick with the job. Would give it 5 stars but the service was kind of slow. Besides that, the employee was respectful and kind. They don't try to lie either and they charge very decently as well. I would recommend, though do not go if you only have an hour to get your oil change.

They say they will clean all your windows for a full price and they only clean front and back windows, I found it not good at all,paying full price for half work done not fair

These guys are excellent with pretty competitive prices on their services, only cheaper would be to do it myself.I have been back several times when I don't have time and they always get my car out quick. I'll continue to return as well.

Went in for an inspection sticker left with a smile. Don't mean to be corny but that's what happened. They told me everything that was wrong with my car and if I wanted to service it there. They weren't pushy or telling me things that I didn't need. When I just said I just wanted the inspection sticker they just told me what where some of the alternatives and suggestion if I was going to get it serviced somewhere else. Honest people that's all you need to know.
