I was told by a tire shop that they do wheel alignment for $30ish. After looking at the listings on the site it stated that wheel alignment was $35. I stopped by just to make sure and they informed me that it would be $55. I returned the next day and as they took my car in they ended up telling me that it would be $110 for all 4. I was under the assumption that the wheel alignment would be for all 4 wheels so I said nevermind. I called a shop down the street and they did the alignment on all 4 wheels for $59. Arrow Discount Auto is a scam.

I received horrible customer service at this place. Seems like customers bother the guy , extremely rude! Found another shop down the street and the gentlemen there were awesome!

If I could give 0 it will be perfect. It's really sad that now a days people's word have no value. The owner himself gave us a price and at the end he charged almost double because he needed to add stuff. I understand sometimes you need things but a courtesy call to costumers a heads up will be great for some of us. Also the service for what they were supposed to do was around 3-4 hrs I went back after 3 hrs and a half to find out that the job was done but not the alignment and it needed some adjustments so I needed to leave it until Monday. Again a COURTESY CALL would be great to let us the costumers know and do arrangements, because some of us have only one car. Once you start explaining your discomfort he picks up his hands and tells us ahh okay well it's on you I advise you don't take it but its on you. If I had read a few of these reviews I would have chosen better.

Brought my 2015 silverado to get Ac fixed. They told me the compressor needed to get fixed and it would cost me 1,140. I asked why would it cost me so much if the part needed was only $250 and he was charging me $500 for labor and his answer was "because those are my prices". I ended up taking my truck to Frank's Lucky auto repair and told me it was the condenser not the compressor that needed to be fixed.I only spent $530 in total. Obviously this man was over charging. I would not recommend this place.

The mechanic is dishonest. He tried to charge $80 for a test on an a/c. Then he said depending on the problem it could cost over $400 just for labor and that parts could be a lot more. Took it down the sreet. Other guy did test free and gave honest estimate explaining everything in non mechanic speech. Do not go to arrow.

Honest service. Joe Perez Jr. has patience and the heart of a teacher (as Dave Ramsey would say). The shop is family own and has been here for for more than 20 years, and he has newspaper articles to prove it it hanging in the office.

WARNING: AVOID THIS AUTO DEALER!Summary: Lost over $16,000 by purchasing a lemon vehicle as-is from Arrow Discount Auto.My wife and I purchased a used 2010 Cadillac Escalade Hybrid from Arrow Discount Auto that we found on their website. When we arrived for the test drive, the detailed vehicle was completely filthy and made a strange crunching sound when braking. Joe Perez Jr. claimed to not hear the noise and I assumed it was the regenerative braking from the hybrid system. We were assured that the vehicle was thoroughly inspected by the mechanics in their shop and had no mechanical issues. We settled on a $22,500 cash price for the vehicle as-is without the third-party warranties that were offered a little too eagerly (which we would find out the reason for later). We drove the vehicle home that night and noticed a strange chirping sound after parking the vehicle. The next morning, we dropped the vehicle off at our local mechanic and found out that the camshaft and lifters were failing (the chirping sound from the engine) and the magnetic struts needed to be replaced (the crunching sound while braking). Both problems were also confirmed by the official Cadillac dealership here in town (Desert Sun Motors). The camshaft and lifter replacement (basically the entire top half of the engine) would cost over $5000 and the magnetic struts would be over $1600.We called Joe Perez Jr. back immediately and explained the situation and he claimed that the vehicle was in perfect condition when we purchased it the day before and he could not be held responsible for damage that we caused. The damage to the lifters (which we still have as evidence) was caused by a faulty component that was never properly replaced that allowed the lifter to wear abnormally over time.Be advised: TEXAS DOES NOT HAVE A USED CAR LEMON LAW or we would have pursued legal retaliation for this sale. After a month in the shop for replacement of the camshaft and lifters, the vehicle was still having engine issues. Rather than sink even more money into this lemon of a vehicle, we decided to trade it in for something more reliable from an actual reputable dealership. All together we spent over $27,000 for a vehicle that had to be traded in a month later for only $11,000.We may not be able to sue this shady dirt lot dealership, but we can at least warn others before they make the same mistake. Please save yourself both the money and headaches required to buy from Arrow Discount Auto. Dealing with these dishonorable salesmen and their crackpot mechanics is simply not worth the trouble.

If youre willing to pay for some veteran to do with your car whatever he pleases and not what you want him to fix then go he doesn't work for the customer he works for the book he doesn't care if you have the money to fix what he wanted to fix not what you needed to be fixed and if you get on his bad side this veteran will only accept cash and this is the owner I'm talking about he like most other people are only trying to fill their pockets because they're dying and screwing the hard working American and with what i said that he doesn't work for the customer....those are Joe's ( the owner) words not mine too bad i didn't read the other reviews please save your money your time and go somewhere else

Customer beware, please make sure you always get a written estimate, Mechanic is very dishonest. Tells you a verbal estimate, when work is done you go pick up your auto, it turns out the total amount is way more expensive than what the original verbal amount was. I Will never take may car there again. I paid $853.00 for this mechanic to fix my A/C.

Extremely unprofessional I took a 60k dollar car their to get the window regulator or the door replaced and left with the window tint scratched and window not installed properly and on top of that they raised their original price when the maintenance started.
