They are real straight shooters over there. The lowest price mechanic shop I've ever found. I had it priced on an engine job for my Hyundai and they were by far the least expensive. And it was a job well done. No check engine lights or anything. So in short I highly recommend them.

If you're looking for a mechanic, I highly recommend Airics Auto.I've had a complete transmission replacement, seals and motor mounts replaced as well.Eric and Victoria are super friendly and accommodating, as well as all of their professional technicians.I've always gotten my car back when promised, I've never paid a penny more than my quote, and they stand behind their work.

I was referred by Jessie from Advance Auto Collision Center in March 2020. My experience with Airics Auto has been amazing. They are very professional, attentive, and value the customers. I've gotten work done on 2 different occasions (May and and June) I am extremely satisfied with the work they've done.I want to thank Gustavo, Eric, and Victoria for the awesome customer service you have given me in this very little time I've known. I will keep your business in mind and will spread good word if anyone needing a great mechanic and Auto shop as well .I appreciate your business!!!

Best Auto Shop in El Paso. I take both my vehicles for anything they need, and without fail Airics Auto get the job done. I have never had an issue with taking my cars for service. Eric, Gustavo, Charlie, and Brandon are very good at what they do. I highly recommend them!!!

Was very please with Airic s Auto after switching from another mechanic. They did great work on both my old Jeep and my newer Hyundai. They were incredibly kind, honest, and trustworthy. There was one hiccup, and they immediately went above and beyond making it right. I rarely write reviews, but wanted to thank them for their excellent work and customer service!

Airic (Erik) and his staff were incredibly nice to me and my father when we both took our cars to him to get serviced. Both of us had issues with our cars that any mechanic in town could have easily over-charged us to fix or even ripped us off by replacing parts. I highly recommend using him for any mechanical issues!

Be careful with these guys. They are courteous and polite but with the exception of minor repairs I believe there mechanic skills are lacking. They will take the money and run leaving you hanging and looking for another mechanic.Brought car in for oil leak and they promptly got back to me on recommended fix's. They recommended one fix's be done immediately and the other two fix's could be done later. I authorized them to go ahead and fix all three. Took car home and within three weeks the car started leaking again. Took it back and they told me they didn't see any leaks. Took it home again after my driveway continue to be stained with oil leaks. They replaced a gasket. Took it home and car continue to leak so brought it back. Was told the car was old and I should expect oil leaks with the mileage the car has on it and informed me that the oil was seepage from the engine. They recommended that I take car to someone else to fix since I disagreed with them on repair. Bottom line I am out $500 and the car is worst than before. Now my transmission alert is coming on all the time {never happen before) and am not able to drive car due to warning light.

I ve been taking my cars to Eric for years. I live on the west side, so I don t go here for small things like oil changes or inspections, but any time I need major repair or service, I go out of my way to take it to Eric (Airic s Auto).He s an experienced professional mechanic, who s honest and trustworthy. He has reasonable prices, won t try to up-sell service that are not nessesary, and doesn t nickel and dime you with made up fees.There s nobody I trust more with my vehicles.

Really good customer service. Fast and easy to communicate with, also it's service is phenomenal, they fix my driveshaft and u joints plus they ran a diagnosis and saved me some extra money. I would really recommend this place.

Best auto service in all of El Paso. Have never met someone as honest and courteous as the owner of this shop Erick. The shop and the waiting area are very clean compared to other shops I've been to in El Paso. I highly recommend it to everyone who is in need of good auto service.

Best service in town! Very friendly. As a woman, I've had terrible experiences with mechanics in the past but after being to Airics Auto I will never take my car anywhere else! Highly recommend!

Wow what can i say..?!! Im super happy , worry free, WHAT I LOVED THE MOST WAS.. ERIC LEFT the tire off my car to when i showed up.he showed me the new parts he had installed and explained to me about what he had done and took more time to explain about my rack and pinion and tide rod... Im very very plase im not moving from this shop.!! I got more to fix on "bullet" i high recommend this place!! Onces again thank you ERIC.. you dont know how much APPRECIATED with your service.!!! Please stay clean honest and blessed NOT LIKE this freaking joints in ALAMEDA!!!

This is the only place in town that I can be at peace knowing that my car will be taken care of. Erick (owner) is the most trustworthy and honest mechanic in all of El Paso that I have ever encountered.

Terrible service our vehicle is squeaking terribly after having a break job done. Also we come to find out they took things from our vehicle too. Not to mention the guys in the back slacking off in the back while theres a whole line of customers to be taken care of.

Airics is the best mechanic in elpaso 90% of the mechanic s here should not even be allowed to put a bicycle together but Airics are are very good they obviously take pride in their work and reputation
