Johnny, the owner, is welcoming and very thorough and detailed when explaining the process and estimate. They communicated with my insurance keeping them updated and off my back. Beto was in charge of my vehicle and was in constant contact with me. When we got our vehicle back it looked great! Just like new! They fully guarantee their work and I felt it was sincere when they said if I had any problems to let them know. Oh and no we are not related ha ha. Coincidentally I had a vehicle repaired here in 1992 and the quality was just as good now as it was then. They truly take pride in their work! Highly recommend this place for your vehicle.

The staff is professional, courteous and give you a sense of confidence before you walk out their doors. They took less than a week to fix my truck and they would send me text messages every other day keeping me posted on progress. My truck looks great! I finally found a good body shop...thanks!

The first time we took the vehicle(3/22) they did great. Took longer because parts were on back order. We were very satisfied with the work. 2nd time 2/10/23 repairs and paint. Very satisfied. Jesse was great at calling and keeping us informed on delays and keeping us up to date. Very very satisfied with the professionalism and the work that they did. Took my wife's jeep in for a partial paint job. Got it back couple of days quicker than promised! And we were extremely happy with the outcome. They also detailed the inside and it looked and smelled amazing.The tires/rims were also cleaned. Looks like a new car!! My daughter got rear-ended in her vehicle. This body shop was the preferred Body Shop of their Insurance Allstate. Locally I have had some dissatisfaction with the repair shops. I went ahead and shows to drive the 2 hours to their body shop. The customer service was amazing, the communication was nearly perfect, but the body work was spot on exact. My daughter's car looks like nothing happened to it. And she got to keep her "baby" in perfect condition.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I had a wonderful experience with Beto at Advanced Auto. His communication was excellent, and he always kept me updated on the progress of my car. The work was done in a timely manner, and the car was turned in like new. The shop was clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. I don't know how they have more than 1 star! They have poor communication skills and the stories as to why they are keeping the vehicle longer changes everyday. All they had to do was paint the hood. Do to a bad job they did the first time. They said it would be ready in 3 days, then 1 week, week n half now it's been 2 weeks! Then supposedly today by 11, all it needed was to be washed. Surprise surprise, not ready until 4pm. Then at 4 it's gonna be sorry not until Monday! Meanwhile I'm taking time off to take my daughter to school and work. RIDICULOUS! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!*UPDATE*The manager called, apologized and handled the situation. Vehicle looks good.

I was unfortunate to have had to use Advanced Auto Collision for a hit and run incident, but I was given the best service under the circumstances. I dealt with Beto who was professional and courteous. I was kept informed of the status of my vehicle via text in a timely fashion and my vehicle was ready when I was told it would be ready. I'm very impressed with the levels of service and overall experience I had with them. I'm station in California but I had a major hit and run and they completely rehab my car back to original heck even better than original. They even installed my widebody kit and custom head lights. Don't sleep in these guys and girl there, they really do know what they are doing and with the equipment they have, boi. Jason and Beto and the rest of the crew are polite l, knowledge and experience from dealing with insurance, to ordering parts to completing the job. Overall 10/10

I took my car because someone hit me. And they took 9 extra days then they said they would and I could never get anyone on the phone as a call back. I had to physically go to the shop to get answers and updates. It was so frustrating and time consuming. The end result was not bad. But was really unsatisfied with the way they treated me. It s bad enough having to deal with a car wreck. The least they can do is be courteous.Service: Painting

I Recently took my truck in for some front end body work. I was greeted with great customer service and explained in detail everything that needed to be done. My truck was repaired in a timely manner and left looking brand new! I would highly recommend Advanced Auto for any automotive repairs. Went in to get an estimate on damages to my truck. Very courteous and professional staff greeted me and went to work on the estimate. My insurance adjuster worked closely with this team getting me a rental while work commenced. I was kept abreast on the status of the work done on my truck, via messaging. Ready when promised.
