My first visit and I am very impressed with the selection of motorcycles, ATVs, scooters, go karts, parts and riding apparel. The staff is outstanding and I even met the owner on site. I bought a tire that I needed installed and plan on scheduling the work to be done at Ace Moto.

Went to get my bike inspected for registration.The guy there was very helpful, and prompt on getting new in and out in a timely fashion. Totally recommend!

Love the service been dealing with Ace and Chop for over a decade and I am grateful to have met them. Always have been honest people an are always willing to help. They will always be my go to when it comes to motorcycles. They got my baby in an out every time I need work. Quick turnaround time every time. Can t say enough good things about them. Prices are way better than others here.

Needed a safety inspection for my 2019 Husqvarna FE450. The service was fast. Ace and Chop even helped me load and unload my cycle from the hitch carrier. Courteous, friendly service. Will be taking my bike to ACE Moto for its first tune up. Thanks guys.

I accompanied a friend to drop of his motorcycle to get serviced. It's been 4 weeks and they haven't even called with an update. We had to physically stop by a week ago and ask for an update. The staff member that helped us had no clue of the status on the bike. He had a complete mess on his desk, not to mention the store itself, and took a good 15 minutes to get "organized" and give us an answer. He said it wasn't going to take much longer than a few days... we're still waiting. My friend did mention that good service helps get the word out for more business, but he said that reviews and referrals don't matter. Well, I'll let you decide. It's sad to see businesses like these in our communities.

They re thief s they take advantage of people who are new to bikes don t leave your bike over night or without your supervision they will say other things are wrong with it. He stated he created distance from my break and my rotor because it was seized but I use my bike daily and haven t had an issue I only took it in to replace the sprockets and chain. By the way he charged over 300 for my rear sets install and the chain and sprockets

Only use ace and chop.sometimes takes a while to get parts because of supply chain.but if you bring parts it will get done quicker.ace has been my mechanic 20 years and I won't use anyone else

I recently had some work done with Ace Moto and was completely satisfied with the treatment and service I received. The staff was friendly and professional. With some added work at minimal cost, I couldn't be a happier camper. I highly recommend and am thrilled to know that my ryker rally rides better than it did before.

I went in looking for a GoKart. Sadly, they no longer carry them but the gentleman went out of his way to give us some great information and help. If I had a need for service, I would absolutely go back!

Great service, quality work. I brought my V Star 1100 in for tires, and they did the job well and quickly. I initially had set an appointment with a different place that cancelled me last minute. So Ace got my business instead. The guys were friendly, and looked over my bike to make sure there weren't any other issues, and had no issues with me asking to keep my old tubes. In fact, they came running out with them because I almost forgot them. Overall, a good honest Christian business.

This is the number 1 motor cycle shop in town!! extremely trust worthy great prices. The Most honest people that will ever work on your bike. If there is something wrong on you bike and is not too much to fix they will fix it for you. My 1400 Suzuki intruder is running better than ever after I got my service done there, there was a tremendous difference on the way my bike ran after the service. Extremely grateful and all for a good price not expensive at all.

Awesome guys, highly recommend. Really quick service and very knowledgeable. Great prices on installed tires if you buy from them can match Amazon most of the time and you won t be getting new old stock tires like the online places.

assured me my bike would done in a timely manner it wasn't. gave me a estimate then they came back with me owing the 50% higher and that was with only tearing down bike. he could"nt give me price for putting it together. GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE FIRST. do your own work.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Terrible service! I called in advance to get a tune up and oil change and was told it would be an hour and when I went in it ended up being close to 4 hours! Also, during the wait I was up-sold on some tires which the technician started to take off and then realized he didn't have the right size. I was then charged a $45 fee to put the old tires back on the bike! Unfortunately, this isn't the only time I've had trouble with these guys. I'm not sure why I went back again, they move so slow and often times don't have parts in stock. I would definitely go somewhere else!

Horrible service! Do not waste your time here! I took my bike cause my headlight wasn't turning on. And while it was there I decided to buy a tire from them. Well it turns out that about 3 weeks later they call me saying that my bike was ready! When I went to pick it up I asked what was the headlight problem? Little did I know that they never fixed the headlight! When I asked why the problem wasn't fixed, the owner stated and I quote "that is just too much work" ! Man I was furious. My bike was there for 3 weeks and they only put a rear tire. He didn't even check the headlight problem (which was the main reason I took it in the first place) Anyway I took it to a mechanic in Juarez and had it ready the next day and charged me 50 bucks! Seriously! Talk about incompetent people(Ace moto). Make sure this is the last place you think about before bringing your bike in. As for me, first and last time. Juarez is the best! Cheap and quick!

I was initially excited at the multiple good reviews of this place. However, my experience was less than stellar. I dropped my bike off for a simple oil change and tire replacement - end of july. They assured me they were the fastest place in town and they'd be done soon. A few weeks later I call and they say they haven't done any work because the parts aren't in. Weeks later they say they didn't do the work because they noticed my bike was leaking from some hoses and they'd have to take the engine apart....each time I was the one to call. They didn't even bother to tell me these concerns and why they were taking forever. I called several weeks afterwards and they say I was supposed to give a down-payment for such a big job and that's why they hadn't done anything yet. I finally get my bike back in November after the fun summer riding months are over and they tell me what took me so long to pick it up...every single call I made they said they were the best in town and most professional but the lack of communication and taking over 4 months really make me question their assessment. The quality of work seemed to be good, but my bike was rusted from being outside uncovered, very dirty from their dirt floors and no garage to keep the bikes. Overall I was very displeased with this group and would not recommend their services.

Slow work and expensive prices. However their work is top notch. If you don't mind waiting, and you can afford it their work is top notch. That's why the 3* review.

I would give them a 1/2 star. They charged me for an oil change and they did not do it. I got it back bone dry. I also paid them for another service that I was charged for and I had to take it back to have it done right

Friendly staff. Called for some tire and work prices and they said they would call me back. They actually called back! Not only that, they gave me run down of all their available tires and special orders, prices, and suggestions based on my riding style. When I went in they remembered me based off the 1 call even though it was weeks before. Got the job done same day. Will be back for future service!

Okay ill give you guys a tip talk to them like u already know alot about bikes. cause if your new to motorcycles they will take advantage of you and your money

I had gotten into a collision with my r1 and unfortunately neither me or the other guy had insurance. This shop not only worked with me to try to get the motorcycle fixed as cheap and reliable as possible but they also had patience with coming up with the payment and keept me inform of anything it might need . So thankfull to chop one of the mechanics and person who helped me out the whole way . Couldn t be anymore happier and my bike runs as good as new .

Very nice small/medium sized shop, greeted by friendly counter help named Mike, They have way better prices than TEK, edge, and Viva on service and most items like oil filters, spark plugs, gas cans, tubes, and they can order anything out of the catalogs, when you order something it shows up fast and they will call you to remind you it has arrived.In conclusion. Very Fair prices, good service, and friendly help, good service and advice.Thanks, I'll be back.

The owner, "Ace," is the best motorcycle mechanic I know. He's honest, very knowledgeable, and is more than fair. Plus, his prices are less expensive than most competitors (check for yourself). I won't let anyone else touch my bike!
