LOOK NO FURTHERThis place is the best place in El Paso. Let's start with the manager/receptionist. She is so kind, helpful, professional, and warm welcoming. Her people skills and customer service skills are amazing. I believe that because of the service they give, it stays pretty busy here. But the wait is worth the work you pay for. They are honest people. I would rather spend my time and money here than anywhere else. Please, if you go, be patient and plan to leave your vehicle (depending on the job) or second transportation because it could take a day or two. Furthermore, I watched the receptionist return and receive calls so professionally. I have dealt with places that don't return your phone call or worse; are rude or dont answer the phone at all.This place is 5 stars. Great location as well, it's next door to a Gas station if you need a little snack.

I just want to say how happy I am with the great work Mrs.Ira and her team perform in my 1953 ford classic ,they rebuilt the whole engine for me in a very timely matter ,it s was a work on process she was always attentive for anything that needed attention to complete the job.Thanks Aamco

AAMCO was very professional and kind! They answered all my questions, provided pictures when I requested them, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Ira was always easy to talk to and made me feel reassured and valued.

I forgot the estimate when I left my car at SHAMCO.I asked Irazarma to email the estimate, she sent me a doctored copy almost $200 more than quoted minutes earlier.They installed the wrong part, they lied to my face, it caused damage to my car. When I went in for warranty, I was told by a SHAMCO official in FL, that if I stepped foot at the shop the police would be called to remove me.Most reviews are fake. Irazarma begged me to give them a good review. They are shameless!You can deny all you want, I have all the receipts including the doctored copyResponseYou better have recorded these fantasy " threats" you are accusing me of, libel is a crime. I will prosecute you Guy L Gros DBA AAmco.

CrooksNow you are on the verge of a liable, libel and criminal investigation.O'reilly's legal department is investigating the part that you say you installed on my car that caused all the damage. MP 1243 has not been stocked for years at any O'reillys. You lied. A google search will prove it. NO Master Pro CV axle or MP CV axle products are or have been available at O'reilly's for years. I have a review at the O"reilly's Mesa St store that explains AAmco's lie.

Ira is the best thing that happened to that place. A lot of mechanic shops have no one to communicate delays or issues without having to go in person and pray someone can explain what is wrong with your vehicle. The number 1 thing that makes this business too-notch is the warranty. Even though just a few weeks later my vehicle sounds like a belt is broken, I m going to take it to my local AAMCO to have it checked out.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took my car to this aamco because I had a transmission leak and they said they can fix it, they told me it was the transmission pan so they replaced the gasket along with the filter and it cost me close to 500 dollars, so i took the car home and the next morning all the transmission fluid leaked out so I took the car back and then they told me it was the gasket that was where the speedometer plugs in and the transmission dip stick goes in as well and they advised me that it will cost another 478 dollars to fix, first they said they had to drop the transmission and I told them no way you don't need to drop the transmission because I saw where it was and once the car was lifted all you have to do was just unplug it and replaced the part both of them, then they told me it was because of the labor and the car will be up on the lift for about two hours that is why it will cost that much, so the next day I went to another ase mechanic and I was advise that they can do it for 139.00 out the door. these people are suppose to professional they said they will be able to see where the leak is and they failed to see where the leak is, I was going to have them fix the oil leak but how can i trust them they will say we fix the leak then the leak will still be there so I will have to come back and spend more money I think this is a scam , I will never go back to aamco and if you think of going there please get a second opinion you might get it cheaper at a certify mechanic.

AAMCO Transmission West - El Paso! You all did your thing. My family and I are so grateful. I have an older model car with higher miles my AC WENT OUT, MY RADIATOR BLEW and many other things! I was scared made and worried. The receptionist is very communicative, very honest and gave me a we have know each other for many years feeling. She called and kept us updated on the progress of our car good/bad. The mechanics with work on your car until the figure out what s wrong with it they are true doctors of automobiles. The cost of all my repairs was cheaper then all the other shops we looked at and I would have paid more just because their customers service is family oriented. As long as I m here in El Paso I wouldn t go anywhere else. Outstanding team, when picking up my car I meet some of the Mechanics smile and talk with you also laugh with you. Thank you all so much you really don t understand the blessings you have bestowed upon my family by just being honest and great people. From the mechanic, Mike, who worked on my truck to Ira in the office, I am very glad that I brought my old 68 F100 here to have them do some work that I needed taken care of. They were great and got my truck running smoothly. They also replaced an item that got damaged. It was damaged and replaced, and Ira let me know what happened when I went to pick up my truck. They are great and I highly recommend them!

My experience was phenomenal, I was amazed at Ira s customer service skills. You seldom find friendly and understanding establishments. I found them to be honest. I thought I might need a new transmission and all I needed was a sensor. They were super friendly and helpful. The whole experience was much quicker and much more affordable than I expected, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They will even provide a tow from most areas, and the bulk of the tow cost is covered if you end up using their service. I highly recommend them.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Went in last week to get oil changed found out that my car needed repairs done. The manager Ira helped me get financed to get the work done. The tech Mike was great explained to me what was going on. If I could give this place more than five stars I would. I went to have the coolant from my car changed and Mike the mechanic told me the problem was the thermostat. I remember I had the radiator changed at a different place and they didn't wanna change it back then. The manager from AAMCO was very friendly. Great customer service, great prices, definitely going back for all my car needs.

Ms.Ira is the epitome of how all customers should be treated! From the moment I walked in the door she was very warm and welcoming. I told her the issue I was having with my car and immediately assigned a technician to my car. Within 30 minutes Michael, a technician, came back and spoke to me and explained the problem to me, showed me on his portable computer, and the part that would be needed to fix the issue. Ms.Ira was able to order the part which was delivered and installed the next day. I sincerely appreciate the awesome customer service I received from Ms.Ira and her team!

Wrong transmission fluid was used by this AAMCO according to the Jeep Service Dealer which caused my transmission to fail. AAMCO is not taking responsibility nor even offering a refund for service. Many attempts made to contact their corporate office which lead to nothing. Terrible customer service. Complaint filed through BBB. I just bought this vehicle and now it needs a new TransmissionI would avoid at all costs, unless you want to get a small claims lawyer to find a solution.Absolutely awful customer service. They tried denying everything the certified Jeep service dealer diagnosed

This was the best car experience I ve ever had. Ira was very kind and understanding when I was nervous about my car. She was honest and gave me a reasonable total and now I can t think of anywhere else I d rather go for my car needs!

Seem generally nice but misdiagnosed problem after I paid for diagnosis. Technician was "99.9% certain it's the starter". Replaced starter - issue remains. Went back, now asking for $1000 to look in the bell housing. Looking in the transmission oil pan might have been a start.Response to comment from owner: Yes, and I was fortunate not to otherwise it would have been $800 down the drain without resolving the issue. Let's be clear: I paid for a diagnosis - your attempt to invalidate feedback from your paid customers speaks volumes.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Was visiting El Paso from out of state when I noticed my car was having issues going uphill. I knew I wouldn t make it the 6 hours back home like that so I brought my vehicle in to this location.First of all customer service was everything!!! The woman at the front desk( I believe her name was Ira) was so nice, helpful & made me feel like I wasn t just a customer but family. She truly went above & beyond.Secondly, there were no lights on, on my dash. The mechanic did everything he could to figure out the issue & finally came to a conclusion. It was my catalytic converter.Third, when they found out I was not from El Paso & had no friends, family or place to stay they went out of there way to call every location to see if they had the part my car needed. They finally found one in New Mexico & within a few hours I was back on the road.I could not be more grateful for this place. They have truly earned a lifetime customer as I will be moving to El Paso in the near future. Would give this place 100 stars if I could!!Service: Exhaust

Went in for a break job on the 2nd of February and 20 days later my breaks were making noise. Took it in and they did nothing. Spent $400 for no reason. I totally recommend no one goes here.
