Melanie kindly assisted my wife, daughter and I in renewing our driver's licenses even though we hadn't made an appointment. In and out within 30 minutes. This is the second time we've used this location and we would never go anywhere else. Thank you for providing such a great service!

We went there yesterday as the mega center in Rosenberg was very busy having lines outside building just to the ticket for queue.El Campo Facility was perfect, less people, walked and out in no time. Staff was very cooperative and swift.Thanks for the service

Best DPS I have been to in Texas ... Everybody was accommodating and patient with my whole dl renewal process. I would gladly drive the extra 40 miles again ... Absolutely great people.

Went at 8 am on a Tuesday. I was the only one there, the greeting officer was very patient and calm with the person that came in after me who had trouble with the instructions. The person who took care of my tdl renewal and address change took her time and was very thorough. Definitely a good experience (especially after coming from houston and its mega centers).It literally took me 30 minutes to handle everything. The driving there is iffy since the speed limit is a bit high and you can def miss the entrance if you re not familiar with the area. The parking lot was empty and very small but I m sure they don t get packed to need more.Crossing the freeway to go back to Wharton is a little chaotic with having to merge at high speeds. But overall good experience. Glad to have something close to home and not have to drive into a major city.

I took my son to gets his license today and I encountered the most friendly professional DPS employee. She was personable, took her time interacting with my son and just made the whole ordeal a great experience. Great customer service and she knows how to treat people, we were greeted with a smile and we left smiling. Thank you Jessica for caring enough about your job, to make sure your customers are happy. We appreciate all of your hard work and dedication.

Currently a completely different experience from years ago. Having three teenagers over the past few years come through here to get their learner's permit and licenses, I got to witness a transition from grumpy, over worked employees to pleasant and helpful people that seem to enjoy their job. The past few times I've had to visit, since coronavirus, the lobby was empty or only had one or two other people. I believe this is due to the recent requirement to schedule an appointment. I much prefer this to sitting in a crowded room for an hour or more just to find out I showed up with the wrong paperwork.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile to the moment I left. Had a appointment at 845 am and was out of there by 855am. It was a quick and easy process, I went in for a renewal and name change. Keep up the great work lady's. I would definitely recommend to others.Please remember it's by Appointment only to help u get in and out quicker.

OMG when I say fast, efficient, friendly & courteous I m speaking about Ms. Stephanie!!! Literally had an appointment for 2:45, got there @ 2:15 & done by 2:30 (Minus 5 min of us discussing our fetish for nice pens .) Afterwards, my car wouldn t start (Go figure), but it was Ms. Stephanie to the rescue! (Since I m a girly girl) Stephanie knew what to do & gave me advice on how to fix it! THANKS AGAIN.. you re heaven sent Ms. Stephanie!!!

Outstanding service at the Pierce-El Campo location - best experience I have ever had at DPS Driver License Office and I am 81 years old. Jessica (JF26476) was amazing - she helped me fill out application - she asked the questions, I gave her the answers, and she typed them in. I have a tremor in my hand that prevents me from writing now - Jessica saw that I was struggling and she offered to help me - she was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our experience was bad at first and a few ladies had attitude with my mom but I went up to counter to ask a question and Jessica ended up helping me and she was just absolutely amazing we came from Houston and we really thought it was going to be a wasted trip but Jessica took over and helped us she was so patient and understanding and made sure we were taken care of. Jessica provided the Best service I have ever received from anyone at any DPS office.

WOW, the best experience EVER!!! My daughter was nervous to take her driving test and the ladies here helped to ease her nerves. In particular, Jessica was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She even said, " I want to know what the kids have learned, not how there nerves affect them so I do my best to take away their anxiety!!" They were efficient, polite, and greeted us with nothing but smiles! I have another teenager about to start driving and we will no longer be going to any other office, despite the fact that this location is twice as far. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

I come from Houston and this DPS is the best! I was greeted and felt welcomed. The ladies in the desk were very knowledgeable and helped me. The lady named Stephanie that helped me was very courteous and helpful. She renewed my husbands ID without any questions, when in Houston they denied to do so.

Only 4 people are waiting for help and still have a wait, unbelievable! Employees were rude like all the other locations. Had hopes these clerks would be polite but no geeze the world we live in these days.

Arrived about 8:40am today Sept 4, 2018 to renew my driver's license. Approximately 17 people ahead of me. I was waited on 1 hour and 10 minutes after arrival. From what I understand it's much much quicker than the Rosenberg location! Both ladies behind the counter seem very very friendly, professional and courteous. Highly recommend, good experience.

I was told that this would be a better experience than Rosenberg. I live in Sugar Land. I arrived there at 8:50 am. There was only 1 person working the counter there as the day I picked was also a drive test day so the other woman was doing that. There were 13 ahead of me. After awhile the 2nd lady was at the counter. I waited 1hr and 15 minutes which would have been faster had I d not picked the road test day. The woman at the counter was pleasant helpful and efficient. All in all I had a good experience.
