This place is a bad place.. A bad person with bad intentions. For those that don't know nothing about this place hopefully it's not to late and you get to read this before taking your truck there. I'm just gonna get straight to the point RICARDO HERRERA is the owner of this place. A bad person with bad intentions And also goes by THE BIG RIG SHOP. I just wish I could have read the Google reviews before taking it there. I took my truck there to get an engine swap out from an ISX to a 1999. 12.7 Detroit in November of 2021 and on February of 2022 I found out what he was doing. He was putting a 2005 14.L Detroit. And the only reason I found that out was because he was asking for more money for parts and I told him no. Give me the part number and I'll get them. So when I started getting the parts for my 12.7 found out it was a 14.L that I was getting parts for. On top of that he stole lots of parts of my ISX.. Lies after lies after life That's all I heard from the 2nd week i took my truck there. There's much more bad things I can say about this person but I'm not gonna waste my time on doing that. I'm just leaving this message here and hope it's helps someone else before it to late. I lost a lot of money and a lot of time.. He claims hes a reborn Christian.. I'm just a simple hard working owner operator truck driver with a small family. I work hard to get my family ahead in life. I don't take people's money to get my family ahead in life. You don't do that. You don't take people's money and screw them over that's not right. BUT LESSON LEARN..And that's him RICARDO HERRERA from El Campo Tx

Luke Technologiez is a bad mechanic. I bought a core 60 series detroit engine and he did a complete overhaul on it. It cost me about $22,000 for part and labor. On my first load the engine locked up. It did a lot of damage and I lost my money. I have to get a lawyer to sue him to get my money back.Don't go to him or you will lose your money! It's a bad place and a bad environment and he works outside on the engine in the moisture and dirt. He doesn't care and doesn't have a conscious.

I don't like to leave bad reviews but this was one of the more horrific and costly customer experiences of my life. He was supposed to rebuild a tractor engine and it dragged on for six months plus and ended with the job not getting completed. I had to sell the tractor at a loss because of his employees negligence. Also he will likely not be honest with you

Great service. Professional mechanic. We ve expected of 2-3 days of repairing, but Luke did it in 1 day! Very good shop

Kept the vehicle for 3 weeks saying it would be ready the next day but in reality he never touched it! Lost money towing it back and forth!

Worst mechanic ever He doesn't answer phone calls tells you He's working on your truck and He's not. My truck is been there for almost 2 years and not done yet
