We bought our vehicle here and it is my dream car but the service is ridiculous. I bought a brand new vehicle and when it has an issue I cant get it to be looked at without calling the manufacturer customer care. My vehicle has had the same part replaced multiple times. Each time they order the parts and after waiting a month I call for them to see if the part is there and sure enough it is but they never think to call me to bring my vehicle in. They say they will call you to update you about your vehicle but they dont. They make excuse after excuse as to why they didnt. I understandthings happen but its such poor communication.

I leave a 1 because I couldn't leave a 0. My vehicle have been in this body shop for the past 8 months and now they said that they found more damage on the vehicle and couldn't get an estimate on when it would be out. When I call, no one from the body shop pick up. Leave serval voice-mail without anyone reaching back. Definitely recommend to not go to this dealership.

The worst customer service. They ve had my truck for a week now and it has just been sitting there with nothing done to it. Called them last Monday told them exactly what was wrong with it. They said they would check it out and order parts. Said they ordered parts and then never let me know they didn t get them in. Then told me they had to figure things out with the car Warranty place and I assumed they had done all that when they called me this morning and said my truck was ready to be picked up. I got there and they still hadn t done that and I couldn t pick up my truck. They even charged me extra to fix something under warranty because they said it doesn t cover their labor. It was like a 20$ Difference. I am appalled at their customer service and how they handle stuff like this letting it draw out and not taking care of it for a week or two. If you want good service or service that is on time don t go to them.Service: Auto A/C replacement

Of ALL the purchase experiences I've had .. Steven C and the finance mgr here made this the best and most laid back deal ever. Bought a new Tahoe, couldn't be more pleased.
