One Nurse seemed to actually care here her name was Brittny and i was very happy with her kindness. As for the other staff they are extremely rude and the doctor I seen did not seem to know much about anything very ignorant and did not listen much to what I had to say as for what I was comfortable with I even heard her discussing things about me with the other staff that was not professional at all and not at all related to what was going on! Do better and care for the people that are getting you paid ;)

I would have left fewer stars due to the long wait (~3hrs), but the staff was amazing and very caring, from the Receptionist (Monica?), the 2 nurses, to Richard Taff, PA. My daughter and I were cared for with respect and thorough intent.Thank you! I can see why the clinic was so busy with a long wait, because the service was great!

We had a great experience today at Hendricks Clinic in Early. The office lady was nice and professional, it was not busy so the wait time was reasonable. Nurse was sweet as could be, my son saw the Shannon Delacruz, NP she was kind and got down to business.

Avoid this clinic unless you want to leave in more pain, discomfort, or a raging headache from the staff and dr. Utterly dumbfounded by the lack of unprofessionalism. The female dr. has complete disregard for her patients health and well-being. Staff was rude, at 1 instance I very clearly heard them gossiping about patients in a disrespectful and jokingly manner. Please save yourself of going here.

Fire everyone and close the place. One of the biggest headaches and waste of time in the entire world. Need anything including a test don t bother. You will be lied to, gaslighted and they will close for two whole days without notice.

This place will make you wait forever. It doesn't matter if you are the first one here, you will still have to wait. They just pick and choose who they take back, and no they didn't have an appointment.

I would give this place a -5 stars if this review would allow me. 1. The receptionists do seem like they are bothered when you try talking to them. Even when I tried paying them at the end of the visit they weren t paying much attention to me. Sadly, that was the best part of the visit. 2. I went online to reserve a time like they recommended and when I got there they didn t honor it. I still had to wait about 2 hours to see the doctor. They put me in a room and the doctor kept seeing other patients in the rooms next to me for about 45 minutes before I got up to ask them if I was going to be looked at. 3. The doctor finally came in and he seemed to not be in a happy mood, bigger guy with glasses and beard. He didn t seem too empathetic about the situation and didn t let me say much before concluding that it was the flu. Told him I would like a steroid shot if possible. He agreed and hurriedly left after I said that without saying much, that was about 3 minutes long. The nurse later came in and took swab and said I was negative for flu and strep. Confused why the doctor would instantly say flu with a lot of certainty and the tests coming back negative. Lost credibility real quick for me. He also never gave me a prescription like he said he would. I felt really ill later that day and had to go to another clinic to be looked at. 4. They later invoiced me around $200 for the miserable trip. Had I told them I had no insurance, I would have paid about half of that amount. They really over charge you if you have insurance. 5. Lastly, one of the reviews on here belongs to a former worker giving them positive reviews and a 5 star rating, how convenient and weird. Overall, I would say not to waste your time at this place; it s not worth waiting 2-3 hours, paying over $200 and feeling just as bad if not worse after leaving. Take my review for what it s worth but I am only giving the my honest opinion about my experience. If you end up going after reading my review you will hate yourself. I made that mistake. I hope this place will listen to customer s concerns and make improvements to become a better clinic. Customer service is the most important part of a business.

They ll tell you 1 hr wait time to be seen and then it will turn into 3 hrs. Don t recommend at all.

The lack of professionalism is unbelievable. If you go for a pre employment drug screen, be prepared to sit for at least two hours and deal with a staff that is in no particular hurry to not care about you as a customer whatsoever. They couldn t even handle printing out release forms. The woman (laci Croft Owen) literally printed out a picture of the link and was confused as to why it wouldn t work. By time they finally managed to print them it was too late for me to take the drug screen because they stop doing them at 3 (I had been sitting there since 11:35) and when I came back the next day laci claimed she had shredded the papers because I left. I called my future employer to sort the matter out and after the employer called up there the papers just magically materialized. Besides the woman running the test the rest of the staff is rude and dismissive and have a complete lack of communication. Then after all that they sent my drug screen off to a different medical facility, prolonging the time it takes to get the results back. If they can t handle a simple 5 panel test in house then you might as well just go to another facility because that s where they will send it anyways. Hands down the worst clinic I ve been to.

I was a walk in but I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours just to be seen for a 10 minute thing to tell me everything was all good, and the people who showed up after me got in first? the nurses and staff were friendly though.

Do not go here unless you want to be misdiagnosed with Strep. Have a fever? Strep. Severe cough? Strep. Feel like you are dying? Strep.I went here 3 times and each time they misdiagnosed me with strep and i had to go somewhere else and was accurately evaluated and ended up having COVID ALL 3 TIMES. And you will be placed in a lobby with other covid patients for over 4 hours!I am not the only person this has happened to either. Dont waste your time here.

My wife shows up with my son at 6:05 pm, and turned away when they don't close until 7:30pm, because they're worried about getting out on time! Great service Hendrick, better find some better nurses!

Went in for standard pre-employment drug screen. Instructions from drug screen email say it doesn t need to be printed but the clinic makes their own rules. After leaving to get it printed, coming back and waiting 40 more minutes I m told they will not do the drug screen because my driver s license is expired. Due to Covid I am waiting months to get the license renewal done. I called Quest Diagnostics and was told exceptions were to be made due to this exact issue. I relayed the info to the overpaid receptionist and was told to come back in an hour and a half to speak to the manager. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Been here 2 1/2 hours now & haven't talked to the doctor or saw him once! I brought my ONE year old son here thinking it would be alot more faster and more convenient than taking a trip to the E.R, but boy was I wrong! Never again will I come on a Saturday or again for that matter.

This place is a JOKE!! My first time here due to allergies...I was called into a waiting room fairly quickly, so I thought is was going to be a quick and easy visit!!! HAHAHA....waited in that little room for 55 minutes, then a man in a which robe came in and said, "Do you want a shot for that allergy reaction?" and then left. I saw him for 2 minutes. One minute later the nurse came in and gave me a shot. Then they told me to leave and WOULD NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT!!!!So today...two weeks later a bill arrives charging me 438.00 for a doctor's visit one 150.00 for a shot!!! LOLLLL!!!!! Hey BCBS....Greg Abbott, Insurance Board....we are being scammed by these people!

Have used this clinic for years. Usually seen by Richard who is a PA. He is great, but today I made the nurse mad when I questioned her inaccuracy of dates on my medical records. When I went in to see Richard I was denied access to him. In a pretty rude manner. I was flat out told that I could not speak with him. I'm thinking what is going on. Bottom line, I guess I am through with this clinic. I'm sad because Richard has always been polite and helpful.

I went in yesterday to the clinic and received the best care I've ever gotten there.... or at any clinic. The nurse Chelcee Pilson was phenomenal and answered all my questions as well as make me feel comfortable. A lot of times when you receive care at a walk-in clinic you feel herded in and out, but the care I received yesterday was the opposite. Time was taken to answer my questions, listen and care. Thank you Hendricks and a special thank you to Chelcee. Patient care when you feel horrible is what really counts.

It s unfortunate that this clinic takes FOREVER to see patients. The doctors are great! But unless you want to wait 45 minutes to an hour (that s per person, meaning those still waiting in line ahead of you are experiencing the same wait...) to be seen, you might as well schedule an appointment with your PCP or go to the hospital.

We went in with a positive covid test to be confirmed and treated. Clean, orderly, kind, knowledgable. Best care for elderly we have had in many years. PA COOPER & nurses excellent.

Due to head injuries and sinus infections, I am allergic to almost everything. Coming to One Source has been a great experience with doctors, nurses and the staff have been very helpful to treating and caring about my health. Whether I have been in their shoes are not it takes a special people to do a great job they do.Thanks

I called to get a refill. No one ever let me know on my last refill that they would not refill my medication again, so that i could make a time to see the doctor. The nurse I spoke with was very rude. Would not recommend.

The staff is very friendly and the PA's are very through. On some occations I have had to wait a couple hours, but that is a whole lot better than waiting 2-3 days to be seen by my PCP, because they are booked. I highly recommend them. One Source is always there when you'r PCP is not. Thank you One Source!

Took my daughter in a month ago, knew she more than likely had strep, and I had already put her on a Zpak refill that she had at home, went in primarily to get a shot to get her well sooner bc she had a softball tourney the next t morning and our excellent primary dr was closed . The Dr. took one look down her throat and said, yep, it s strep. But I have no shots on hand for her. If u already have her on the Zpak there is nothing else I can do. So basically he did nothing for her and BAM they bill me $174 bc we had insurance, which my insurance didn t cover.. So I call to see what would my bill have been if we didn t have ins, they said $97 for the dr visit. Either way I still must pay the $174 bill. Won t ever be back there!!!!! Which mind u, remember he did nothing at all for her. Next time we will suffer or go anywhere but here and do not tell them u have insurance so u can get the better rate! Plus u always have to wait hours even when there are hardly any patients there. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Such a rip off!

I saw Dr. Richard and could not be happier. Very personable and friendly. Made me feel comfortable and also took care of my issue very swiftly. I forgot the nurse who assisted him s name but she was very sweet as well! Thank you both so much!!

This is the place where time came to die a slow agonizing death. They tell you 45 minutes when they have 8 people in their lobby and they still tell you the same lie 3 hours in, 4 hours in. Go anywhere but here. They even have Covid patients in their lobby which other places do not let you in. Yes I had Covid along with other in my party in 4 hour wait hell. We went somewhere else and got the care we needed avoid this joke!

You make an appointment and don't get helped for an hour and half after the appointment time.

Besides being the rudest and most unprofessional people I ve ever met, the fact that they ask patients why they are wanting to be seen in front of the entire lobby is definitely a HIPPA violation. If I didn t have to come here I definitely would not!!

Horrible!! Wait time is about 2 hours every time I have been. I had a appointment for 3 months and still took me 2 hours. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else unless you like to sit for 2 hours.

If I could give 0 stars for my last visit, I would. DR. CHARLES COOPER sent me away saying he could not help me. I went in for mastitis. All I needed was antibiotics. He referred me to the ER, KNOWING I didn't have health insurance. I go to the ER, only to find out he could have helped me and he definitely had the equipment to run the tests needed. And the doctor there told me that DR. CHARLES COOPER is KNOWN for referring patients UNNECESSARILY to the E.R. he knew i just had a baby 6 months ago, and still decided to send me to the ER knowing full well i would get a large bill. Now I'm in debt to the hopital and doctor over $1900. I cannot afford to pay this. And now i have to go through all these channels begging for medical assistance, when i could have just paid $100 at the clinic and been done with it. What is health care? That you have to send ppl away? Do you benefit from ppl going to the ER? Are you getting some commission from this $1900 i now have to pay? This is BAD DOCTORING... And i am so unhappy i will now be taking my money to AFFORDACARE. Thank you DR. COOPER for my DEBT and UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE.

Went to to go get checked today for a running and say they are not seeing patients at this time. There no sign saying not accepting patient after certain. Why stay open till 730. Start closing at 5
