My recent visit to Take 5 for an oil change was an exceptional experience, thanks largely to Ben. Initially, I mistook him for a manager, owing to his outstanding professionalism and leadership qualities. It's evident that he genuinely cares about his customers, a trait that consistently draws me to Take 5 locations nationwide. Keep him here

I went in for an oil change & needed power steering fluid. They did that but told me my coolant was low and I needed to flush the system, first tge guy said it was 400 dollars, then it would be 140 dollars. He said my coolant would gel up if I mixed coolants though I've had the coolant topped off before at other locations and no one has ever told me it would gel up and I'd need to flush it out. Now I'm not a mechanic but my good friend is married to a mechanic and he regularly helps me with my truck he told me to go get coolant told me what kind to get and it was not 400 nor was it 140 dollars. So be careful don't let someone scare you into paying for things that you can do yourself for way less.

I went to the Take 5 Minute Oil Change on FM 517 because the other location would have me waiting over an hour to get my oil change. Colby and Teresa at the FM 517 location were awesome! I couldn t be happier with the job they did!!! I have now found my new place to get my oil changes on my vehicles. Colby and Teresa are definitely an asset to your corporation and they most certainly deserve to be recognized for their service!!!

I ve visited this location a few days ago and the experience was pleasant. The customer service was extremely polite and professional. I ve been here about 4x s and while they seem to have a high staff turnover, they have always all been very kind and thorough .I left off a star because of the price! I try and save money where I can to save for other wants and needs, so seeing as I drive a used , when I purchased it 2015, car, I get the most basic/standard oil change offered. I don t use the most expensive oil because my vehicle doesn t warrant it. I do change the oil regularly so that s what s important in my opinion. So despite this place is literally right around the corner from my house, super convenient and so quick (I ve never waited more than a few minutes there) I usually try and go somewhere cheaper. I had just been putting it off for a couple weeks and just forced myself to pay the extra $25 rather than drive across the freeway and wait an hour and a half. I would visit here again for sure and I m sure I will! Too convenient, too simple.

Went to Take five had great customer service, directed in to get serviced, Asked if I want anything to drink and serviced out with them 10 minutes give or take got new blades for my windshield wipers. Great job will return.

My experience at Take 5 in Dickinson was convenient, thorough and polite.At the start, I was welcomed with an ice-cold bottle of water and pertinent questions on my needs. I was recognized as a past customer on their computer and read back what I ve ordered in the past. The team swirled around my car, safely taking care of it.I ll not take my car to any others oil change shop. Thanks to Felix, Daniel et al.

I can honestly say after finding this particular Take5 location I don t dread seeing my oil light come on anymore!! Been going to this location for about 3 years now and the friendly, professional, and helpful personalities of the employees they select to hire is always so pleasant to interact with. Felix, Lance and Colby who helped me today were so polite and just fun to do business with. Absolutely a Great group of folks!!!

I showed up and asked for an inspection and oil change. I was told their inspection machine was down, no problem, things happen. I said I'd find another place and thanked them for letting me know. I was then told if I went ahead and got my oil changed at this location I'd get 25% off. So of course, I waited and got my oil changed. No discount was applied to my bill. Don't offer a large discount then give customers NO discount. Will not return.Update: No attempt to make anything right, yet wants an opportunity to serve me again? No thanks.

Can t remember the two techs names. But this was probably the best oil change I have ever had. Both of them were very knowledgeable in what they doing, respectful and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Two s up for both of them.I will be back.

Apparently your company has decided to push people away to do biz else where. I have been a customer for several yrs & I always go in for tire air, which happens in This cold weather especially. I was in a rush to get my craft show, was overdue for my oil change, which I would do in the next day or so ..hence having been a loyal customer ..but was told u couldn t get this service since I was overdue for my oil change! WHAT??!!I had to get new wipers installed which was about $70, hence I was able to get air!!This is a very poor business decision in your part. And if I can t rely on your for this service, whether I m overdue or not, then I will go elsewhere.

I ve been using Take 5 for a few years now. They are very efficient, friendly and attentive to both their customer and their job. I like that you remain in your vehicle and that they get you in, get the job done and promptly on your way. I am happy to highly recommend their services.

Oil change was routinely done here. 2016 vehicle taken in for repairs to dealership and the oil filter is the original from when the car was manufactured. It s now 2024 and it was never changed! Please ensure they change your oil filter too!!

My husband went to take 5 to get his motorcycle inspected. Upon arrival he went inside to let them know he needed an inspection and was going to have a seat until they were ready. He was then told to go sit on his motorcycle and wait in the heat so when they were ready he could just pull in. He sat on his bike for 20 minutes and it was 90 degrees outside. Poor poor customer service. Never been to a place in 30 years that has such poor customer service in my life. Never will go back again. Spoke with my neighbors and they have had complaints as well. Would rate a 0 if it was available. Absolutely no respect for motorcyclists at all.

They let you stay in your car, it's faster, and the checked my engine air filter and said it way good, then showed me my cabin air filter and oh man!! It was nasty, but their price was mid, but their fast service is so worth it! They also do state inspections.

Was a great experience! That said though the prices are a little high for full synthetic. I know that's what you pay for so you don't have to do it yourself, but it only cost me around $50 to do it myself. Not a huge deal but just drop the price a smidg and not make it $150.

Very nice employees but prices are way too expensive. I stopped in to get a quick oil change and left paying way too much. Should have gone to Walmart. Oil change alone was $100. Chris and Jesse deserve a big shoutout! They totally saved the day when my GMC's oil light started flashing right as we were about to hit the road. Thank goodness we stopped by to grab my minor driver's license, 'cause Dallas-Fort Worth was jam-packed. These awesome guys tackled my truck issue at the last minute, just moments before they closed up shop. Now we're back on track and heading home to Dallas. Seriously, they were like real-life guardian angels. Gotta thank Jesus too, 'cause He always has everything under control. Huge thank you to all involved!

If I could give my experience a negative...I would. I have never felt so disrespected in my life than when I had a worker claiming to me a manager screaming and beating on my vehicle for a mistake they had made when guiding my vehicle into the bay for service. I know for a fact there is a guide box area that they use to guide you into place that is on the driver's side. I was being guided into place by a worker directly in front of my vehicle who proceeded to walk next to the driver's window and I was asking him when I should stop. Only to have this disrespectful, belligerent driver's kid on my passenger forward panel beating and screaming at me...WOW. The level of professionalism gets a negative 10. The hood of my vehicle was closed and I was told I can leave....I was then told after their "rant" and my irritated explanation that I was following their guiding worker and being told I was wrong.. even after the gm of the store came out and told me it was all our problem that we didn't communicate correctly. Again the disrespect.Not sure how to finish this off other than to say...I expected more and I don't think I could ever go back to that store. Oh.. then when I was leaving to pull out another worker came to my window and asked me what would I have done if I had knocked him over..?Really.. if they were following there procedures like they were trained there would NOT BEEN ANY ISSUES.I'M DONE....

$144 Oil change.Then they would not air up tire cause I told em it had a slow leak. Will not use again.Last time they did not tighten oil filter and oiled bottom of truck and top of driveway.

I went for my annual car inspection. The employees were very polite & courteous. Minimal wait time and in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was very pleased.

The people who actually serviced my car were great but there were two employees in the office chatting for over 30 minutes why customers were waiting. Frustrating when you pay more for convenience and it ens up taking over 30 minutes anyways. Management needs to step up.

Lance was very knowledgeable about his job and he asked if he could get me some water, asked about wiper blades, tire pressure, etc.. I was in and out in a very short period of time. Great Job!

I would just like to say I was there on 12/15/2023 and I was helped by Felix and Ben and they were the most professional and helpful man I've ever had at any kind of oil change place I would recommend this place to anyone to go but those two gentlemen were the best they went above and beyond !!!!

I ve used Take 5 several times, at another location. The folks @ 563 were way to busy talking to each other about a coworker who showed up without work pants to listen to anything I said. The guy at the computer was the worst. Please close the hood carefully (repeated 5x) I can t afford that (repeated 3x) My odometer doesn t work, (repeated twice). The funniest part of that was the guy said You should have told me that! me: I did.Him: No you didn t! Ok dude-whatever.They said they cleaned my windshield, replaced my washer fluid, & checked my tires-none of which they did.I still like Take 5, but I ll never visit this location (563) again.
