I'm used to actually dealing with dealerships. I was surprised when there were no courtesy refreshments here, just a vending machine. The coffee offered was old, I don't recall them making fresh coffee in the 6 hrs I waited. They preformed the 100k recommended maintenance. The place is clean and the staff is friendly, the waiting area is spacious which makes social distancing easy. The restroom is spotless and even offer lotion. Sanjay was really understanding and kind hearted, he was the person I'm assuming who did my mechanical work. The advisor I had was Mateo, he was also nice and kept me updated on my car since I waited the few hrs. I do love the window of how you can watch them while they work.Something was spilled on my car don't know what the hell it is but it was not like that when I bought it to them. Krystal was my service advisor. She was fabulous! Ask for her if you need quick lane service. Overall, I always have good service at McRee Quick Lane Center. I don't allow anyone else to service my vehicle.

Used quick lane for an oil change and asked them to check the shocks and struts on my 2019 expedition due to an extremely bouncy ride. They took my extended warranty information and said they would look at it and contact the warranty company. They completed the oil change and told me all 4 shocks needed to be replaced. They then said I needed to do it at McRee due to the warranty company needing further diagnostics done. I made an appointment with McRee for the first available which was a month away. McRee diagnosed and found only the front shocks needing to be replaced. They also contacted the warranty company who said the shocks were not covered. Quicklane not only did not do an adequate diagnostics test on the suspension, but also lied about contacting my warranty company. While this lie kept me from replacing unnecessary parts, it created a delay in the work to get done. I have no faith in Quicklane and will not return.

I have been coming in to the Quick Lube since I bought my from McRee Ford. 4 years later this morning was the best service. Crystal was awesome! So nice. So helpful. Also the mechanics were awesome. I was watching Oscar and he looked at my car thoroughly. Haven t had such a food visit.

There s no one here. Why is the television on full blast? Asking for it to be lowered seemed both a popular and unpopular request. Seriously though, WHY IS THE TELEVISION ON FULL BLAST??The television volume is definitely a point of contention between the payment desk and service advisors, too bad the customer gets caught in the middle.

Took my truck here yesterday for a full synthetic oil change and four tires. I didn't expect the 19.5 inch tires to be in stock. Was informed they would arrive today and the Quick Lane rep would call me this morning when they arrived.They did a blend oil change, which loses them money, adds wear and tear on my truck, and wastes my $300 an hour time. I did not receive an update this morning, but of course the rep "was about to call me" only after I called them to inquire this afternoon.Yet another business cutting QC corners by inviting Karen to scream into a pillow at "the manager". The manager who had nothing but excuses for why perfection is impossible. Well of course it is, if you're not striving for it. I can address this at the next Ford shareholder meeting, but I don't look the part so maybe that's why they treated me like a punk. Who showed up in a $100 thousand pickup to drop $3000 on them. Not too bright, kids.Absolute nightmare. Take your business elsewhere.Services: Tires, Oil change

Y all, the quicklane here has the worst customer service reps ever. I do not usually leave scathing reviews, but my wife, mother and myself have been subject to rude, condescending, and indifferent service techs every time we come. The quicklane at McRee is the worst part of buying at McRee ford. Multiple times I have had issues with Mateo and others. As other reviews down here note, this seems to be a recurring theme.

*Update* Robert Williford, the manager at Quick Lane, reached out to let me know I was charged the full amount in error, and it was only supposed to be an alignment check charge. They have issued and refunded and apologized for the experience. I have updated my review to reflect. My original review is below for reference. I appreciate them reaching out to make things right.Took my truck here, after lowering with a 2/4 drop, for an alignment. It seems like they only made an adjustment to the right side toe and nothing else. They then tell me they can't align it, and the rear thrust angle is off. I was able to fix my rear thrust angle in my garage, taking it from .68 to .26 degrees. Even though they could not do anything, I was still charged full price. I then took my truck to another shop, and they were able to align it without issues or modifications.

If I could give this a negative 5 stars I would. I went here for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was rudely greeted by the service manager because they broke the lug nut on my Bronco that's just a year old. He blamed me for his shop mess up, and after I corrected him, he proceeded to tell me they would fix it, but I would be required to pay for the cost. I told him that was not going to happen when he just admitted to breaking the part. After going back and forth with them about their mess up they told me they would cover the fix as they should have in the first place. The service manager informed me that the part wouldn't be in until the next few days and to me to drive my vehicle with the missing lug nut until it comes in. I have washed my hands with McRee Ford. I am never doing business with them again. It's very sketchy dealership.

I brought my 19 f350 in for a tire rotation in late November. While the service was prompt the quality of it was not. They literally did not not do one step of this simple procedure correctly. Did not use correct ford rotation pattern ( i know because i had previously marked the tires). When i came back to complain adout this Mateo could only say thats how we do it. None of the tires were inflated properly. They lost a valve stem cap. one rear center cap was not all the way on. Its a wonder it didn't come off. They did "find" a crossthreaded lug nut which they blamed on me doing the previous rotation. I doubt that.

They were to diagnose collision damage and repair while my car was in the body shop. During this time Quick-lane incorrectly installed parts in my 2016 Mustang GT. They managed to turn two of my lower strut bolts from splined to not splined: on top of that they also forgot the dust boot on the replacement strut, which WILL lead to early failure. No such thing as a customer schedule or accountability. This goes across from Quicklane and the service department, I have always had issues with both.Thanks again McRee Ford for not being my dealer. You will not lay hands on any car I intend to keep.

If you make an appointment, they're usually pretty quick and they have coupon specials on their website. Just make sure you don't get a new hire working on your vehicle. They always break my lug nuts but they did replace them with the right ones on my last visit.

Service is not quick by what it's called ( waited 2 1/2 hours) But the service is very thorough. My fault too not getting there by 7 to be first one in line. Overall price is good and needed to get the service done!

It d be a 1 star but it s not all bad. Mateo was nice, I got quoted for a damaged part that I had been needing to replace. Where I messed up was paying up front. I get a call to come in whenever and they ll squeeze me in. I try to set up an appointment and they tell me no need. Well I finally come to this side of town, and I get told by a different guy, we re about a 4 hour wait, why not do it somewhere else? I had already paid here, so it makes sense I m going to get it here. So I ask if he could make me an appointment. He tells me oh we re booked 2 weeks out. Doesn t even try to help or look. I leave and when I get in my car there s an appointment for a few days ahead. Oh well, I guess they re stressed/busy. Not the best customer service. I book an appointment and come back again, I get told he (same guy as last time) doesn t know what I m talking about. I tell him it should be noted on my last receipt and the parts. Well are you sure they re here not the dealership. You should ve talked to Mateo to make sure the parts are here. The guy was super condescending. The parts had been sitting there for over a month. Then he trudges to the back while a tech goes looking for my parts.There are a bunch of Fords/QuickLanes in the Houston area. I recommend going anywhere else. I m sad I ve been treated like this 2x here. Luckily I don t work around here anymore so I won t have the pleasure of coming back.

I had a flat tire I couldn't not take off one lug nut but it was not open yet. A few workers seen me, another few passed me up. And from that one guy coming into work stopped and talked to me and he said he'll right back, he brought a impact drill and helped take off the tire and put on the spare. That's a good man and I am thankful for him being there.

EDIT:l use a special oil for my high performance (ROUSH) engine they just Informed me I will pay normal prices and the Service Adviser is Great and the Tech got it done super fast and right .

I just walked in at 11:25 am , and the receptionist asked, "I have an appointment" I said no Appointment, he said it will be an hour to hour and half wait. I said ok then waited in the lobby, 12:20 pm my vehicle was not touched yet for oil change and tire rotation, I went to the receptionist and asked if they were still on schedule to get me out in 1.5 hrs, he said No. I asked why, the vehicles arrived after me getting the service done before me. He said "they have the appointment". So he said I can get my service done at approximately 1:45pm. So at entry he said maximum 1.5 hrs. Now I have to wait a total of around 2.5 hrs. So the name Quick lane doesn't match. And they don't know how to calculate the time, and they should have told me, that my service will be delayed because of no appointment. I would at least go to a different Ford service place. Good job team. Keep it up.

Arrived promptly at 8:30 for appointment. Service completed at 10am.Keys were accidentally locked inside the truck by staff but fortunately I have the Ford app and was able to unlock it. Overall, staff is friendly and professional. The receptionist at check out was awesome, she asked if I wanted to use my rewards to cover the cost which I really appreciated.Services: Tires, Oil change

I was the 7th person in line when they opened at (8am). When we all walked in the door they asked that a line be made and i never moved because i was already in a line. The person at the register tells me i was not next and i explained i knew where my vehicle was in line outside. He tells the customer he is dealing with I got you as if he had just finished dealing with a child. I don't do rude people at 8 in the morning. It was all unnecessary since we are supposed to be grown and i never said anything to the people checking in whose vehicle was ahead of mine. I was just standing there waiting my turn. You might want to teach your people a little more etiquette when dealing with customers because there was no reason for him to speak to me since the line was moving with no problems.Service: Oil change

I arrived at opening (7 AM) and was quickly served. The staff advised me throughout the service and explained the details of the required services my vehicle needed. Fresh coffee, comfortable seating and clean restrooms are available. The only drawback is the construction directly in front of the facility made it stressful to access from the feeder road. It was a very pleasant experience.

I called the day before, the earlier appointment was 1 week away, got up early , arrival at Quick change 15 minutes early, 7:00 am door open talk to the service writer 45 minutes later had my oil changed, tires rotated, little lady that checked me out was very courteous! Went here for an oil change and tire rotation on my dually after I paid I check the tires and they literally swapped the 2 front tires and told me that's how ford does tire rotations on duallys and when I told him your suppose to break the tire down rotate the front to back he said that's alot of work and that's not how ford does it. Don't waste your time coming here.

i honestly love coming to this place when i have issues with my car. the staff is great. really helpful, kind, and patient. and because of that, i don t mind being patient for them. i understand they have a lot to do, and a lot of people to serve, and these things just take time. i wish more people were kind and considerate to these employees and showed them the same patience they show us. really great service, really great employees
