Took Itasca Sunflyer motorhome here for oil, lube and transmission service. Did a thorough job and gave personal recommendations. Very positive experience. Finished our trip trouble free with better transmission shifting. Thank you from Beaconia Manitoba Canada!

I had my exhaust done here they swapped out a muffler and did a cat delete it sounds great. They where super helpful and gave me a verbal quote and said they could do it same day! That was pretty awesome. Good clean work they had flowmasteres in stock and he was ready to put them on. Can't ask for more than that

We had a rear tire blow up and take out one of our airspring/airbag in our RV on.the dirst leg of our summer trip from Arizona. Spoke with Kevin, he ordered the part in advance while we were staying in Galveston and his crew had it repaired in a day. A++++

I usually do not write reviews with the more I thought about it the more I was pissed off . I would definitely stay away from the mechanic Robert . Brought my vehicle in for diagnostic test. I agree with part of the charges, but when I ask what the other charges was for was given the runaround. Sounded more like a car salesman when called out on his bull$hit. Follow up with this review. Believe it some of these mechanics are shady as hell . When you ask what was done to your car to justify the high invoice they gave you . Tech tells you what he did to check your vehicle out . Then you question the results . He starts back tracking say you know what I mean . Then you question the next test he performed and you realize he didn t do that test at all . That s when you realize you have been scammed. Took it to the shop down the road and they figured out what was wrong with while I waited . And it was a 1/4 off the price of what the other shop charged me . And they Still could not tell me what was wrong. I am not say all the tech at the shop are crooks but be careful.

I normally do not write reviews but I would like to warn others about this place! If I could give them no stars I would! They were going to charge me over $2,000 to repair my tensioner pulley on my Sprinter van - I already knew what was wrong with the vehicle ,when I brought it to them- they insisted on doing a "diagnostic($200)" they ended up charging over $400 to do NOTHING- I had to have it towed there,so I again towed it down the road and they fixed the problem there for $376!!! These guys are HIGHWAY ROBBERS! (Beware- especially if you are a woman!) Totally took advantage of the situation.

Former employee here. RV technician of 10 years. All the mechanics here are outstanding. Bill, David, and Robert are top tier among the many men i have worked with, out of many, many shops. Not to mention Curtis Bailey in the RV department and his dedication to perfection and customer satisfaction like no other. Few technicians of his quality exist. Theresea is communicative, dependable, and responsible in the front, so dont expect to get the run around from her. Even the upper management are good people like Greg, who is compassionate and trustworthy, and Kevin, who shares an enthusiasm for all things fast, loud, and fast, like few people understand. I wouldn't put my name out there for many people as a tradesmen, but at All American, you're safe to get an oil change, a roof on your RV, a diagnostic for a check engine light, a full restoration, and then some on your classic race or show car, or even a jacuzzi installed in your slideout. Point being, this isn't just a company, but a group of excellent individuals you can trust.

All American has been taking care of the Powerwagon's needs with a thorough, competent team understanding the nuances of this truck. The truck runs great due to their reasoned suggestions for improving the Beast! She is in the Houston Auto Show for January 2019.

My dad gave me his 1966 Olds Toronado - an Ohio car that had sat for about 25 years. I knew the car would need a lot of work and attention, and All American Automotive was recommended by some classic car owners in my neighborhood. They work on classics, moderns, diesels and RVs!I called to add myself to their waitlist and was happy when they called! I had the car towed in, and they worked tirelessly on her for a month. I appreciated that the owner, Kevin, took the time to go through all of the items that they noticed on inspection. He included a thorough list and estimated prices for each line item, and then talked through the list with me at length to decide what was a 'must have' and what was a 'wish list' item. He also told me what items i could do myself to save money, and gave me pointers on how to do them. Anytime something would come up that would cause additional cost or time, he was sure to call and inform me.I also appreciated that Kevin took the time to teach me about my car in a respectful and friendly way! All too often, as a woman, I feel slighted by mechanics who think that I either don't know or don't care about what is going on.Kevin went the extra mile when my car died on her drive home from the shop. He met me at the gas station where I was dead in the water, diagnosed the problem, ordered a part for us that we picked up around the corner, and installed it right there in the gas station parking lot. then followed me home to make sure it was ok! I've never experienced such great service and dedication from a shop before. He's earned a customer for life!

I dropped off my RV with the intent of having the hose for the gravity-feed fill for the fresh water tank replaced. I clearly stated what hose I needed replaced. A glance under the RV would have easily revealed the deteriorated hose that needed replacement. When I went to pick up the RV I asked the mechanic if he had to drop the water tank to replace this hose (I knew that would have been required and that's why I took it to a shop and instead of completely a relatively simple task myself). He said no and proceeded to show me what he replaced. He replaced a PVC "t" fitting on the tank fill for the pressure line, not the line I asked to be replaced. The mechanic was not even aware there was a gravity fill option for the tank. A phone call to the customer to verify the work to be done and an estimate would have avoided this problem. This was $395 I really didn't need to spend. Sure, there was a leak on the pressure fill side of the tank but we don't use that and it's not what I wanted replaced. All American did not offer any sort of apology or reparations other than offering $100 off if we brought in back in for replacement of the correct line. Well, we all know how that works. No desire to deal with these folks again.

We got towed in after hours in our RV. In the morning friendly, efficient, hard working family. Talked with us each step they took. It took 2 days but as found our brakes were going as well. Highly recommend for your RV. And if we lived near would take our car.

I have a vehicle that most shops can't or won't work on. These guys didn't hesitate for a minute and knew their stuff. They were kind, fit me into their schedule, explained everything well, didn't waste my time and when another shop told me I needed new tie rods they ordered them and then returned them when they saw that the other shop had found a nonexistent problem. I also really appreciated how kind and helpful the entire staff was. I don't remember everyone's names but Kevin was who I spoke with on the phone and the woman working in the front office was so knowledgable, kind and considerate. Thank you for the work you did [shocks and air spring replacement on my '01 VW Rialta]!

Took my vehicle in because it kept stalling on me they did a diagnostic test for $100 and found nothing, next day my check engine light came on went back next day and they said it was a fuel pressure sensor charged me $257 plus $100 for another diagnostic test because my light hadn t stayed on. They said it was fixed but if I did have an issue I could bring it back and they would do a free diagnostic test. I took it back today left my car all day they never checked it out - not very professional.

I went here when it was Taylor Automotive. The mechanics still do a good job and was told they kept all the same techs. However today I was charged total of $292 to replace a battery this was after I got frustrated and asked for a military discount which he obliged. The reasoning was I asked him to check the starter which he charged $98 for an hour of labor PLUS a diagnostic fee. Thought it was exhorbitant to charge diagnosis with his large hourly salary considering that if I would have just went to Oreillys first for a new battery it would have been cheaper. American is the right name for this place now- high priced for not doing much work today! Otherwise he did have good service.

We took our 2011 GMG Sierra to Taylor Automotive for repairs and were more than satisfied! The staff was extremely helpful with explaining exactly what the issue was with our truck as well as repairing it in a timely manor. I highly recommend this automotive shop to anyone who is looking for a reliable, dependable, & knowledgeable mechanic! We will definitely be using Taylor Automotive for all our mechanical issues.

I took my Cobra in with an intermittent issue of starting not starting. The worse kind of problem you can have with a car. Especially on a Roush 427 Cobra engine! I left it on Friday and they called within a few days next week to say it was finished. They had even kept it for a few days to make sure that the problem was resolved. I was expecting a big bill but it was no where near what I anticipated. Very friendly and polite people. I would and have recommended them.

I took my classic car there and always found things not done right. Hose clamps left loose on master cylinder after they replaced it. Tune up but timing was still off and no mark for the timing light so how do you do a tune up without using a timing light. Screws left loose. Rebuilt the carburetor using the wrong gasket kit. And every time there wad grease all over the freshly restored white interior . Very disappointed, and cost me thousands.

Had an appointment for rear brakes at 9 am. No contact...called at 1 pm would be handled as soon as they got back from lunch..3 pm..called they had not even looked at. When we picked up without anything being done we inquired as to reason since we had an appt. They had 3 RVs come in and could not get to our vehicle..Guess RVs pay more???

Chose this repair shop to fix a wheel problem on our RV. Found them to be very professional, did what they said they would do and when. I feel they charged a fair price and were very competent, unlike many others we have used over the years in RV repair. Class act and would recommend them fully.

Charged me $50 for pulling my car in the shop and pulling it out of the shop. I asked the mechanic if he done anything to the car he said no I was just starting to work on it. I go inside to get my key he said we are Charging you $50 for labor, really. Very poor service and exercise precaution going here.

We were referred to Taylor Automotive by Holiday World in League City, TX to have routine maintenance performed on our motor home. It was on a Monday and whoever the Holiday World contact person spoke with at Taylor told him that if we took the motor home to Taylor on that Monday, we could have the maintenance and inspection done and get the motor home back the next day. It took several phone calls to Taylor and each time the person apologized for not contacting us but it took us eleven days to get our motor home back. We were told they were "short handed" so if you are considering using them for repairs/maintenance, you should be prepared to leave your vehicle there for several days to several weeks.
