I am so proud I was able to buy from my local dealership! I walked in and was immediately welcomed in. Mark, Clay, and Nancy were so nice and made me and my girls feel like family. Mark and Clay worked hard to get me into the car I wanted at the payment I needed. I will definitely be going back and recommending y'all to everyone I know! I got an appointment on Wednesday and had my vehicle back by Friday. The part I needed wasn't in stock, called and got from another dealership. Called before they preformed a repair that wasn't covered under warranty. Service rep was absolutely wonderful. Hands down best service in my area.

Don't have your vehicle brought here in an OnStar emergency. Was 500 miles from home and my truck broke down (2016 Silverado). OnStar told me everything was set up for my truck to be towed there and they would get me taken care of. Only for me to show up and the service department have no idea I was coming. I was greeted by a whiny man at the service desk who said they might look at my truck mid next week. Even after explaining to them I was 500 miles from home with nowhere to go or stay. They wouldn't even bother looking at the truck to see if it was maybe something simple. He just whined about how he couldn't look at my truck and sent me on my way. Luckily the tow truck driver I had looked at my truck. Turns out it was something simple and the tow truck driver had me on the road in less than 10 minutes. Absolute trash service department.

It was great. Nancy helped me to get the car I wanted and she had all the paperwork ready to go when I showed up to sign. Least painful experience I ve ever had buying a car, would definitely recommend!

My wife and I traveled 11/4/2022 to Denver City from El Paso, Texas to purchase and pick up my 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71. our sale associate, Nancy Dominguez, was awesome and so helpful. In the two days prior to pick up, she provided me additional photos I requested and answered quickly any other questions I had. When we arrived, the Tahoe was spotless, all paperwork ready to go and she had it filled with a full tank of gas to get us home! That is not something you see often or at all from other sales associates or other dealerships! I ve never purchased a vehicle online or unseen unless I could see it, feel it and drive it. But after seeing it online, all the detailed photos, and the brief negotiations up to the day of purchase, Nancy made everything so effortless and we trusted her every bit of the way. After our long 4.5 hr drive to seal the deal, Nancy even offered to pick up some lunch for my wife and me to have something to eat when we arrived. Nancy is a true asset to Mustang Country Chevrolet! My new/old Tahoe, just like my previous one, drove home like a champ!! Love that LS engine. Thank you Nancy Dominguez and Mustang Country Chevrolet for the awesome deal & customer service!

The service was great, got my oil changed, along with all the filters(air, oil, and fuel) on both of my diesel pickups. (2016,2018). Never again will I pay $600+ for 1 service job much less 2. This is theft and I ll preach it to everyone that will listen!

Great service! Trustworthy customer service. My vehicle was repaired way faster than I expected. [Edited my rating down one, but my experience was still positive: 3 days later, a clamp was not fastened around a hose to my engine, and I lost all of my antifreeze. It was easy to self diagnose and fix, just cost me new antifreeze and a mess. I assume a more thorough check could have been done]

Came in to get my fathers truck worked on. Told us to come back next week. We said we would go somewhere else, amazingly a spot opened up for us. We were only customer in entire dealership. Took one hour to repair vehicle but charged us 3 hours labor! SCAM. Told us part was $300 then it was $550 on invoice, CrOoks! Take your vehicle to another repair center!

Alex and Ishmael provided excellent service when it came to fixing the screen in my Silverado. Mustang Country was the only dealership in the area who could get me in the same week and also fix the problem the next day. The Service Department went above and beyond taking care of me. It was worth driving to Denver City from Odessa. My next purchase will be from this dealership.

Took my sister's car in to be serviced and they said 1 hr 45 min but they got it done fast Thanks everyone . She had to work so I took it up to Denver City for her
