Replaced front suspension, front rotors, did the alignment and serviced the brakes. Was done for a fair price and in a timely manner. This shop has earned my business.

SCAMMED !!! HORRIBLE communication !!! I needed a jump start which they quickly attempted once and did not work so then I had to purchase a tow to my local mechanic. When my truck arrived to the shop my mechanic instantly jumped the truck and told me all it needed was a jump. Texoma Auto Care just kept giving me ridiculous excuses on why they couldn t jump it in the first place. Management has refused to give me a call to discuss the situation. It s been 2.5 weeks with me calling a couple times a week to attempt to speak to management and still nothing. I had to pay for a full tow that wasn t needed at all.

If I could give a 10 I most definitely would! We were stranded after coming off a cruise from Galveston. We made it 150 mile before we broke down. We were able to get to Sherman TX and then got in touch with Texoma Auto Care through AAA for towing. They could only get us so far that night and got us to a hotel. The next day they made sure to get us the remaining 263 miles to home. Jessica and Kevin are the best!!. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We were on our way from Bonham to Denison and just inside Denison, I received a warning on my car ( steering loss ) and my steering wheel locked up and our car no longer had the ability to steer. Luckily we had AAA and they sent Christian, as our tow truck driver. The wait wasn t bad and he went above and beyond to take care of us. The dealership that we wanted, was closed because it was Sunday. Imagine my surprise to receive a call early Monday morning, letting me know they had received my car. I would highly recommend Texoma Auto Care and will use them again if the need ever arises! Good service is hard to find these days, but that s what you get at Texoma Auto Care.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Felix and Dino are the kindest folks you could meet, going above and beyond to help get you back on the road. Once a customer, you'll be a customer and have friends for life.

Not quite sure what was going on tonight at Cliff's Check Cashing in Denison, but I sure hope it was worth one of the drivers of Texoma Auto Care forcing me and the car in front of me off the road. Would NOT Recommend! There was No Emergency when we pulled up behind them!

These guys were very polite and took the time to find out the real problem with my son's girlfriend's car. We were told it needed a new alternator and found out that it did not, and it was a completely definition. We greatly appreciate the time they took to make sure things were right.

Went up on the price and didn't tell me until the work was done. Also, all the lights are still on. I don't have time to take it back and be without a vehicle. My advise. If you want it done right, the first time, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!

Worked with us after the car was impounded and dropped a $50 "notice charge" then took off a few other dollars because I'd scraped together $425. We had called a couple hours before going to get the car and had been told it was gonna cost $415..we get there and they wanted $467.

Extremely nice and professional people running this establishment. My car was towed and impounded at this location. The fee was reasonable and it was a very quick and easy process. Best experience I've ever had with a company of this type, even if the situation wasn't ideal for yours truly.

I had a "mishap" 700 miles from home on Thanksgiving. I called for a tow. Robert was over an hour early!! Very nice guy. Had him to it to their shop (Texoma Auto Care). After the long weekend, I worked with Mike at the shop. Fair, honest, and prompt. Truck was ready in no time. They took a very stressful situation and made it easy. From 700 miles away, I was in a situation where they could have told me a list of stuff that was damaged. How would I know from that far away? But they did not. Minimal damage and very reasonable price. Truck is great now!!! These guys are great!!!

The only reason I gave it more than one star is because of the sweet woman at the front desk. I went there this morning because they were listed on the TXDPS website as a place to get my inspection. I am fairly new to Denison and not familiar with the local auto care businesses. When I got there she had to call to find out when he was going to be in. The response was about an hour. Who has the time for that. Waiting an hour for someone to show up and then have to wait for the service Why do you have hours of operation when you're not going to be there to help your clients. Such a disappointment.

These people will take care of you, even if you're from out of town and they may never see you again. Got us back on the road in less than 4 hours after my rack and pinion on the truck blew a seal while we were passing through. Had a flat had to be towed. Amanda was very professional and treated my car like it was hers. My Acura sits very close to to the ground. Best service I have ever received from AAA dispatch.

When I called to see how much it would cost to get my truck out of impound the person answering the phone only said no more than $250.00. So I told the guy I was on my way to get the truck he said ok. When I got to the location no one was there. I had to wait for a hour for someone to show up just to get the paper work done then I had to wait another 30 mins for a driver to show up just to go get the truck from the lot .

AAA send them to jumpstart my car while I was on vacation and this driver was prompt and gave me great adwise to take it to dealer instead of trying to rip me off by selling new battery as my car was still under warranty. Great job the driver did!

This business was dispatched to get my keys out of my car by Triple A. Luckily my coworkers saw him because I was not notified the driver was on his way or that he had arrived. The technician was not at all friendly. I don't know that I would personally use this business in the future.

My friend paid their requested amt to tow the truck HOME. They dropped it across town and the driver threatened the person that paid him. Wouldn't resolve the issue. Thieves
