Stay away from this shop I take my work van to do motor replaced and charge lots off money and broke my AC and my van still have check engine light on

Great service and very friendly!!! They had my vehicle back on the road fast!! The price for the repairs were very reasonable and good. Way less then what I would have paid at the dealership. I highly recommend!!

They don't care about good customer service. They don't care about ripping people off. They posted an ad on craigslist and quoted us a price to fix our transmission. My husband and father take the car on a trailer and the owner waits until they unload the car to two him the price is $1000 more than the original quote. After some time they come to an agreement on the price. A week later we call the shop and are told the car is ready. We pay them and are told is we have any issues to call and have a warranty on the job so they will send a tow truck anywhere we are at no charge. They shake hands and my husband heads home. On the way home he said he noticed the car was not switching from 8 cylinder mode to 4 cylinder mode. He called the shop and he was told to just give it a few days. Still the car seems to get worse. It now has trouble getting into gear. My husband calls the shop numerous times until finally someone answers the phone. He is told on Friday 8/31/18 someone would be at our house to tow the car back to the shop. The next day we all stay home to wait for someone to pick the car up. My husband calls and sends messages throughout the day and has no luck getting someone to pick up. I decided to call from my phone, no such luck. I then use my daughter's phone and someone actually picked up the phone!!! I ask if someone was coming. I get told that he( the owner) is out of town and no one (towing companies) is open. He said he would be here Tuesday. I am livid!!! You don't treat customers this way especially if you want repeat business. The only reason I am even giving them a 1 star is because I have no other choice that is lower than that which at this point is what they deserve. We will see if someone actually shows up on Tuesday.

Was drawn in by a Craigslist ad and quoted $1200 for a transmission rebuild. Then when I got the car to the shop, they pulled it off the trailer by dragging it while it was still in park, scraping the undercarriage of my car as they were getting it down. Then the owner smiles at me and asks me, "you know how much this is going to cost, right?" I replied $1200. He says, "No, this is a V8 and is going to cost $2200." I said, "that's not what you quoted me on the phone." And he tells me that it was in fact his son that posted the Craigslist ad and that he would not honor that price. Since I had just gotten the car off of the trailer when he said this, I told him that it wasn't right to bait and switch people like that and that I was highly annoyed. He offered to "make it right" by doing the job for $1450. I agreed because I couldn't figure out how to get the car back on the trailer. Then he tells us that he fixed it and replaced the battery. Total bill came out to almost $1600. I drove it home and had to call him a couple of times, because it was already messing up. After several days of trying to get ahold of him, he told me that he'd have it picked up from my house today. Well, we waited and called and texted him and he ignored it all. Then, after contacting him on a third line around 6:20pm, he finally picked up only to tell us that he would not be able to pick it up until Tuesday. He insists that it isn't his problem and that it's electrical. The two codes that are coming up when I scan it are transmission related. Yet he is giving me the run around. Was told I had a one year warranty and to call them if I had any problems and they'd have it towed. Funny, because it was less than a day before I called him and he already tried to flake out on me. I would seriously think twice before you take your vehicle to this shop. They are not looking out for your vehicle or you as a customer.

I never leave bad reviews but this place is something else. Paid good money and transmission still bad. To make things worse no warranty. Horrible customer service!

They do transmission rebuilds and swaps for half the cost of a lot of other places. Their shop is always full, they have a lot of business and as far as I can tell everyone is happy with the service!

Very bad experience, I took my truck and it was never left, I lost more than $3,000 Dollar, I had it there for more than three months, they are very irresponsible, bad treatment, they finally never fixed my truck, stay away from that place if you don't want to lose your money, they don't respect the warranty Muy mala experiencia lleve mi camioneta y nunca qued� perd� m�s de $3,000 Dollar ten�a all� m�s de tres mese son muy irresponsables mal trato al fin mi camioneta nunca me la arreglaron , al�jate de ese lugar si no quieres perder tu dinero no respetan la garant�a

If I could give 10 stars I would do very good, fast and efficient service. They came for my troka in the afternoon and the next day they had it ready to run again.Si pudiera poner 10 estrellas lo har�a muy buen servicio r�pido y eficaz vinieron por mi troka en la tarde y al otro d�a ya la ten�an lista para correr otra vez

Once in the past I had a transmission rebuild for a 2004 Silverado...it was in perfect condition.Una vez en el pasado me hicieron un reconstrucci�n de una transmission para una silverado 2004... quedo en perfectas condiciones.
