They products, prices and discounts are great. In the other hand the employees are the problem at the store. They do not pay attention to the job they are doing or to the customers at all.

Worst experience I have ever had getting an oil change. The workers seemed to have little idea what they were doing, and it took a very long time for them to verify the correct type of oil for my common car. Damaged the oil cap at the bottom of the car while doing the service. They also could not figure out how to reset the oil change due light in my car. Check-out was very slow and the service given by the gal at the counter was extremely lackluster. Locals say to avoid this place because the workers do not know what they are doing. Save yourself the trouble and wait till Monday.

2+hrs for a single tire change. Got there early and no-one was there, checked in and waited for 2 hrs. Wal Mart, you have to do better. Workers working at their own pace, no sense of urgency.Manager was apologetic but dammit

Went in got some auto supplies then went and got food supplies and house supplies then a couple of gifts also, can't go wrong with 1 stop shopping !

The auto shop convinced us to get a fuel injection service. After the service, our check engine light was on. We were told that s normal and it should go off soon. We came back later in the day and they told us it would actually go off after 50 miles. After over 900 miles, the check engine light was still on and our emission was having issues. We took it to Honda s auto shop and were told that Walmart did the fuel injection incorrectly. After submitting a claim to corporate Walmart, it was denied because they claimed their auto shop doesn t have the ability to clear codes. Needless to say, I would never get any service done with them after it cost us $200 to fix their mistake.

I have called 3 times and get put on hold for 10 minutes before I hang up and try again. If this is any indication of how fast their service is, I will take my business somewhere else.Update: Against my better judgement, I took my car to get serviced here because they were the only place open on a Sunday. After waiting a full 3 hours, I was told they couldn t change my oil because they did not have the correct filter. THREE HOURS for nothing.Never. Again.

Me and my family have stopped going years ago, everything has at least a 2 hour wait, the staff seem nice, but they seem to be understaffed. I went to them for lowest price, but service really stinks, I couldn t imagine a stand alone tire business run like that would be able to stay open.Service: TiresService: Tires

I ve been waiting 4 hours to get an oil change. I called them to check on the status of my vehicle. I was put on hold for 15 min and then hung up on. Once I called back I was told they hadn t started it yet. Still waiting.Update: I dropped my Jeep off at 2 PM, and got a call saying it was finished at 7:45 PM.

Got here for a basic oil change at 0720 on a Thursday morning with only 1 car ahead of me and a full crew in the shop. Its 0955 and they appear to be wrapping up on my car. I wrote this review moreso because I was bored out of my mind waiting. If you value your time, seek another lube joint.

Arrive at 7:15 am on a Monday morning, 15 min after opening. Only one vehicle was ahead of us. The individual who initiated work orders took 20 minutes to acquire a good battery for his hand-held device, before taking our order. He did not talk or explain his delay. He asked what type of oil I would like, so I requested Rotella 10w-30 synthetic blend, and he said O.K. I also asked for a 4 wheel tire rotation, without balancing, and to have tire PSI adjusted to 75 fronts & 80 backs. I watched while the tech worked on tire rotation, and stopped him before he started balancing (which I did not want). Before I paid for the service, my wife noticed that we were charged for tire balancing, so we have that charge removed. Also, we saw that Rotella 15w-40 blend oil was used, although I requested the 10w-30. Fortunately, the 15w-40 is still within specifications. We do not recommend this Tire & Lube Express.

Went to automotive dept.to purchase a car battery. As a woman i had a few questions to ask before i decided on which 1 to purchase. So i found the worker asked my questions picked 1 followed the worker to her register & while waiting on me goes & talks to other customers while cashing me out. Left me waiting. I told her it wasn't appropriate or acceptable to be tending to me & then go help others & answer phones

Absolutely the worst service. Arrived at 9 AM 2nd vehicle. 3 hours later they put oil back in it. Then called a manager for some lube audit another hour still sitting in the same spot. I and thinking manager is as lazy as those he hires..

Make sure you're ready to shop for a couple of hours because it's a long wait but prices are ok and mechanics are nice

If I can give them zero stars I would hands down. Customer service is nonexistent and is not like the personnel is interested in implementing it. Rude to the extreme, incompetent in ALL levels!!!! Worst of the worse .

I called before buying to ask if they have a tire but not body answer the phone, so maybe they need a secretary or someone to answer the phone.

This place is terrible!! First customer in this morning and still waiting after 1.5 hours. Watching the guy rotating my tires is killing me, he takes a break between every wheel. They literally have two speeds here.....slow and stop!!!

I've been waiting 3 hours for my tires to be changed and they haven't even started it yet. It sucks its the only place in town to get tires done all week long. If you don't have to get any services done here don't.

Worst service i have ever had get told that because i have insurance i can get a new tire for. 30 dollars and get charged 100 dollars for a mis print on the attendants fault

Horrible customer service that broke my tire pressure sensor and said it was already like that I had no issues with my tire sensor before hand I was just wanting to buy a new tire
