I went to this tire shop because I wanted to check if my tire needed a balance and this guy just looked at the tire and told me no it doesn t need one ,but I knew that it needed a balance because when I to Mexicoi had flat tire, I notice they didn t do their job right on my tire so.. I insisted and assisted with his bad angry-attitude, he decided to balance my tire I noticed he wasn t doing it right he s threw the tire on the balance machine let it spin for a few seconds and put it back on my vehicle he lied to me he didn't balanced my tire,I did ask him if my tire needed a balanced? With a stuck up attitude he told me yes a little ,but when I got home i was confused and started thinking so I checked my tire and i noticed that he never added any new wheel weights to my tire ,this guy didn t do anything to my tire.so I took it to another tire shop and they did rebalanced my tire and the right wheel weights were added.I don t trust this guy mister know-it- all look at picture .and I don t trust this tire shop anymore because i don t know how many of the workers knew that he was lying to me .anyone reading this it is better if you go to another tire shop which is also cheaper.

The tire shop helped us out in a bind when I blew out a tire between Brackettville and Del Rio with a van full of kids. It was all reasonably priced and the road side assistance from Jesus was top notch, kind and made sure we were 100% safe before we got on the road. Thank you so much for your help.

Simply outstanding! I haven't purchased anything from "The Tire Shop" yet and I can tell you they are the place you want to go. Top of the line customer service. Absolutely great.I am dad visiting my son and daughter in law at Laughlin AFB. I noticed the tires on may daughter-in-laws' car were running really thin. They are hesitant to buy new tires because they are saving for their "Big Wedding". Well, I just can't let my daughter-in-law drive around on poor tires. I called the "Tire Shop" to see if they could replace the tires as a surprise. Letty, the owner, answered the phone and told me she didn't have her tire size in stock. But that if I bought them at Walmart, and brought them over, she would install them for us right away.Can you believe that? I didn't think service like that existed anymore. Letty was more interested in helping the customer than making making a quick buck.Unfortunately, WallyWorld didn't have the tire in stock. I decided that even if the surprise was a bit delayed, I would buy the tires from "The Tire Shop". Customer Service like that needs to be rewarded.I called Letty back and she said she would call me in the morning and find out what tires the warehouse had and let me know what my options were.My son is on temporary duty. He was the one sweating the expense. I know he will be happy his wife will has safe new tires when he comes back.I'll update my review and let everyone know how things worked out, and how surprised my daughter-in-law and son were.

Went at 2:00 pm on a Saturday. Took my RV tire with me (had a nail). Fixed it right away. Price was good. Employees were awesome.

Fast friendly service from the techs to the saleswoman. They quote you a price and that's exactly what you pay. We have been coming here for approximately 4 years. I recently moved to Del Rio and continue to come here.

Was on my way to Marfa Tx. Got a flat by Amistad and these guys fixed me up got us going in less than thirty minutes and we were on our way! Very well recommended!

Had a tire that had been repaired by another shop but was still leaking air. Pulled up and they immediately started working on it. The nail was still in the tire. They got me back on the road within 20 minutes. Outstanding service!

Very disappointed. Read the reviews after breaking down with a second blow on way through Del Rio. Called and was told $50 just to open shop. Can't complain about that it was after hours and a fair price. Get to the shop to purchase a tire was charged $160 for a tire (actual cost probably $92 we own a Auto Repair shop in Katy) ok, still we agree fair enough...But when we were told $50 MORE to mount the tire and put it on the camper WOW...course what are you to do when you are stuck. You pay it. He told us it was road side service. Hmmm...Not sure how since we are sitting in the parking lot and he has all the tools and air. Total out the door $273. Feel very taking advantage of knowing we would never be back.We being shop owners run a honest shop and try NOT to take advantage of anyone's bad luck. We could completely understand the $50 to open the shop it was after hours and he had to leave his home and come sell us a tire. We can understand charging to mount the tire..but $50? Most regular people charge $10--$20 not to mention he already made $50 and another $50 on the tire itself.Buyers beware and KARMA is all I can say.

Great service. Fixed 2 of my tires before I had all replaced,gave me a couple more weeks on the old tires. Jorge Trevino helped me out right away was only there for 25 minutes.

Great place for tire services. The people are great and make u feel welcomed. My only issue is the men's bathroom needs a good scrubbing. It sinks.

PlBest tire shop I've been to in years being over the road,, they changed my trl. tire with my spare in 23 minutes, cost 50. dollars. You cant beat that now days. If your in Del Rio dont waist your time and money with the other place ,,, they wouldn't even answer the phone. Ausome service here thanks.

I've been using the tire shop both professionally and in my personal life for all my tire needs these guys are Pros Jr keep up the good work Trello keep up the good work Trello are the owners of really good guy I would not take my car or truck anywhere else but the tire shop

Horrible place! New management is a slimeball. Employee broke my tail light box on my semi trailer by stepping on it IN FRONT of the owner. Owner tried desperately to weasel out of it. Didn't pay for it. Take your business somewhere else!

They sold me a 9 year old used tire without telling me how old it was. They made it sound like it was relatively new. Popped about a month after they sold it to me for $200, went to get a refund but apparently their used tires are bought 'as is' and no refunds available.

They charged me just to put air in my tires. Air that is all around us. I could literally go to any other place and they'll do it for free. I was in a rush and saw this place. Terrible...
