Got stranded on the highway outside Del Rio with a blowout and no spare on a hot summer day. I removed the tire and rim from my car and came here. Because the tire was shredded on the rim, they had a hard time getting the old tire off. But they finally got me hooked up with a new tire in less than an hour. Ivan and the crew were great! Got me in right away and I really appreciate the work they did. And all in a friendly, timely and economical manner!

We were recommended by a local friend about this shop, very hard working and professional crew, helped us out with a tire repair, and got us right back on the road! 10/10 recommend Southwest tire

Just want give a BIG THANK You to the two gentle men that helped me and my husband change our tire, it was 10 min till closing time and these gentlemen were so AWESOME AND FAST , they know their stuff! our tire was a gonner and were honest ( big thumbs up) we bought a tire and they quickly installed it ..( if that's how you say it ..idk I'm a girl ) off we went .. Thank you guys..,, (the ppl pulled up with an old Honda. )

I've been going to this shop for 10 years whenever I needed tired and the guys that do the repairs are quick but today was a different story.I asked if my tire was side walled, after a while of waiting they confirmed it was, then I wanted to know their price on a NEW tire since I use my car a lot and the man inside the office told me to wait a few minutes. So I did until I saw they lifted my car and removed the spare tire I had on. I asked the man working on my tire what was he doing and he said he patched my tire.NEVER did I say I wanted it to be patched because I knew it'd be too dangerous.Nope. Im not coming here anymore.

We stopped at SWT because we had a leak in our tire we were trying to get back home to Fort Worth. We stopped and Raul took us in immediately explained everything to us and fixed us up in under 10 minutes! Raul was very nice and let us sit in the car while they fixed the leak! Highly recommend!

Asked for 4 brand new tires - I found out through Discount Tire that Southwest sold me 9 year old Nexen tires for $147 a piece and I was advised by Discount Tire to replace them immediately as tires older than 6 years are not safe to drive on.

Talk about mixed feelings earlier we paid $10 to fix a flat as they took the tire off and put it back on later on I go back with the tire already off they fixed it at 6 sharp the worker told me it was $15 I commented that earlier I had paid 10 and just that time it rolls $5 more.He chuckled when inside i and then said tead I change my mind and only charged you ten.I thought they only did that across the border.

Bought wheels and tires and a lift kit been having so many issues since I've bought them now I decided to take off the wheels that I paid 5000 for so they can sit in my garage going back to stock and every time I go they wanna charge like the 7500 that I paid wasn't enough never will I go here again not even if I had a flat in front of their shop bad business highly disappointed

I had an issue with a tire and needed a new one. Decided to try this place for a used one as I didn t have the cash for new at time. I went and it seemed like the man inside just made up a price to quote me (pretty sure it was more than usual) since he knew I really needed it. They removed my old tire way before I had agreed to purchase one so it kinda left me with no choice. Purchased and he charged me $20 extra for mounting. As soon as I left I noticed my car said low pressure, the nice man who replace stated it would go away once I drove it. It never did. I returned 3 more times to get air in tire before I took it elsewhere to find out it had a nail whole time. They sold me a used tire granted but could ve checked the quality of it as they mounted, I m still a paying customer. I doesn t seem like I picked up the nail elsewhere it was kinda noticeable that it had been there a while. I don t think I ll return.

Just needed a used tire in the correct size to use as a spare and they had one in stock. Got me all squared away in under 20 minutes with it mounted and balanced on my wheel for a very reasonable price. Didnt realize they are also a full service mechanic shop so I'll definitely be back for some other work soon!Very happy with the service

Have brought my truck for front end work and has not been pleasant. Have taken my truck back 3 times and still not right. Tires are wearing worse than before. Terrible experience and the owner is arrogant and does not care about the customer.

Five stars is enough for this company. I give them 10 !!! Arriving 10 minutes after the posted closing time I had lost all hope of continuing my trip. when I pulled in the doors were closing all around the building. I found a parking spot down the street and decided that least try so I turned around and pulled back in to the parking in front of the building where the last door was closing. A man was wheeling the last jack into the building for the day. my truck is very heavy and not well recieved at any tire store. The man stopped what he was doing and said in a friendly voice " can i help you ? " Southwest Tire opened back up and several people waited another 30 minutes to go home to help me get back on my trip for a $27.00 tire repair. This is a lengthy review for me , but I can't as long as this description is still does not give enough praise for this kind of service.. Thank you to all of the kind folks that make Southwest Tire in Del Rio , Texas a first rate business.

Quoted $10 per.tire, mount and balance. Charged $ 10 per tire to mount, $10 per tire to balance and an additional $40 due to "oversized" tires even though they are stock tires

They're honest and their prices are reasonable. If you have a small amount of work, like an alignment or tire rotation they will be very fast but if you have something big like suspension work expect it to take a week.

Do not go here. Customer service and experience was horrible. They asked me to drop off my car at 8am on a Saturday to get my alignment done. At 3 p.m. my car hadn't even been touched! The guy said they probably wouldn't get to it. Then why make an appointment? What kind of sense does that make? He never even called to say this or I would have gone elsewhere.

Came here for tire rotation a while back mechanic working on my vehicle broke two of my rim caps. Person in charge was let know of the situation and apologized for the inconvenience that he would order me two new caps to come back in a couple of weeks. Come two weeks I drop by caps not ordered. Tells me to come back in two weeks. Same thing happens. I ve given enough time to post a review to see if they would contact me but nothing. Horrible customer service.

Placed an order on March 2, 2018 for rims and tires . Manager said in a week they shall be here and lug nuts and alignment was included. Gave them a call a week later, since I'm not from town with a surprise that my order had not been not placed. After a few days they finally gave me a call. Even worst owner didn't have black car lug nuts so they wanted to give me silver ones, after a few minutes manager came up to me and said he did have the black ones ; owner ended up selling them to me for $2 a piece. Never Again!!

Headed in from deer lease out of Pumpville,Texas and had two blow outs . These people are super nice and had four brand new trailer tires and at a fair price.

Only place in while town that has machine to be able to change the tires on my truck due to size of rim I have so I love it. Plus quick and professional people and work

Was from out of town came here for a patch on a tire. Guy iwthout hesitation said 1hr 30... said No thanks and drove off. Who takes an hour and 30 to do a patch. Dont come here.

Horrible service and to top it off the same owner (male) sits there and encourages it . How sad he d be better off at home and hiring ppl with good customer service experience.
