I'm from out of town and my RV refrigerator was working on 120v, but not on propane. Brought my rig in and he fixed it in minutes. Super friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

We were on a family trip to Big Bend, and stayed over near Del Rio where a storm ripped off our awning. The next morning Paulinos shop got us in first thing and replaced it with an hour. We were able to get back on the road and our trip wasn't ruined. Highly recommend!

Very efficient, we lost the bathroom vent cover during a storm on a WE, they replace it thist thing monday morning , very happy to he able to get back on the rad, may be the labor was a little bit expensive.

Please be aware!!!! Charged me $200 to pick up and return my RV to storage which is 2 miles from them. Did not work on what I needed and did not get authorization for any work done. Returned my trailer to storage without hitch lock. Paid $500 for battery terminals to be cleaned up. I will report to better business bureau.

An extremely rewarding experience! February 28 I was traveling from Magnolia Beach, Texas towards Waco when I lost my coolant cap. This wonderful service center got me on my way quicker than I would ve thought possible since no one in Del Rio had the part. Other places had said 3 to 5 days to get the part. But Paulinho s made sure I got on my way QUICKLY so I definitely recommend highly this wonderful service center.

Our power converter stopped working on our way to Big Bend. Paulinos had the part and replaced the bad converter. Good thing for us since it was over 100 degrees in Study Butte. Thanks Paulinos for saving our trip. Great service and friendly folks.

My husband and I attempted to do DIY maintenance on our travel trailer and ended up losing a tire in the middle of the road, which did serious damage to our trailer. We were scheduled to leave in 2 days for a road trip to CO, and Paulino went above and beyond to repair the damage and make sure our trailer was in good condition before the trip. He was reliable, helpful in explaining things and providing tips along the way, and just a nice guy. RV repair shops in Austin and San Antonio are booked out for 1-2 months, so the fact that he was even willing to work on the trailer with such a short notice was amazing! My mom bought a new RV and drove it down here... A post found its way into the side of the RV and she brought it to Paulino to get it fixed. He was very nice and helpful, got it fixed (had to fix also fix fiberglass & paint; not easy and many places don t do this) and taught her a ton about her RV. Would highly recommend him to anyone in need of any RV services.

I was traveling through the area and had issues with my electrical with my Jeep and new tent trailer. They were excellent. Did a thorough job checking out the issue, fixing the problem, and getting me back on the road. I appreciated the work and the warm hospitality!

I needed an compositor for my campers ac unit. I called them up & BAM. They had it in stocks. So drove from Rockspings to get it and installed it no problems at all. Nice respectful people.

Omg, Paulino's saved us when traveling through Del Rio fro.Arkansas. We blew a high pressure fuel pump on our 2005 Dodge Cummins. He knew exactly how to trouble shoot it and fixed it. Then discovered a bad injector and fixed that. He was very thorough ensuring that everything was fixed before returning it to us. We were pleased with his work.

I bought a brand new air-conditioning unit and he told me there was a two year warranty. It lasted three months and he said he does not warrantee that brand and I would have to take it to somebody else. He completely lied and would not help at all. I will never ever do business with that place again

We needed a gas valve for our water heater. The part is no longer available, but Paulino found a valve that will work. Great Service !!

My husband got his transmission replaced here two years ago and he s had to get it replaced again (elsewhere). He recently got some other work done and the lights were done incorrectly. Don t bother. Paulino knows who gauge money from and will continue to do so.
