Went in to buy antifreeze most of the stores in town were out they had it and at there normal price which I was glad to see. You know some stores when there's an emergency or something that an item is really needed a lot of them tend to raise the the price I'm glad to see they didn't.( a good store)

My first stop for anything automotive. The only reason I give 4 stars out of 5 is because most of the parts I tend to need always have to be ordered and I'm not a patient person but other than that I will definitely keep going back... great job guys , keep it up

When I arrived, an old balding employee was sitting outside smoking. He ended up giving me the wrong light and even though I offered to pay him, he told me he couldn t help me because there was only two employees. I went out and once I managed to take off the light and saw it was different than the one they sold me, I took it in to the other employee who blamed me for the mix up and also stated he couldn t help me. I told him, funny you guys can t help me but he can be outside smoking on company time. His reply. Yes that s good. I went out to my car to call auto zone who did end up helping me, selling me the right light and installing it for me. But the kicker is while I was on my phone, the old guy who couldn t help me was back outside smoking again. All this in about 10 minutes. I will not be going back awful service

I stopped by O Reilly s a few minutes before closing to see if they could install a new battery. Angel, a 2020 high school graduate and 8 month employee, saw it would not be too complicated and agreed to do it knowing the store would be closing soon. He was kind and personable. I appreciate him going the extra mile to help me so I would not be stranded in the morning. O Reilly s is very lucky to have an employee like Angel. His customer service was truly exemplary!

I love visiting this Auto Parts store. The men that work here are often respectful and willing to answer w/out mockery what might seem like silly questions to Autozone. Not many of us understand mechanical terms but O'Reilly staff provide detailed information. I just recently went in to buy an alternator and these men were wonderful people to me, thank you gentlemen.

The customer service was very slow. Waited about 20 minutes in line and the line didn't even move. The customers that were being attended were taking very long at desk. Only two registers were open.

I accidentally knocked down a small box of fake roses and apologized the cashier was nice enough to say don't worry about it but the other employee that the roses hit as they fell looked at me like she wanted to kill me. It was an accident. They weren't real and plastic. I did apologize twice.

People working at the front counter should have more knowledge on motors. Then just relying on the computer , to tell them . If you work in auto parts store than know about motors. If you work at a lumber yard than know about lumber. Thats all im sayin.

Good flick. Good theater. Good popcorn. Good restroom. Good price of tickets - $3.75. Cheap gas at stations in town - $1.70.

Great auto parts place with friendly service and a big inventory. When I needed a part that they did not have, and did not have time to wait for a shipment, they called around other shops and found the part I needed.

All of the employees are just talking. Took me 30 minutes before I could pay for an air gauge. Worst oreilly auto store I ever been to.
