Gustavo and Mario delivered my washer and dryer amazingly. They were so careful around corners and in an incredibly tight space. No dings no scratches. My coworker recommended H&A and I could not be happier!

Not only was the staff really helpful with getting my paperwork handled, but the delivery guys were outstanding!Very professional, and they did have any fear for my small space. They handled my appliances with care, and I'm just so grateful.

I've been a customer since 2009,but that ends today.What happened? I had an oil change like last year this past Saturday & now my oil light comes on my truck.If this is what is ahead just close the auto maintainence part of the store.

After today I will no longer be conducting any business nor send or refer any family, friends or anyone I come in contact with to H&A. They surely have poor communication. I don t know what happened but before they had good communication as well work ethic but now whoever is in charge is surely dropping the ball. Taking whatever business I had left with them to another tire shop in Del Rio but I strongly suggest you all do the same.Update, as they stated they eventually took care of the matter and still happy to continue to conduct business with them, thank you again.

Janell was super helpful and thorough then Mary also the following day when I went in to make the purchase. The delivery guys were really, really great. Unfortunately the area they had to work with was small but they made it work. They deserve to be commended.

Horrible customer service!! I have to say I always want to support our local businesses but please do not shop at this location! My parents bought my son a "NEW" ATV and after just using it once it messed up! Not only did my parents have to find a way to take it back to the store but once it was there it sat for more than a month not being worked on because they did not have a technician to fix it!!! Then when they finally finished it they urged my parents to go and pick it up asap because they had no room for it; just so that after using it two more rides it messed up again!!! When they took it back for repairs the sales person and even the District Manager rudely and sarcastically informed them the warranty just expired by days!!! Not to mention they kept it sitting there over a month! They refused to fix it unless they paid! I will not ever shop there again and will make sure everyone knows how far up the chain it goes to have just an overall discourteous rude customer service!! If their own management behaves this way no wonder employees are the same!! DO NOT PURCHASE AT THIS LOCATION! They probably sold us a lemon as NEW and purposely kept it there for warranty to expire!

I had a great first time experience there with Maria and Mike. Both were very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They both made everything smooth for me from ordering my tires to putting them on. Maria even gave me a quote for some shocks and brakes I'm needing which I appreciate her and the mechanics looking out for me and my family's safety. I'll be going back soon thank you!

The WORST customer service experience we have ever received! They sold us a brand new $3,000 ATV, and only after ONE month of having it, we immediately started having problems with it. The ENTIRE staff, including their district manager, have been no help at all! They kept the ATV at the store to repair it for over a month to purposely wait until our warranty expired and told us they could no longer do anything unless we wanted to pay for the repairs ourselves. We have tried to cooperate with them and have wanted to help give them business, but they have been unwilling to work with us when it was them who sold us an ATV that was never meant to last a couple rides. SAVE YOUR MONEY & DO NOT purchase anything from them! They are rude & conniving, and they will only try to get more money out of you! There are better options for better prices in San Antonio & San Marcos, which we didn t want to make the drive, but will now have to.

I saw a response from owner on one review, so I'm going to be hopeful. My mother brought her car in just after New year's because it had a power steering leak and was making a lot of noise from the power steering. She got it back they charged her for and replaced the high pressure hose. It was leaking again and still making noise. Their comments were that the noise was cause by the power steering fluid and they fixed the leak so it should be good. I brought it back in today and tried to talk to them about all this. The response from the mechanic was to ask me to calm down. I wasn't shouting at that point but I was by the end because when I told him I wasn't shouting and that I could if he wanted he offered to fight me. What the hell is wrong with you people?Edit: While our interaction was rough, they were quick and the problem seems better. I've brought the rating up only missing a star for the initial interaction. Things were much better second time around, thank you guys.

I called for a set of tires. Someone told me they had them. Drove all the way from Cd. ACU�A, Coahuila Mexico around 1 hour and a half line at the International bridge. Got there and they did not have the tires.

My experience with H&A is always wonderful they will help anybody that needs help With financing. almost every one .great service and prices an awesome sales reps all of them.Go hit up home and auto anytime you need tires audio Furniture washers dryers pretty much anything.thank you again H&A for a wonderful experience

Typical Del Rio standard of customer service. Had my tires inspected and was told I needed to replace all 4, which I knew was inevitable. I asked the receptionist what time H&A closes and she said 6, then asked if they would have time if I came back at 5 since I had to pick up my son from class and would also need to pick up dinner. She discussed it with a man (didn't get his name unfortunately) and since they had 3 guys working, they could get it done. I rushed to pick up my son early from class, grabbed CFA and was back in the parking lot at 5. Had to unload my toddler, put him in the stroller and struggle to get inside only to be told they were closing up shop. I told the man (same guy from before) that I would be back at 5 and he laughs and says it is after 5....it was 5:04. I would have been totally fine with coming back tomorrow had we agreed to that before I rushed to pick up my son and then get my kids out of the car. But seriously...4 minutes. And he no doubt could see me unloading my kids since I was the only car parked outside. Terrible customer service!

The many reasons people choose this place is due to bad credit, no money, and low income. Prices are high, they do in house finance, and interest rates are high the longer you take to pay. I had bad experience w a front loader, but like I said bad credit your only option is here or the highway robbers buddies, I got dining set recently and less than half a year chair legs are falling, yet, the furniture is supposed to be from Ashley which is high end. Right now their problem is back order if they don't have it, be prepared to wait over half a year, they say due to covid. Customer service is nice cannot argue, management is different though so good luck. I will advice go look items than go home check item reviews, then choose what to buy. Less monthly payments with higher amount is 10 times better over anything longer than a year. If it can wait I would advice to save and shop around first.

Made an appointment for tire balance, rotation, and new battery. Got there on time and was told it they would do it now. Over an hour later car still wasn t touched and no indication when it was going to happen. Ended up just leaving. Plenty of other places in town so don t bother with this one.

First time in many years to stop here. I was so impressed with the service and efficiency. My car was repaired and I was on the road within 30 minutes! I will be back.

Good customer service. Had some work done on my car. The Mechanics kept clear and informative communication on what was being done and what was finished. Upfront pricing, no surprises or extra bs.

Don t do business with their financing on furniture or home appliances. They don t disclose to you how high the interest rate is. We ended up paying almost double the price of a sectional that s not worth that price because their interest rate is 60%!! Ridiculously high and I regret financing with them. Will not be doing business with their furniture dept ever again. Don t do it, go somewhere that they have no interest financing or better interest rates like Buddy s.

They do excellent and great work. The downgrade has nothing to with their capability. They are not directly affiliated with Firestone, therefore I cant use all of my discounts. But my Firestone card works fine.
