Had a great buying experience with Adrian. He was very helpful and made our purchase extremely easy. They were able to transfer a unit from their sister store and get it to us for a great deal. However, issues started when the unit arrived and they started working on the added accessories we purchased with the unit. Javi was very nice but at multiple occasions he gave me conflicting information (parts are shipped, parts are on back order, parts are here, etc). It was sort of a headache going back and forth with them because they would never call me with updates on my unit and every time I called them, I would get conflicting information. But at the end of the day, I received my unit and got most of the accessories I wanted installed so I m a happy customer.

Took my 2023 Can Am max defender limited in to find a coolant leak. They had it 2.5 weeks and could not find it. Picked it up, dealt with having to keep coolant in it until I hauled it home. Dropped it at the dealer I purchased it from and 24 hours later received a phone call they found the leak. Happened to be the coolant intake on the front cylinder.Will not recommend Crown or use them again.

I just went here today to get some wheels and tires for my polaris ranger. They had no selection in stock and said they could not order me any until they sold the old inventory. What kind of business will not order you a part that you are needing until they sell the inventory that they have that will not work for what I need. The absolute worst service I have ever had I do not recommend them at all. I will take my business somewhere else that wants to order parts when I need them. I would give them zero stars if I could.

A 2021 Honda Rebel 1100 DCT was hard for me to find. Once I found it with the help of John the process was the smoothest automotive purchase I have ever had.I made this purchase all over the phone and John was very responsive and helpful throughout. I was able to get a purchase order from him within a day. He was patient with me as I was trying to get my bike financed. He also helped setup delivery and the bike came in perfect shapeLooking at the other reviews it seems like John needs a raise! Thanks again man

They did a great job fixing my two seadoos. They are running great. I would have given 5 stars, but it took 3 weeks. The cost of repair was reasonable.

Just bought a Can Am from John. Best service and prices in the state of Texas. It's worth the drive from anywhere in the state. Do yourself a favor and give them a shout about your first or next Can Am, Kawasaki, or Polaris.

Phenomenal customer service! I ordered a part 15 minutes before closing time, they had it in stock and one of their salesman delivered it to me an hour later. Very impressive!

Do not trust a word Rick says if his mouth is moving he is lying. They are unethical they will trick you and change the deal and wont even bother to tell you they are changing the deal in their favor. Shady outfit avoid at all cost. Also note worthy their bumper to bumper warranty is a scam they find anything they can to void your claim so dont trust them. We tried to have a private resolution and they proudly told us the equivalent of GOTCHA horrible dealership we never even got the title for the unit we bought from them originally otherwise we would have never done business with them again. I will gladly remove this review if Del Rio Power Sports wants to review how they wish to treat us and do the right thing till then its information people have a right to know.

If you need a motorcycle fixed (warranty or no warranty) DON'T TAKE IT HERE. I don't think the mechanic here even knows how to work on them. If you're a hunter/rancher with a 4-wheeler, by all means go, these guys will love you. Took my motorcycle in for warranty repair and after sitting there for a solid month they hadn't even touched it. I think they were really happy when I picked it back up and took it to San Antonio. If you need any off-warranty work done just go to TnT Cycles on East highway 90, they'll take care of you. For warranty work just get it on a trailer and take to Alamo Cycle-Plex in San Antonio, don't waste any time in Del Rio like I did.

Beware of this dealership. If you have trouble with a machine they will say whatever they need to, to try to make you happy then never follow through with what they say they will do. Shop is a joke they witnessed what the machine was doing and then a month later all I got is its not doing it now and never addressed the issue after they witnessed it and saw several videos of what it was doing. Stay away from this dealership and go anywhere else you will be better off

Went in a few minutes past 5 PM looking for a scooter. No one came to help me. Then a guy came out, extremely rude and disrespectful said "get out" get out" "we are closed" almost shouting. What a way to treat a potential customer. I will never again step inside that store.
