It was the same as always! The customer service is very pleasant. It s nice that they have caller ID or some sort of system that connects to your number so they refer to you by name like they know you. Makes me feel like they care.

I needed a cv axle. The guy who answered the phone is incompetent, arrogant and unhelpful. He looked up an obsolete part number and told me it was discontinued. The correct part number is C9101-7Y0AJNW and sells for $156.33 at Courtesy Nissan in Richardson. I had to choose between aftermarket or waiting for my next trip to Acu�a to fix my car.

The overall sales service was very professional and helpful. Unfortunately the quality of the car was the opposite. Drove off the lot and completely unresponsive and a huge safety issue driving it downtown. I decided on a new car to avoid such issues and we ll it was a disappointing experience..

As a Brown Nissan customer for many years and having bought 3 of the 5 Titans I've owned (among other Nissans I have bought from them), their legacy of all encompassing good customer service is still there. I haven't done business with the Brown Nissan group since they moved to their present location, and the old staff that worked there before have moved in but their work ethic is still of the Brown auto group specs.I gotta hand it to the service department and maintenance techs. They did a fantastic job servicing a warranty repair on my Titan.I see 1 and 2 star ratings complaining about bad experiences and that everyone should just go to San Antonio. Let me tell you, the big box dealerships don't care about people from smalltown Del Rio any more than they do for their bill collectors.I live out in that area and sure, there is a plethora of Nissan dealers to go to. Having tried to make an appointment to have warranty repairs done in my new Titan, the waiting list is long and all you are to them big box dealership service departments is a number. Here I was a customer and they quickly serviced the vehicle. Tried 3 dealerships and just could not coordinate a time frame that would fit my schedule, not theirs.Thanks to the service department for quickly servicing my truck. Came to visit family for a few days, made an appointment for service, and voila...in and out the same day.Thanks again for still being the Brown Nissan that I've known since 2000!

Found our vehicle through cars.com. Contacted Lalo to let him know that we would make the drive from San Antonio to Del Rio immediately. We sent him our information, drivers license and required information while on the road. Once we arrived, all paperwork had already been printed and we just needed to sign. Quickest sales process I have ever been through. The team at Nissan Del Rio was great!

I called with an urgent issue. (Well, urgent for me.) It was near closing time and I expected them to say they would get to it the next day. They told me to come in and fixed the problem immediately. The service department is the best. :)
