Easy in and out, Park truck on street then go in and check in.Guard was helpful, picked up load In then two hours.

Need to park outside and walk in to check in. Was told to get next available door. Spoke to guard was told fedex truck was leaving in about 10 min. Ok. They put in another truck at that door. And then another at the next available door. Went back , guard did not know what was going on. She told me to check back in. Again was told to get next available door. Spoke to guard she said ok and let me in. As I was backing in was stopped and told this door was for another truck. To move out. I asked the guy well who is on charge here, he said he was and proceeded to get me a door at last. Dropped trailer and unhooked and was asked where I was going . I said home. No the load. I stated I m not loading but unloading. He said these doors are for outbound loads. We ll, this is where your boss put me. He said ok and I was unloaded in about 15 minutes. All the other drivers there were complaining about the same chaos because everybody was told to get next available door. Yard guy told me to hook up and park outside for next truck to park. Drove to gate and was asked for a gate pass. I told her I wasn t provided one and was told to park outside. Had to go back for paperwork after 20 minutes guy finally came and gave me paperwork. He said you can t leave without gate pass. I said sir I have been parked outside your facility for the last 30 minutes.Chaos, nobody knows what s going on. On the plus side really fast unloading in 15 minutes for me, after 3.5 hours of waiting.

Make sure to park outside and check in with gate guard. Safer to follow the sidewalk since there is mud and dirt by docks. They are fast to unload just rude at check in

English is a HARD LanguageSooo Noooo then they give you the run around in 110* heat and then you get to go back and wait for a load that was ready to go but it s solo in the trailer from customs and hasn t been docked or counted or released for otr . It s a joke .

They don't open the gate, you wait and wait until you go ask the other company next door. They don't answer the phone number given. They open the docks and unless you go nextdoor and ask if you can walk through their property to check in you can sit till you die

You can't do business with these people on the phone they speak no English none and I'm talking not a single word of English so if you speak English don't even call them if you go down there bring a translator cuz you're going to need oneService: BrakesService: Brakes
