My TT tongue bent as a result of a very hard bump in the road. Thankfully I was referred to Arc-Rite.I have a VERY difficult time trusting anyone but me to work on my vehicles and my TT.As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Joe even though he was on the phone. Out of the back walked a young man, Cody who in my opinion seemed very genuine and friendly.I explained my issue Cody said no problem we'll take care of you and THEY DID! I'm thankful the folks in Del Rio refered me too Arc-Rite.Professional, honest, and a very quick repair. Seriously if you need any of their services (see my photos) they have my highest possible recommendation.Thanks team!

Arc-Rite is the place to get a fifth wheel hitch installed. They installed a hitch on my in 2006 Ram a couple years ago.Last week, they installed a new BW Companion Hitch in my new 2022 3500 Ram. A great company to work with.

Great place! Our 3rd purchase of a large brush guard. Staff was friendly and helpful, ordered by phone several weeks in advance, then made an appointment for install. Love it!

A picture is with a thousand words! Got the grill, 2 inch lift and new tires without killing the bank. Robert was a great help! If you need anything or need advice, he s the one to talk to! He made sure I understood everything and just knew what I wanted. I might be biased since he was the one who helped me but definitely go to him!

They broke my truck back in November they didn t bolt down the spacer to the lift and ever since have been distant. It s been very hard to contact them. I have to go up there every time to get information on my truck for when they will fix it. As of right now they still haven t fixed it and they are taking it up to the dodge dealership to try to find a problem to blame me for so they don t have to fix it.

The customer service from the staff was excellent! They gave us a ride into town, as the install was going to take longer than expected. When the vehicle was completed they came and picked us up. Very satisfied with the end result. We drove 3 1/2 hours to use this business.

Arc-Rite experienced and knowledgeable staff. The owner is a man of his word and is as good to his employees as he is his clients! We share some of the same accounts, although we work in different industries, and they feel the same as I do!

Passing by with a hotshot trailer. Need a brake job. Took them a month to hear from them. Finally went by to pick up equipment. Work was never done. Just wasted my time never going back again. And one of they're mechanics actually told it had just been In the back the whole time. That guy fixed it at his house, did the work. On the side.

These guys were able to fabricate stronger radiator brackets for the UTV in a matter of hours! Now hopefully they hold up better than the two sets of factory ones. I would definitely use this place again. Customer Service was excellent and he had a very Can do attitude.

Needed some welding done on a piece of equipment, the staff went out of the way to accommodate me. Was impressed with the selection of vehicle accessories and the very reasonable prices. Planning on bringing my hunting truck from Austin to get it outfitted to my specifications.

Thanks so much for checking out our hitch. We were traveling and camping at Seminole Canyon State park.We were concerned and wanted to be sure the hitch was operating properly.Cody assured us it was. He was very friendly and fit us in without an appointment. We give Arc-Rite an A+++ Thanks again

Couldn't ask for more from this business. I came to them as soon as they opened with my trailer needing brake work. I was in the middle of road trip and needed to be back on the road that day. They got to my trailer as soon as they could and got me back on the road by the close of business. They even stayed after closing to get the trailer buttoned up and road ready.They got me out of a jam and allowed to continue my road trip. Thanks guys!

I went in only looking for opinions on bumpers and ended up walking out purchasing a full bumper/grill guard replacement. They had very competitive pricing and the bumper even arrived the next day! The gentlemen stayed a few min after closing to wait for me and then even gave me a hand unloading the bumper at home. I can t say enough how impressed I was with Arc-Rite.

I would also give 0 stars if at all possible. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy.First, I got a brand new dodge 3500 that I needed a front and rear replacement put on, as well as a tool box. I gave them a ring and they said that they had the parts in stock, so I made the 1 1/2 hour trip down to del rio (I live rurally) and come to find out, they don t have the parts, so we get them ordered and I turn around having wasted a good 4-5 hours of my day on a trip down there.Second, they get the parts in, so I make the trip to del rio again and get everything installed. I think it s good to go, so I hop in the truck and head home. The next morning I get a load of feed in the bed of the truck, but when I try to open the tailgate, I realize they mounted the replacement bumper too high and I can t open the tailgate. I then made another appointment to get it fixed, which meant my 3rd trip to del rio.Third, I show up at arc rite and show them the problem. A while later they bring the truck around and tell me it s ready to go. Well, I am not about to drive off without double checking their work this time, so I go to try the tailgate and notice two little dents in my brand new tailgate. Then I tried the tailgate and see that they were going to send me home with the tailgate still coming to rest on the bumper! So, I take a look to see how they had fixed the problem. They had not moved the bumper, but took a cutting wheel and cut a chunk off the top of a bumper that was supposed to fit my truck! And better yet, the idiot that did it CUT INTO THE BED OF MY BRAND NEW TRUCK with the cutting wheel and was going to send me home with a dysfunctional tailgate...At this point Cory finally takes an interest and tells me he will make it right. So I wait another few hours while they try and fix it.They hand me the keys again (having lowered the bumper to a functional position, but not fixing the dents in the tailgate, or the cuts into the bed and say that they ll give me a $100 dollar credit on my account, like I will every trust them with another vehicle, not to mention $100 won t even cover the gas I wasted driving back and forth 3 times...So needless to say, I do not recommend Arc Rite in Del Rio, Tx to anyone.

I called about getting help with a weak hitch on my bus. They said to stop by and they would take a,look. I pulled in, they offered to work it and got me in the shop within 10 minutes. They came up with a solution to my problem and made the fix and I was out in half the time and half the estimated cost. Wonderful, helpful group. I appreciated the work they did. Outstanding.

Not a good experience at all. Went to buy a programmer and they sold us one that was previously installed in another vehicle and wouldn t install on ours. So they ordered a new one to come the next day. So we had to wait another day. And then go the next day to get the new one and they charge us a random fee of $40 to stay 30 minutes late. Ridiculous because it was there fault to begin with.

Great, friendly and knowledgable personnel. Had a bug shield installed, told it would take approximately 30 minutes, done in approximately 15 minutes with two people doing the installation. Had questions about other items and they answered everything I needed to know. Definitely recommend them for truck accessories. Great job and thank you!

My rating is for both customer service and craftsmanship. I was quoted one price for line-x work over the phone but didn't get it done immediately because their equipment was broken and they were waiting on a mechanic to fix it. When I showed up later that week they would not honor the quote because that particular salesman wasn't there to stand behind it. The second quote was significantly higher. I ended up only getting a portion of the work done to stay within my budget. After I got my truck back, the line-x on a corner of the tailgate was chipped and very noticeable.

Dealt with Ryan and Arc Rite on a number of occasions. They did some aluminum welding for me on a project truck and did a great job and got the work done quick. Also worked on my boat trailer and re-did all the bearings. Had an issue with one of the bearings leaking and they took care of the issue and admitted the seal was installed poorly; fixed the problem for free and did it all in less than 24 hours. Everyone there is always super nice and they have a massive assortment of truck and trailer parts. Great business, great people.

They installed a winch bumper, winch, 3" lift, wheel spacers and new tires. I will have to admit there were problems. After getting my truck back, I realized a large rattle in front and my tires were rubbing more than acceptable. I took it back and they adjusted my bumper and trimmed more plastic from my wheel wells. After that, one of the tires had a huge bubble in it within a couple of weeks. I took it back and they wanted me to purchase another one while they dealt with the warranty. There is absolutely no reason to have to visit a shop over six times to fix problems that should've been dealt with the first time and then try to charge me for a catastrophic failure. I still have a rattle on my bumper and refuse to go here again. I've met a person who's worked there in the past and they've told me these things happen all the time. All the time as in they have multiple complaints and don't do their work right the first time. The owner even talked down to me and hung up during a conversation over the phone. This was a conversation and not a shouting match. That is absolutely unacceptable. I recommend you stay away and go somewhere else.

I had an ARC-Rite deer guard installed on my 2005 Yukon back in 2008. I m glad I had found this shop, such good quality. A few shop owners around San Antonio recognized it as an ARC-Rite product! Haven t hit a deer since it was installed. Kept them away.

If it were possible I would give 0 stars. I have made an appointment here twice to have a lift installed on my truck. First time they called the evening before and cancelled and the second time they waited until I drove from out of town to tell me at 8 in the morning when they opened.

Arc-Rite is by far the best and only truck accessory place you should use in Del Rio TX. Cory & Ryan are extreme go getters. Regardless of the request, they manage to put the right people on the job. Making the experience easy, fast & efficient.

They tig welded my broken dropout on my Trek 520, stopped in as we rode by, took me in and fixed it in 20 minutes! Less time than fixing a flat! This is craftsmanship, better than new!

Rode in on a broke bicycle. Cracked frame wasn't dead but I needed an aluminium weld to even think about continuing to Los Angeles. Guys were SUPER - had me fixed in a jiff. If you're reading this, I made it home for X-Mas. THANKS!

These guys ordered a hitch for my vehicle and even when it didn't arrive as planned, they made sure to get it in and worked overtime to put it on. I travelled across the country hauling a trailer with no issues.
