Placed an online order. Email said it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I went to the store I was informed it would take two days as it was not in stock like the website showed. Had I known this sooner I could have gone to Oreillys got the same thing and gladly paid more to have what I needed today! How about a phone call or email next time!

It is so nice to get excellent customer service. I had a good experience in EaglePass, but had to stop in Del Rio as well. I interrupted Marcos' lunch, but he was still happy to help. He went above and beyond to accommodate me. Thank you Marcos and thank you Advance for hiring people like that.

If I could give them a lower score I would. I came in with a bad starting battery on my hybrid. It would only start with a jump. They said they tested both the battery and alternator and everything was "fine." I drove 4 hrs away and the battery was dead again. Mind you, the cranking battery is in the trunk without keyed entry, meaning you have to crawl through the back seat. I took it to get checked at the San Marcos Advance auto parts and they immediately said it was a bad battery. They told me they probably lied to me because it's difficult to change and they didn't want to. So much heartache just because they were lazy.

The manager had the audacity to tell me that I was parked in the handicap section Because I didn't my placard because I was in a work vehicle then discriminated me for being 29yrs old and just now I go back and ask for simple help and was replied with We might not have that Then was sent away I went to O'Reilly's And ask for the same thing And was handled professionally and courteously Had my problems fixed within 5 minutes even bought more than I wanted just For my enjoyment For the overall experience Never again will I be going to your storeThanks for wasting my timeAlso your sales associates should not have headphones on having full-blown conversationsBehind the counter before they greet me

Store 6666 in Del Rio, TXOur Boy Scout troop trailer blew out a tire today and destroyed the fender. We are on our way from Houston to Big Bend national Park. We went into the store to look for tools to help us make the repair. Your employee Tony went so far out of his way to help us and helped show us what we needed to do to make the repair. He saved our trip. We cannot thank Tony enough. He is a fantastic employee and you should be proud to have him working for you. Thank you TonySincerelyBoy Scout Troop 140, Missouri City, TX

I went with my ck engine light on and the lady there said my van was too old her machine only is for year models 2006 and newer i was very disappointed and felt she just didnt want to bother with my vechicle they lost a gd paying customer

Do not call looking for parts because by the looks of it they haven't done inventory ...u call they tell u they have the part u get there and wow ....they can't find the part.. that happen to me 2 x's ...Just go down 4 blocks to the next auto parts ...

The place had no customers and I have never seen two employees try so hard NOT to work. All I needed was to plug in the OBD and check the engine light on my truck. I wouldn't go back to buy wipers. Never going back.

R 134 fittings are not compatible with R 1234yf systems, I find out after counter help insists it is.

Not sure what kind of business they run here. Came in today and they were closed by 730pm even though they close at 9pm. Very disappointing.
