Worst experience that I ever had took my car there over 5 times and they can't get it right i gave up my car has the bumper a different color and they said that it was going to change color within a week or so but it been over 2 months now and the car it the same*****All customers beware don't take your vehicle's to this repair facility they don't know how to repair vehicles not unless you want a two tone colors for your vehicles and bubbles in your paints ******I would give them 0 stars but it doesn't let me

They took 4x the estimated time and it doesn't even sound right now. Lost my folding chairs and wagon out of the back of my car and won't replace them. So disappointing.EDIT: in response to your "response" - replace my stolen wagon and folding chairs. Otherwise your apology is meaningless.Service: Body & Trim

Customer service was excellent! Only problem is that my car seat has been stained with black paint and it won t come off. Johnny was super helpful and got in touch to resolve the minor issues I had in no time! I really appreciated that!

I took my 2016 Ford Transit Connect to have wreck damage repaired to the driver door, the sliding rear door and the quarter panel. It took about 6 weeks. When I got the vehicle back the first time, part of the outside trim wasn't properly attached, the inside trim wasn't properly fitted, and the internal rubber stripping between the glass and the window sill on the rear door wasn't there. There was also some hardened sealant along the window frame area that had been left visible. Besides that, there was a rattle as though something had been left loose inside the door. Naturally, I returned the vehicle to have those items addressed which they did. It looked a lot better and didn't rattle as much. There's still some rattle most likely due to the aforementioned outside trim piece being a bit loose. The bottom inside part of the door panel wasn't fastened so I did that myself. OK, I was thinking, I'll just cut my losses and not return it again. But, today, after the second time I drove it, I tried to return home from my job only to find that the car wouldn't crank and NOTHING electrical would function. Checking the battery connections, I found that the positive terminal connector had just been pushed down on the post and the tightening bolt was completely loose. Called the shop and spoke to the manager... he said that they didn't remove the cable from the battery. Well, the problem with that is that the date and time readouts were off on my clock when I got the car back... by almost 10 years. Apparently, that's the factory default when all power is lost because that's what it went to when I replaced the battery. Now, my AC is running a bit weird. I don't know how that happened but it was working just fine before going into the shop. This has to be the worst experience I have had with a body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

If I could give 0 I would if you want to be constantly lied to , have your car held for 2 months for a paint job , have to pay outta pocket for your rental and in the process of fixing your vehicle put a hole into your door then this is your place to go . Wouldn t recommend but hey what can you do . Take it with a grain of salt

I feel like they took care of us very well, always kept us up to date with the app and exceeded expectations when my insurance rental was up. Our car looks brand new.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I had been referred by many friends to come here so I checked their reviews only to see they matched what I had heard. The customer service I received from several employees there was phenomenal. It did take some time to get parts as it is for all parts stores and repair shops but that's not the body shops fault. I work for a repair shop and we struggle as well getting parts. I had one very minor issue I noticed after picking up my vehicle and they were quick to get me back in the shop and fix it. I did not get the run-around nor did they put me on the back burner, but instead I was moved to the very front of the line and squeezed in. I will most definitely be back for any future work I need. It is very clear this company cares about their reputation because they refuse to let a customer leave unsatisfied.

Cannot express how easy they made, (what would have been a stressful process) from walking in and turning over my keys to returning and receiving my car back like nothing had been scratched ! From start to finish the Manager Mike made sure everything was done perfectly with my car and that it was done with quality parts. They definitely pay attention to detail and you can feel that they truly care about you not just trying not make a dollar. I cannot say this about other shops. I would recommend Hodges 10 out of 10 times.

Worst body shop I've ever been to. They spent a month on a four day repair. They lost the work authorization form and didn't communicate with me. They fabricated false completion dates seven times. Their customer service was practically non-existent and the manager was passive aggressive and condescending. They didn't clean the inside of the car. It had dirt and grime all over the seats and door. Their attempt at washing the outside is laughable - dirt was left all over the hood and scratches were found on the hood. The AC had evidently been left on during the repair and the refrigerant was entirely used up when I got it back. The thermometer that evaluates outside temperature no longer works properly. I will never go back to this auto shop.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Definitely the worst place to take your vehicle. Or money for the matter. I was told my truck would take days to fix it tools months. 3 to be exact then when I get back the front rims aren t the same color as the back one panels were falling off still. THOMAS the manager made ME find part numbers and they had no attention to details. Ultimately ruined my experience with pro care. Will NOT be coming back

Justin was very professional and very courteous on updates to my Ford Pickup. Took it in and they had it out in the timely fashion they estimated it to be. Very honest and very very great work done. I was very satisfied and would recommended anyone to take their vehicle in to have it worked on. This place Rocks !!! Thank you Justin and crew

I have zero words for the professional and compassionate customer service I received from Hodges Collision Center in Deer Park!!I took my damaged car to Hodges expecting them to just do the job and give it back within a week or so. Unfortunately, my car decided to push their limits by surprising them with a new issue everyday (about 3 weeks worth of surprises). The extended repair time did not stop them from searching for the issue, along with going above and beyond to update me regularly about when, and what, was being repaired. Mike and Karen were the ones keeping me updated, and although my car was a huge pain, they NEVER ceased to have a GREAT attitude. Mike and Karen were also so positive during this negative time of mine, and I just want to show them all the gratitude I can!Thank you so much Hodges!!I STRONGLY recommend this auto repair shop, and Mike and Karen need a pay raise!

I have dealt with my fair share of body shops, and this is definitely one of the good ones. Brook was very involved, and kept me completely updated along the way. I never had to call for an update. Our vehicle was hit (while it was parked) and had to be repaired. It was taken in on a Friday and repairs were completed by tuesday! We were kept in the loop as to work being done daily. The staff was super nice and very informative! Very pleased with the service we received!

Customer service gets a B+. Body work an A. Communication a B. They had my vehicle for 18 days and nights, but for the last several days in their possession they were giving me one excuse after another on why I couldn't get my vehicle back. It was always " be ready tomorrow before lunch." For several days. If I had just taken my car to Toyota in the first place I'd have had my car back in half the time. Follow your gut and take your vehicle to a place you choose and not a place insurance prefers.
