My husband and I were on a 6 Hour drive to visit family. Our car overheated about one and a half hours away from our destination. We found gonzo s mobile mechanics through a Google search. We called at 8 pm on a Friday night and Ruben answered. He immediately made his way to where we were. He was very knowledgeable and so polite and so willing to help us late in the evening. He realized the parts weren t available because of the hour so he towed us to a hotel. Woke up on that Saturday morning and fixed our car and brought it to us at the hotel. We were so appreciative, and so grateful that he provided that service to us. We would highly recommend gonzo s.

He was so amazing. Showed up in the middle of the night with the parts I needed in hand. Communicated as we waited for him, when he showed up at at a gas station, he started to work. Changed my alternator and taught me other things while my husband and I didn t know if we were going to make it back to Dallas. Life saver and I wish he could be my mechanic . Thank you Gonzo

HIRE THIS MAN! Ruben, (the owner) was absolutely wonderful! He drove over an hour to get to me, gave me a superb price, and stuck to that price even though my car was being a pain and took a lot longer than expected because of some previous shoddy work by another mechanic, all in the middle of the night!He even told me how to deal with another issue that arose and saved me over $200 by doing so!!! On top of the truly excellent customer service, he was extremely helpful and incredibly knowledgeable! I HIGHLY recommend his services!!!!

Guy came out to fix my truck. Charged $200 and still didn't fix the problem. Said he would be back the next day to fix it, no call no show. Smh

My husband and I were stranded on a 4th of July at 6 pm and Ruben answer our phone call. He was extremely courteous, fair and knowledgeable.
