Spoke with Marta multiple times regarding my vehicle payment.I asked to update my address and I tried to pay with a new card she said I would have to go into my location I gave her the date she said okay. My car has been repossessed and I owe an additional 300 dollars or more because she didn t put any notes in my account! I have never been so upset. She is rude and she purposely had my car repossessed because I asked to speak with her manager.

Ms. Marta is very rude and unprofessional. She never pick up the phone and when we request for the invoice after we paid, she never send it! DO NOT GET THE CAR from this place!Bad Actitud Terrible costumer service from this lady.

Bought 2 cars everything was fine and ran great, now I m on my third car purchasing and horrible customer service no attention to detail ordering or not remembering parts ordered for my truck I ve ask to have the owner call me as the people employed are inadequate with information and no response but they sure do want their payments on time going on a month of a part being ordered 3 months from original date inquired about the part and no answers the mechanic is always at lunch.

I recently purchased two vehicles from there and also several of my members were able to get a vehicle for them as well very kind and very polite very reasonable

A bunch of scammers!!! My car was towed, and when I went to pick it up from the dealership, all my belongings were missing(work tools and personal belongings). They told me someone broke into the car, yet now one bother to let me know. DO NOT GET A CAR HERE. The manager with the long beard is obviously in on it and full of lies. Is there anything we can legally do to stop these people from scamming anyone else!!!

I spoke to an lady who let me know it was two different down payment I could have made for an car I was trying to purchase she lied an told me my credit score was bad which it isn t bad then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay 3000 down for an car that was 7995.

They would accept 100 here n there from my brother as a payment cuz he been having a hard time come to find out today they pick up his car at 8pm not only that they went threw his BELONGINGS N STOLE MONEY N ITEMS FROM HIM THIS PLACE HAS A HISTORY OF THIS STUFF I WAS TOLD GOING TO THE OWNER WOULD GO NO WHERE CUZ HE DONT CARE THIS IS PATHETIC WE FILED A REPORT N OUR LAWYER WILL BE IN TOUCH

One of the best auto used car there are the people's are so nice the salesman's are great and they trustworthy they give you a great deal and a good car we appreciate this car dealership

Completely sucks. Just got a truck from them ONE (1) month ago, and it broke down. Got no help in towing ($200.00) or fixing the problem($285.00) was told, you got no guarantee. That's understood, but SERIOUSLY, a MONTH after taking it off the lot? 60 days!?!? They could of , in good conscience, met me halfway. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Truck broke down after 1 week of having it. (Fixed it ourselves) Engine light on, took to get fixed and 2 days after light is on again, they dont want to trade, Bad service all they want is your money, they need to focus more on having happy customers

Be prepared to be ripped off and the first day of having my car check engine light came on took it back 4 times to have it fixed light is still on replaced battery ..changed the oil in car 2 weeks after getting the car ..cause car wouldnt start but if you miss a payment best believe they will repo your vehicle fast and try to attach so many different charges so you won't want the car and they get keep the car and the huge down payment you put down on it . If i knew what i know now about this place i would have gone somewhere else. Don't be their next victim oakcliff location no good

If i would rate this place lower than one star i would, i would never recommend this place to any body. I purchased a 2008 Nissan Rogue in 2014, not even a month later the car started shaking and the breaks needed replacement. I spoke to the car sales man and he said they would replace it if i bought the breaks but that never happened. Buyers beware because your going to end up getting a poorly constructed car and their going to make sure you pay more for it then what it actually is worth.

i wouldnt give 1 star they give you mess up cars they gave me a truck and truck went down in less than 7 days and grabbed another one and they said i have to give more down if i want another car cause they dont refund your money so i did & the truck broke down 30 minutes after i drove it.they dont fix there cars they just erase the lights on the dashboard and thats it!!think about it twice !!!

If you are ready to buy a vehicle I recommend get a new car, here you will buy a use vehicle paying as if it is new. Very pricey
