Called ahead of time to see if they had an ABS valve instock I needed for an emergency repair, spent 30mins on hold, system would loop every 15mins (forwarded back to the associate) and as soon as an associate would pick up, they would put you on hold again. After the third time their system said goodbye and hung up, so I raced there (a 1hr drive) got there at 5:25pm and they had already closed (posted hours is 5:30p on a Friday) premier truck (which is open later) got my $550 for the part, won t use truck pro again, even if the associate was busy 30min on the phone is unacceptable, they do have other associates that answer phones after all. Wrong place to act like this, truck Central, just turn the corner or make a wrong turn and there is another truck parts store down there.

As always, good prices, friendly service, short lines and good selection on parts.The only reason that is not 5 stars is because they don't have a system to find parts with the vin # or engine serial #, most of the time you have to call/visit the dealership and get the part # from them, then can be matched here. But sometimes the dealer gives you the wrong part # and causes huge delays.

Carefully with their pricing. You get the stuff first ask how much cus. They sell you one thing worth 10 buck for 20...... sorry but be honest. Honesty pays a long way.

I have been to this store a couple times and received great customer service both times.The other day i went in and was waiting in line to be assisted. The counter clerk SAMMY!!! finished up with his customer first, i waited patiently for him to acknowledge me, he walked away as I was asking him if he was available to help me and returned to the parts desk three times without ever saying a word to me, the last time bending down for 3 mins gathering and placing items in a grey plastic Walmart bag and leaving the parts desk before exiting thru the door leading into the warehouse. By this time others had came into the store and were in line with me looking at each other like, what the heck just happened, can u believe that he just did that? Also, the two other parts guys who were at their computers were looking just as baffled as everyone else in the store. Enough said. Was not a good look at all! Beware of Sammy!!!! Not very helpful at all to say the least!

Horrible customer service, Juan Cruz the store manager is just super rude. He makes you wait while he is chit chatting with his coworkers. I will definitely not be a returning customer.

Good location would have been five star but the wait can be long. They have restocked the store so thats good, still can wait awhile.

Friendly knowledgeable staff you can get the APU oil filter from them they have it in stock do don t have to pay more at the thermo king

I m not gonna go there because of wait times mentioned in the review. Thank you guys/girls for letting me know that there will be a 45 minute wait time just to buy parts.

Good people and good service with great knowledge of the parts they have. Sometimes slow service but mainly just due to the amount of people constantly there for parts and slow customers.

Nice truck parts shop, found a mudflap and reflector here for Freightliner. Nice people work here as well.

Lady told me on the phone, I could order it and pay for it at the store and pick it up at there warehouse in Arlington. I drove to the store to pay and order just to find out they don't carry the item.

Used to be my goto Truck Pro location, but wait times have increased and parts supply has diminished. The Ft Worth location has more parts and the least wait times.

Horrible attitude from Manager, I believe his last name was Cruz and horrible counter customer service. They take phone call questions before they service the person in front of them.

Very poor service the cashier or counter help act like you owe them and when there are long lines the counter help will shut down there registers like they don't see the long lines
