This collision center performed beyond my expectations. Although the wait time was long (almost a month), by the time of my appointment everything was ready so they quickly fixed my car. Service center staff were kind and professional. They answered my questions promptly and kept me well informed.Another important point to make, the total cost came out to be much lower than my actual estimate, which was already low compared to 2 Tesla approved Collision Center that I went for a quote (both were similar and about $1000 more than Tesla s quote, but the actual cost came out $700 less at this collision center). Definitely would recommend, especially for out of pocket repairs.

I took my car to the Tesla Collision Center on Cedar Springs Rd in Dallas for accident repair. The quality in handling the whole process starting from dropping off the car, getting a dedicated advisor, keeping informed off at each step, fixing the car and customer service was excellent.I am so glad I had Michael as my advisor, he made the whole process so easy and convenient, kept me informed through every step. He made my experience extremely pleasant as it was my first time with the accident. Michael addressed all the issues and made sure I was completely satisfied with all the repairs. It took about a months to get the repairs done due to unavailability of specific repair tools but repairs were done exceptionally well. Michael is an exceptional advisor to have at Tesla Collision Center in Dallas. I would give 10 stars to this center if there an option for more than 5. I am very happy and satisfied. Thanks Michael and thanks Tesla Collision Center Dallas.

I took my car to the Tesla Collision Center on Cedar Springs Rd in Dallas for dent repair. The quality of the repair is awesome!!! You would never know it had a repair!!! The customer service was the best I have ever had anywhere!!! Richard, my advisor, was so attentive and kept me informed through every step. The technician, Adam, did a superb job!!!! The very sweet ladies in the lobby, Allison and Jennifer, were so friendly and engaging. These four employees made my experience extremely pleasant and exceeded my expectations!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Tesla collision is good but they ARE TOOOO BUSY. Not enough workers for workload. Taking it back a 3rd time for same repair. But people are awesome. Never say NO

I was a happy Tesla owner before my horrible August 2023 experience with Tesla Collision Dallas. I brought my Model 3 there on August 1. On August 24, when I asked for a final cost, I was told in writing that they would need an additional $500.00 beyond the $2,685.55 they had already received from the insurance company, but on August 30, they didn't honor this amount; rather, they said I had to pay $2,123.13 or they wouldn't release my car. On August 31, they reduced it to $1,623.13, which was still $1,123.13 more than they had told me it would be, but I paid it, because I wanted to stop accruing out-of-pocket rental car costs, and I wanted my car back, and Andres said it was ready. When I got there and paid the $1,623.13, the car was NOT ready; they had to apply touch-up paint in the parking lot while I stood there.Instead of honoring what I was told, Manager Kevin Henry insultingly told me that I misunderstood the costs. I see that about a week ago another reviewer wrote "Don't deal with Kevin, not a honest guy." I hope other Tesla owners don't have to deal with this kind of stuff in the future. Tesla emailed me for feedback on my experience, and I gave it to them, and I also let them know what I wanted. I hope they'll do the right thing by me soon. If they don't, I'll likely file a complaint with the BBB.Service: Body & Trim

Got rear ended in a parking lot (fender bender) and the damage, albeit, rather minor imo, garnered a whole new tailgate, bumper, spoiler, and even new emblems and logos. No complaints here as the other party s insurance admitted fault but, sheesh!Other than the long wait (3 mo) to get it in to the Tesla shop, it was well worth it and the folks at TCD were fantastic and the mechanics performed great work, car still drives and looks brand new again!

Had a very good experience getting the back bumper replaced and few minor fixes taken care of. Mike Lee took very good care of us and always kept us informed every step of the way.

Andres at Tesla Dallas collision went above and beyond to get the repairs done . He kept me informed , it took little over 2 months to get the repairs done due to unavailability of specific repair tools but repairs were done exceptionally well. Andres is the gem and he took care all of my small requests during the repairs. Always responsive and he kept me updated with all steps .. 5 stars to this centerService: Body & Trim

Matthew and Brandon were amazing ! They communicated in a timely and professional manner, did quality work at a great price & had my car repaired and charged up when promised. Highly recommended. I hope I never have to use them again as my car was repaired due to an accident BUT I ll definitely be back if need be ! Thanks guys !

I had a pretty nasty accident, although my car was in the shop for a few months, it was out of their control. Kevin was super friendly, super understanding and just outright one of the most efficient people with customer service i have ever met. I couldn't be more happy with my experience at the Tesla Collision center in Dallas. From start to finish, they provided excellent customer service and Mr. Simmons always kept me updated with my Tesla's progress. Scheduling could be hard, they are booked so far out you have to wait months. Overall the repair cost is less than tesla authorized service centers. Quickly repaired and returned.

I had a great experience here. The issue with my car was minor (needed a new mirror and the door repainted) but the service writer Paul was amazing and the most friendly service writer I have ever come across. The repair job came out perfect!

A big shoutout to Kayla for her communication skills and friendly demeanor. I was waitlisted for body repair for over 6 months, and I tried to reach Tesla Dallas Center through emails and telephone several times with absolutely no response that I had given up on the repair and customer service from Tesla. Once I was able to reach Kayla, she scheduled my appointment as soon as she could. I had no problems reaching her anytime during the repair process and she would diligently find the information I was seeking for. Great customer service attitude! Advice for Tesla: Your customer service teams seem to work in silos. No one that I called knew when the body shop was going to open, and even when it was opened for over a month, I was told it wasn't opened.Service: Body & Trim

this shop has had my car since November of 2021. i waited 2 months to get my car over here. Issac only responds after 4pm, doesn't matter if you call at 8am, you won't get a response until after 4 pm. they had a dispute with the insurance company over $2,000 and refused to fix my car. the repairs totaled over 25k. they had all the money except $2000 and didn't start work on my car. Finally they decided that they could fix my car and that I should give them 27 day. Well guess what? My car still isn't finished. when I asked how much longer they said two more weeks. Tesla should take them off their repair shops. This shop is a joke!!!! I will be filing this report with tesla!

Took 2 weeks to fix a small dent the size of my fist. Horribly mismanaged. Kayla was nice tho 10/10 she s the only reason this isn t a 1 star
