I picked up my 2024 Model Y in the showroom. The staff excellent. They were very helpful and friendly. I would encourage anyone mildly curious about EV's to test drive a Tesla and experience the future.

Amazing experience! After reading all of the negative reviews I was unsure how my experience would be but after arriving it couldnt have gone better. I was helped as soon as I walked in (I had an appointment) they just needed some info from me and got me a loaner car and I was on my way in less than 10-15 mins. Repair took about a week. Easiest thing I've ever done with any car.

Took a test drive and Jose was very helpful with all the questions I had. Nothing like the dealership experience I am used to, I know this is not exactly a dealer but he never tried to pressure me into a quick decision or up-sell me to a higher trim.

Associate manager Affani did a great job to handle my issues when the Ft Worth service center failed to do so. Quick and reliable. Highly recommend him and this service location.

While I can't speak for everyone's experiences, I must say, my visit to the Tesla service center was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm atmosphere and top-notch amenities. The selection of coffee, water, and snacks provided a pleasant touch, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout my wait. The seating was exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to relax while taking advantage of the complimentary WiFi to catch up on work or entertainment. However, the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the demo loaner a brilliant feature that allowed me to experience Tesla's cutting-edge technology firsthand. Overall, my time at the Tesla service center was not just a routine maintenance appointment; it was an enjoyable experience that truly showcased Tesla's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Worst service I have ever experienced with any car service. They take no accountability for warrantied items. They will be quick to blame you for any manufacturers issues and read/ memorize such from a script. The treatment from a Affan was appalling. Was made to drive 20 miles for him to sit in a back room and look at pictures and decline warranty service. I asked him why and he couldn t give a straight answer. He wouldn t even come out and talk to me until I asked for him directly, even though I was told before arriving a manager would need to look at it. Why did I physically drive there for him to sit in the office and not look at the car, which I was assured would be the case before heading there? I would never recommend Tesla in Dallas to anyone after this experience. Blaming the customer is just bad customer service, everyone knows that. They just don t care.

Just wish all communication wasn't only through the app. I need a number to call and Harass people. I always have a good experience at the service center. Don't get me wrong, I don't like paying any amount of money for repairs. And I do get very angry. At the same time as a mechanic, i understand that things break. I completely understand the people that come in here angry and lash out with attitude at the employee, but I really wish they wouldn't, and I wish they had better control of their emotions. I come here expecting to have to cough up some dough, but I hope they tell me it's on the house, or at least not a big deal, and it's a small repair. I've only been to 2 service centers but this waiting area is kind of nice! Refreshments and coffee. I suggest adding snacks. And if I'm giving suggestions, may I also suggest that FSD be re added to my model s. Please .

I love Tesla and my model S. Had to replace my front windshiel and sunroof due to cracks (accident). After spending a lot of money, opened and closed a few times, got a terrible howling noise. Came back to this Tesla service center to fix with some strange plastic clips. Then, more howling. Brought back again, said they needed 10 mins to work up a quote. 30 mins go by, no quote, technician comes out ignores me and leaves with another customer. Why? Where is the basic decency and accountability at the human level? Where is the accountability at the management level? Very disappointed with Tesla service here. Won t be taking my Tesla back to this location again. I expect to be treated badly pretty much everywhere these days, but not at Tesla.

Never buy a used tesla from tesla dealership. The expectation is to check all aspects in a 10minute window while picking up the car. (I purchased a car with 20k miles and the front tires which are manufactured in 3rd week of 2023 are so worn out after 2k miles that they are needing a replacement(refer pics). Basically, Tesla does NOT do an alignment check on used cars. IN CASE YOU CHOOSE TO BUY USED TESLA, GET THE ALIGNMENT CHECKED THE SAME/NEXT DAY. YOU CAN T FEEL/ EYE BALL ALIGNMENT ISSUES, UNLESS U R A MECHANIC. ITS **FREE**WITHIN 24HRS OF PURCHASE IT SEEMS.

Repair estimate for rear window failed to include brake light that also has to be replaced. Since it wasn't on estimate insurance wouldn't cover it. Tesla will not work with insurance so good luck on claims.

Worst test drive experience. Was just handed the car key and was told to come back in 30 mins. May be this is Tesla thing but nothing was explained for first time Tesla driver. No information on car features. Got a feeling like people at dealership don t care about selling and huge waste of time going to this dealership. Better drive with someone you know who has Tesla and just buy online. Not sure why they need dealership if they are not interested in showing the car

You are told a manager will call you back because the manager is never available, and absolutely no one calls back. How do you purchase a vehicle that is faulty, sign papers to get it replaced, and no human understands what is going on? The manager who should understand the issue is nowhere to be found. This is laughable and ridiculous at the same time.

Been a Tesla owner for a few days and already SO MUCH regret! We found the used car (2023) online through Tesla and the process before accepting the car was straightforward and uneventful. We are in Austin and the car was in Dallas; my daughter drove out to pick up the car and it was pretty simple. But once we got home, that's when the problems began. We are new to electric cars and just figured it was a simple and plugging into the wall. We have a new house and specifically had the builder put a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage so we are all set up. However, after driving all the way back to Austin, we discovered the car comes with absolutely no way to charge the car. My daughter ordered a charger that was to be delivered to the house... but the charger they sold to her is a wall charger! And getting a Tesla certified installer isn't something you can just make happen in a day.So, we have an electric car, the proper outlet in the garage... and no way to charge the car! I found out there is a mobile connector and supposedly used to come with a car when you bought one... but apparently not anymore? But what seems completely negligent is NO ONE at this store bothered to talk to my daughter about charging, if she has ever had an electric car and if not, was she prepared to charge, have the equipment to charge, know what it takes, etc... Absolutely NOTHING! As a healthcare professional, if I treated a patient this way I would be sued for malpractice. It's unfathomable how they would sell an electric car and not even go other these basic things with the purchaser. We started this process almost two weeks ago and we could have started the installation of the wall charger and/or ordered a mobile connector to have ready when the car was ready. Why wouldn't they just ask? Seems like a VERY simply thing to ask... "have you ever had an electric car?" "Do you have charger cables?" "If you want a wall charger, do you know you need to get this installed by a certified installed and could start this process before you pickup the car?"But none of these were asked; so my daughter drove the car home and now it sits in the garage because we have no way of charging the car. Sure, we could drive somewhere and just sit while the car charges but what's the point in that? I'm shocked no one discussed anything with my daughter when she picked the car up. It just goes to show an absolute lack of concern for the customer and if you are planning to get a Tesla, go ANYWHERE but this place.

Model 3 is wonderful. Service experience is horrendous. My car is only 3 months old. Have had the same problem since I purchased it. Service has worked on it 3 times now. They want me to bring it in but can t guarantee a loaner. I understand this is their policy; horrible as it is. But even in this situation they are unyielding. Their service is just awful. I could write a short book about my experiences. Just the worst.

The Tesla customer service really sucks at all front. Software issues and no real attention to keep customers happy at all. I am just one another unhappy customer of Tesla like all my friends who has Tesla. This dealership is just the same.GPS, Navigation, Auto pilot and cruise control are not working for a long long time. And the customer service person from this location was rude enough to say that these are convenient features that may or may not work. Cars from 1980s have cruise control and this dealership and customer support was so ignorant. The entire Tesla s marketing strategy was to buy people with their technology and now they say it s convenient features which may or may not work.No one is Tesla is a proper customer support person, they are always rude and arrogant.

Clearly Tesla must be doing some "reputation management" on this Google profile, as everyone I know who has dealt with this service center has had a terrible experience. I love the Tesla car and really like it as a product. It desperately needs revision and improvements with rattles and simple conveniences, but what really creates doubt in my mind for the long-term viability of this company as a whole is the experience of working with this maintenance/repair center. This company clearly has a widespread and severe leadership and culture problem within service. I'll just rapid-fire my complaints here, and you be the judge. 1. You CANNOT call this place. You have to call the main Tesla line, where they will do everything in their power to prevent talking to you unless you pretend to have a roadside emergency. Even the service center employees will teach you how to game their phone system menus to reach a real human. 2. The service center will contact you occasionally via text message, but you will never know the name of that person and they don't reply to your responses, so it's really more of a one-way conversation from them to you - this is very cold and off-putting. 3. They asked me to pick up the car because it was ready, but when I arrived there were engine-compartment parts all over in the trunk of my car, and the car was filthy. My service adviser was profusely apologetic for the miscommunication, and this was a wasted trip. Come on guys, this is not a new company any more. My small/independent shops are run much better than this. 4. Days later, they sent my car home to me un-repaired as they needed to order parts, and they have delayed installation of the repairs three times over the last 6 weeks to tell me "parts are delayed", but with no real ETA on when my issues will be resolved. I have no confidence that this issue will ever be resolved unless I drive back up there and start raising hell again. 5. While my car was in the shop, my point of contact would contact me using her personal cell because she knew about the phone/contact problems. While that was extremely helpful in facilitating personal communication about status updates, unfortunately she (and apparently several others) were "laid off", so I lost my point of contact and had no way to establish a new one. I ended up having to drive up there to determine status and next steps with my car. 6. Your car will be stored outside and will be returned to you dirtier than when you left it there, and they will refuse to wash it to "save water" (what do you think I'm going to do when I get it back??). I insisted that they wash it, so someone smeared the dirt around on the exterior with a rag. Thanks for that. Overall, dealing with this service center and with the Tesla company as a whole is a shockingly dreadful experience, and would certainly make me rethink buying another Tesla. Let's hope that Lexus gets in the EV game soon so we can go back go dealing with Sewell or some other reputable and competent companies.

Today had my car serviced at this establishment due to issues with the AC not working properly and some other concerns. Unfortunately, my experience with them left much to be desired. When I picked up my car, I noticed that the front bumper had been removed, and several clips were broken. To my dismay, they had not notified me of this beforehand and seemed ready to hand over the car in that condition. It was only after I pointed out the broken clips that they acknowledged the issue, claiming that the clips had "mysteriously" broken during the service.I expressed my dissatisfaction and made it clear that I couldn't accept the car in that state. JULIO from the service department was insistent that I take the vehicle home with the promise of a follow-up message to rectify the situation. However, as expected, that promised follow-up message never arrived. To my utter disappointment, I later discovered that my service appointment had been officially closed without any resolution.Overall, my experience with this service center has been nothing short of appalling. The lack of communication, the attempt to hand over my car with damaged parts, and the failure to follow through on their promises have left me thoroughly disgusted with their service. I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this establishment.

Owning a Tesla is a pain. The last time I had a flat I had to wait 3 hours for someone to provide a loaner tire. I went to NTB to get a new tire but Tesla Roadside put on the wrong tire and NTB couldn't put a new one on. So, i had to drive 40 mins to get a new tire and pay more for 1 tire than if I went to a third party. It's also inconvenient when they only have 2 service centers in DFW and the closest one is 40 minutes away. Plus, there tires are so unique that car shops can't just put any tire on the car. Also, buying a tire from them is not under warranty so you have to pay full price for every bad tire. Today, similar thing happened. I had to pay 412 for just 1 tire and they wanted to add another 800 dollars for another service without checking with me first. Also, getting a mobile tech is not always a given. Buying a Tesla is probably the biggest mistake I have ever made. To get work on your car and paying for it is a major turnoff. Honestly, just going to try to drive this car into the ground and then buy a gas car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This has to be the best treatment I've ever received thus far! David was my service advisor and he, along with the others, went above and beyond to get my vehicle together and back to me as quickly as they could. I had a one off issue that I would be all day describing but the back end work that went into my scenario, David and the team earned their money and restored my FAN BOY attitude with Tesla! Great Job and if every service interaction is like this, I can see why Tesla is number one in EV's!

This was such a seemless delivery experience. Every one always talks about pannel gaps and issues in the vehicle on delivery day. I had none. The car was clean and in working order. Can't wait to order my next Tesla

After visiting a Tesla Service Center, you will start acknowledging the need of dealership experience. There is no big incentive for these Tesla service centers to please anyone with good customer service. They know you don t have any options. Your money will end with Tesla no matter which location you use for servicing so why even care about doing a half decent job.I once jokingly told a coworker that this location is next to Chick-fila. They should learn abt customer service from them.I can see a big lawsuit against Tesla happening in the future. Forcing them to resolve this monopolistic service center strategy. Maybe EU or California will start it, rest will follow.

Always an issue with this location. They say one thing via phone and then change it when you re there. Need a loaner? Tough luck they only go to their buddies or certain types of people aka you need to have certain melanin in your skin to qualify. Fixes always take twice as long as they quote and half the time they are just standing there doing nothing.Edit: good luck talking to the secretary Brandon that picks up the phone and gets mad when they have to work at all. Same to the manager that says what we are not going to do is lie to you while being dismissive can t wait for their response to this review though. Brandon was so mad I pointed out they are just a secretary.

Was forced to schedule a pick up within 4 days of receiving the VIN which led a frantic rush to secure financing and insurance. While of course having to work around their schedule. There was not an option to pick up any later. Confirmed the pick up the day before with Tesla. The pick up was supposed to only take 15 minutes. After 2 and a half hours of waiting it didn't happen. Ends up Tesla, or the finance team, didn't actually finish process everything. They scrambled to email documents to be signed yet nothing happened. So now I'm forced to sit outside and wait for a ride because they closed foe the day.Hopefully they can figure this out before scheduling the next pick up appointment.Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Auto body & trim repair, Auto windshield repair, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Auto battery replacement, Auto power window repair, Steering & suspension repair, Auto exhaust system repair, Painting, Auto glass repair, Auto water leak repair, Auto side window replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto A/C recharge, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Auto rear window replacement, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement, Side view mirror repair, Auto detailing, Auto A/C replacement, Auto exhaust system replacement, Wheel alignment, Auto sunroof glass replacement, Transmission repair, Brakes, Auto battery maintenance, Auto tire replacement, A/C installation & repair, Auto emissions testing, Auto windshield replacement, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto body & trim replacement, Auto glass replacement, Car waxing, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Battery, Oil change

I recently took delivery of my third, and final brand new Tesla vehicle... with literal trash in it.The $60K car was delivered with actual trash in it: an empty energy drink can. I can't believe I'm even writing this review. The car sat in my driveway after delivery for about 20 minutes before I got in. I was excited, I waited 11 months for my new luxury SUV. Instead of that awesome new car smell I got the sickly smell of hot energy drink, and had to go looking to find why. They also simply yeeted the floor mats in, instead of taking the 15 seconds to properly install them. If I drove away without fixing this it would have been unsafe.I have had no response to my multiple attempts to resolve this (emails, texts and tweets). If Tesla took 30 seconds longer, or displayed any customer care, the delivery experience would have been flawless. Instead, I'm That Guy writing a public review. For my other Tesla vehicle, I have a 3 month wait time for a service appointment.I love the cars, but the service leaves too much to be desired. I've already ordered my next car, and it's a Rivian.
