Let me say I have purchased several vehicles over the years and this is my first experience with Sewell Subaru and it has by far been the best. My salesperson was Kay, he was knowledgeable, polite, funny, and helped us get a deal we couldn t walk away from (also has some great show recommendations) 10/10 I would recommend this dealership and salesperson to all my friends and family. I am exceptionally happy with my purchase and my experience.

I went to Sewell Subaru this morning looking at a Certified Pre-Owned Subaru Forester Wilderness. I was helped by Nathan Valdez, and he provided excellent service! I highly recommend asking for him, he knows about all the vehicles features and showed me around their beautiful facility at Sewell. Great dealership and excellent service it s been the best vehicle purchasing experience I ve ever received to date. Only item I m not pleased with is window chip repair was not well done in the middle of the windshield. I didn t notice it when I got the vehicle thought it was just dirty and it wasn t mentioned at all throughout the process. Hopefully I can get a deal to replace the window, and then I ll update my review and rating to a five star.

I worked with Jack Baldwin, and I have to say that he was absolutely awesome! So easy and helpful especially when I had to find the Forester that I really wanted. He refused to let me settle for something that was not 100% what I wanted in the price range I wanted. John Ward came in on the end to handshake the deal and let me say, Mr Ward, thank you! It was a pleasure to meet and make a deal with both of you. I would not hesitate to send anyone to them!!! They got me in and out, even with the accessories that I had installed. I love my new Forester! Thank you again!

Our experience at Sewell Subaru was amazing! This dealership is hands down the best! Very impressed on their transparency, no pressure approach, and commitment to customer service! It is truly unrivaled. And we know their commitment to excellence continues after the sale because my friend, who recommended us to try Sewell, has bought four cars and speaks so highly of the quality care a buyer receives after the sale. No wonder they win so many awards. Their customer service is beyond compare! Speaking of going above and beyond, we can t say enough good things about Luis Melendez, our salesman! He was not only professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, but also patient, attentive, kind, and helpful. He took his time explaining everything to us and just was very warm-hearted. We had mentioned to him that we were going to eat at a Mexican restaurant down the street because we hadn t eaten anything all day, and he knew that it was our 20th wedding anniversary this month, so when we went to pay the bill, they told us that Luis from Sewell had called in and paid for our meal! We were so surprised and shocked, because he had already sold us the car earlier and then he did something so downright thoughtful and so unexpected! Best experience ever! We are telling everyone we know about Sewell. The big bow that they put on your car when they give it to you (like in the commercials) was the icing on the cake. It brought tears to our eyes.

I highly recommend seeing Tad Binkley at Sewell Subaru! As this was my first time buying a car, Tad was very informative, friendly, and honest which made the car buying process enjoyable and stress free. I ve always heard horror stories about dealerships but from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I was handed the keys to leave, you really can tell that Sewell prides themselves on being upfront, honest, and customer focused!

I have always thought that stress and anxiety are part of the car buying experience. I'm pleasantly surprised that my experience with Sewell Subaru is just the opposite of this. The whole team made the whole process simple and straightforward. They have been so accommodating, quick to respond, transparent, and very professional without being pushy or coercive. Jennifer Lopez Campos answered all my questions via email, and by the time I arrived for my test drive appointment, everything was already arranged. Kay Juperatum was our sales associate, and I couldn't be more grateful for his assistance. He made me and my friends who came with me feel very welcome, answered all our questions and was attentive to everyone in our group. My friends even commented that the customer service of Subaru is far better than their experience with other dealership. I'm very pleased with my experience with Sewell Subaru and Kay that I'm recommending them to other people I know.

From the moment I walked through the door to Tad handing me the keys, I truly felt the warmth of the Sewell family. Tad was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and just willing to answer any of my questions. I came to Sewell Subaru on a referral and I see why they sing high praises. Everyone was so welcoming. Even after getting my keys, Tad was there to share in my excitement and exploration of all the new gadgets. I think one of my favorite parts was getting to choose a charity. I will definitely recommend Sewell and Tad to everyone.

After many years of being a Mercedes owner, I officially transitioned to a Subaru Crosstrek Sport with the help of Kay at Sewell Subaru. He was very polite, low stress and made the process of getting a new car more seamless than what I have experienced at other places in the past. Once again Sewell Subaru not only met my hopes but exceeded them. This dealership sets the high bar for what purchasing and servicing a vehicle should look like. This is my second purchase from them and plan on it being my next as well. Tad Brinkley our sales representative was genuinely a kind and caring person. Sewell and specifically Andrey was the best dealership I've ever experienced. I'm used to high pressure, pushy, semi-rude dealership experiences and Sewell was a breath of fresh air. I had an incredibly smooth transaction, they were easy to work with and incredibly accommodating. Andrey was very kind, knowledgeable about the cars and willing to help with anything I needed. Wow! Sewell exceeded our expectations AGAIN, we are repeat buyers. Went with a Subaru this time. Austin Flowers helped us find exactly what we wanted and it was a very pleasant experience overall. We had our five-year-old with us and he went out of his way to get her different snacks and drinks as we knocked out all of the paperwork. Mr. Flowers goes above and beyond for his customers. This is the second Subaru that we have purchased from this dealership. We will definitely be coming back to Sewell Subaru for our next vehicle!

I had a great experience with Kay Juperatum when buying my 2023 Subaru Solterra. He was very attentive in helping me decide between various models. Once I decided on the Solterra, the process was clear, simple and efficient. I very much appreciate that Sewell uses a consultative sales approach versus a high pressure approach. I also appreciate that the sales consultants at Sewell work the entire process with a customer, including financing, rather than handing off the customer at various stages in the process.Since the vehicle was not immediately ready for me to take ownership, Kay arranged to deliver the car to me. I live far outside of Dallas so this involved him taking a significant block of time to drive the car to me.I have used Sewell for years for both purchasing and maintaining Subarus. I highly recommend both their sales as well as service!

Sewell was amazing for us. We went to other dealerships in previous weeks and none compared to them. They fought for us to get the best car, the best interest rate, and were very transparent throughout the process.Specifically Tad Brinkley and Sara Brinkley went above and beyond to make sure we were in the best vehicle for our family. Travis at Sewell Subaru is amazing!! I came in with my parents and Travis went with us to test drive the crosstrek and outback limited and he is very knowledgeable and personable. He even gave us a tour and got us water and sodas. This was my first big girl purchase , and he walked me through every step with such ease. He did a great job explaining everything and helped me get set up and oriented with my outback limited. Great experience and I love my new car!! Thank you!

Sewell has made me a customer for life! Without going into much detail, my wife was in desperate need of a reliable car. A friend of ours told us to contact Kay Juperatum at Sewell, as she had had a fantastic experience with him. Knowing our situation and after talking with him via text and phone call, Kay found us exactly what we needed. Once we got to Sewell, Kay talked us through everything and put our minds at ease. We recently bought a Subaru Crosstrek from Sewell, and the experience was fantastic! We worked with Tad, and he made the whole process a breeze. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, and he was incredibly friendly. He was accommodating and helpful in all of our email and phone call exchanges, and even called me the day before I picked up the car to ask if I had any questions. When we got to the dealership, he sat down and took his time walking me through all the features to make sure I was good to go before driving away. Overall, he was a pleasure to work with, and I would absolutely go back to Sewell in the future!

I highly recommend working with Nathan Valdez and Sewell Subaru. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family when shopping for a car. He was polite and professional. I cannot say enough about how pleasant he was to work with. He paid attention to what we were looking for and notified us when something of interest became available. He worked with us in our price range, never pushy. He educated us on different models and options available. He responded to communications and always thoroughly answered our questions. This is the best car buying experience in a long time!

About a month ago I went to Sewell Subaru interested in test driving a 2024 Outback Wilderness.I was greeted by a very nice man named Robert. As we walked in the dealership he introduced me to Connor who ended up taking us on a test drive. At first I didn t realize why Robert was passing me off to another member of the sales staff, but after speaking with Connor I realized he was making sure I was going to have the best experience possible. I had watched and read a lot of reviews about the Wilderness package before coming into the dealership but Connor still came with a wealth of information that really helped me solidify my decision.Before ever coming into Sewell Subaru I was already familiar with their great reputation for excellent customer service. I work on cars for a living and use several Sewell dealerships when ordering OEM parts. The dealership is very nice with clean facilities and a huge service department. When I made the decision to buy a new car I knew I wanted to go with Sewell. Little things like the matching black Sewell emblem on the lift gate is a nice touch, I ve never been a fan of ugly dealership badges on the back of cars but Sewell keeps it very simple and classy and I like that.About a week after my purchase I returned to the dealership to get a wash and address a few issues (factory related, not dealership). Connor helped me out again even after his job as salesman was done. He took my car for a wash and personally address and fixed my minor issues.It was probably another week after that when I returned again to meet with Kelsey to go over the vehicle and ask any questions I had relating to the vehicle s features, I honestly forgot what she call it but it was very nice to get the opportunity to get an in-depth look into the features of my vehicle and better understand it. I went from a 2008 Ford to a 2024 Subaru so it was a big jump. After this meeting I received a card for free gas which was very nice.I m going back this week to get my tags and I look forward to the visit as well as future visits for my free car washes. Thank you Connor Kelsey and Robert for the great experience. This was my first brand new car purchase and I couldn t be happier.

I began searching for my car around late October. I lost count how many dealerships I dealt with, all of whom were disrespectful. As growing up with friends and family a part of the Sewell family for years I decided to go here next(I remember as a kid joining my friends and family in the lobby whenever getting a car wash or a vehicle getting serviced and being treated kindly). My search finally ended as Nathan lived up to the Sewell name! Customer service and being professional really finalized the search. They took the time to have my car in the best condition possible before I took my car home. My car is pre-owned but it feels like new! This was my first car purchase and I m so glad Nathan Valdez helped me out. He went out of his way to help out with me being able to come only at night time during the week leading up to the holidays. I m the next generation who s happy to be a part of the Sewell family for life!

My husband and I recently bought a Subaru Outback from Sewell and had our BEST car buying experience.We normally hate buying a car but thanks to Austin Flowers, our contact and salesman, we went in and came out with a different attitude. No pressure!!Austin was genuinely friendly, interested and listened attentively to what we wanted to see and helped us evaluate our options. We were impressed with his knowledge and familiarity with the vehicles that led us to make our own decision.About 20 years ago we met a young couple in a restaurant on their way from west Texas to Dallas just to buy a car from Sewell. If I m in the market for a new car I typically shop online and find the exact one I want and go to whichever dealership it s at. I did that this time around, but the car I was interested in also happened to be at Sewell Subaru. I was referred to Brian Girard specifically by my boyfriend who has known him personally for years, and the experience I had was markedly different (in all the best ways) than any previous car purchase I ve gone through.Brian is personable, responsive, transparent, and up front - all things I really appreciate when considering a big purchase such as a new car. The car I was interested in (a beautiful periwinkle blue 2022 Crosstrek Sport with only 9,875 miles on her) was a little over what I planned to pay, but Brian made creative suggestions for various ways to adjust my loan with my credit union to best fit my budget. His knowledge and understanding of the ins and outs of financing and how it all works, even though I wasn t financing through their dealership, was a relief, and so helpful.I left with the car I wanted and felt completely informed on everything, as well as the perks associated with buying from a Subaru dealership specifically. I left feeling thrilled with my decision. 10/10 would recommend Sewell Subaru, but especially working with Brian if you want to leave with the car you want and feeling good about it.

I ve always hated buying cars because it was always a terrible experience but that was NOT the case with Sewell. I had considered many makes and models before focusing on Subaru. One of my priorities for this car was being able to go off road- the Forester Wilderness is perfect. I am so happy with my new Subaru and being a Sewell customer

My experience at Sewell Subaru was informative, enjoyable, and easy. Max answered my initial questions over the phone and prepared a new Forester for me to look at based on my interests. Once I arrived, Tad pointed out some helpful information about the Forester that I hadn't heard about in my research. I came after work, and Tad and his team stayed late to help me. I had my previous vehicle serviced at Sewell Buick, and I'm excited to continue receiving top notch service from the team at Sewell Subaru. I love my new car! It has all the features I was looking for plus some.
