I had three door dings that I went in to have repaired. I was also shown a fourth I hadn't detected. All four dents were repaired such that there was no trace of their ever having been there. To boot, I had a scratch on the tailgate of my truck that a reputable collision center had quoted as a being a $1300 repair and repaint. Pro Hail and Dent Repair was able to repair the scratch completely, and at a fraction of the cost. All of this in a short amount of time while I waited. My truck now looks very close to what it did when I drove it off the lot new. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job than this, and I cannot recommend Pro Hail and Dent Repair enough!! I will be sending anyone I know who needs these services to this shop.

It s easy to maintain a 5 star review when you ve got only a few reviews, but when you have dozens and even hundreds of people consistently leaving you 5 stars, you re doing something right. And that s exactly what this business does. Owner does the work himself, and he s the best in the business in my opinion. Great customer service and great at his work. Don t expect it to be cheap though (usually runs a couple hundred dollars or more every time I ve brought him one of my cars), but you get what you pay for. This guy is a magician at removing dents that other PDR guys say they can t fix. Will definitely be a lifelong customer.

The reviews for this place are on point and working with Jack was a breeze. He is very accommodating and extremely patient with all the questions/requests I had. He understood that this was my first time through the process and explained each step in great detail. He was always available for any questions I had during the process. Once the lengthy insurance process was complete, he scheduled me right away and my car was ready in 2 days.The work on the car was amazing with all the nasty dents gone and my car looked like when I bought it new. I'm very happy with the service I got and strongly recommend Pro Hail and Dent Repair.

Jack and his team were absolutely amazing! I had 30 some odd dents on my hood at least 20 on the roof and another 15 on the trunk. He was able to get my vehicle in and repaired and I'll put back together in about 3 days. I was beyond impressed to say the least with not only the finished product but the speed in which he completed the process. I would definitely recommend bringing your car here if you have hail damage. They'll treat you right and do an amazing job!!!

Took my GTR here and at first was hesitant to have my door dings glue pulled, however Jack was very thorough explaining everything and he did great work. He even took me in to do the work same day. I highly recommend him!

Awesome experience 10/10. Jack made sure he could fix my dents over text before I made the drive up there. Quick and easy help would recommend for any minute to serious dent repairs.

Excellent service and work. Someone tried to break into my vehicle and damaged the door key cylinder and dented the door. The dealership body shop wanted to paint both doors but I decided to go with PDR. I am glad I found this company and I am very happy with the result. Posted some before and after photos, still need to replace the key cylinder. Highly recommend.

Jack was great. Ended up just coming in for a quote and he ended up fixing my S4 on the spot. My two dents were in a tough spot but Jack figured out how to get behind the dents. I'm meticulous with my Audi and couldn't be happier with the work !

First, do not underestimate Tx hail! But if you happened to be caught in an unfortunate situation like myself, I highly recommend trying Pro Hail & Dent! I took my car in for hail repair (which was done exceptionally well, no signs of any hail damage whatsoever after their work) and Jack even helped put in a new car battery for me! I texted Jack on a Saturday morning asking if I could get a quote for 2 dents on my Audi when countless other shops in the area never even got back to me after waiting for days. Jack called me promptly after my text and offered to look at it after the official close time for the day (unheard of!). Not only did he provide a quote the same day, but also worked on it same day! His prices are extremely fair for the excellent work he provides. He's a true master of his craft and got some little dents that I hadn't even noticed out on top of the bigger ones. 100% would recommend. He even spends time educating on the craft!

I called Pro Hail & Dent Repair after underestimating the distance between my door and fire hydrant. It left a sharp ding that wasn't the easiest to get to. Jack said bring it by the shop and he would be happy to look at it. He checked it out and said he could remove the ding while I waited if I liked. I was in and out of the shop in 40 minutes tops. Not only that, he noticed I had a couple light hail dings on my hood and he took them out at the same time AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! Customer Service is Not a Thing Of The Past! Great clean shop, awesome service, highly recommend!!

I had a dent in my door from some careless person in the parking lot and some light hail damage on the trunk from a few years ago.Jack worked his magic and flattened out the door ding. I'll have to apply some touch up paint as the door dent was severe enough to gouge the paint off. Then he got to work on the trunk, even popping out some dents that I never noticed. The result - you cant even tell there was any damage :DHighly recommend Jack at Pro Hail and Dent Repair. They know their trade and the results speak for themselves.

Fixed a dent on the front of my Lexus bumper and made it look like it never ever happened. He s a real perfectionist, highly recommend. He fixed all my dents and made my car seem brand new again.

I found Pro Hail and Dent through Yelp with great reviews. This shop was close to home so I stopped by because I had hail damage. Jack carefully looked over my car and pointed out damage that I hadn t noticed. He worked with the insurance company and only took my car when he could start work on it. He finished on time and did a great job fixing the damage. When I had an issue a few months later I stopped by and he fixed that problem immediately. He was polite and professional and did a great job on time. I would recommend him to anyone needing this type of work done. Thanks, Jack!

I recently experienced a moment of carelessness that resulted in multiple dents in the side of my car.I anticipated a costly trip to the body shop for repairs but decided to see if PDR (paint less dent repair) was an option.I took my auto to Pro Hail and Dent Repair for a quote.I was greeted by Jack and he had me pull my car into his shop.Within 15 minutes he assessed the damage, formulated a repair plan, and quoted a price that seemed fair by all measures.Less than 2 hours later my dents were gone and my car looked exactly like it did before the mishap.I could not have been happier.I highly recommend Pro Hail and Dent and will gladly utilize their services in the future should the need arise.

Called Memorial Day in the Am and Jack rearranged his day to take a look at a 4 inch door dent on my Tesla 3. It was not an easy repair because of the support braces that Tesla places behind the panel. Other shops probably would have taken the opportunity to insist that the door had to be removed but he got it done by going through the electrical wire access on the side of the door. Done in 90 minutes at a very reasonable price. I was completely satisfied with the results.

Amazing service and very professional! I had 3 small dents in my Mini Cooper hood due to a loose barrel on the tollway (YIKES!)...Jack fixed them in under an hour and my hood looks perfect!Found Pro Hail and Dent looking at best reviews and so happy I made the call. Jack did a superb job of repairing the hail damage on my Merc C43. I believe it was a difficult car to fix, but he did it in record time. Would not hesitate in recommending this shop for repairing hail damage.

Wow!!! Brought my Mercedes in after getting a door ding in the parking lot, and when I tell you Jack is the most Respectful and treats his customers like family it was a great experience overall. He fixed my door ding less than 1.5 hours and I came back so happy. I will always come to Pro Hail & Dent for any car issues!!!

I did a google search to find a dent repair facility sort of close to me. This place had good reviews so I thought I d check it out. I met Jack, the owner, and asked for a quick quote for a small dent from debris from a storm. Jack did an EXCELLENT job on the repair. I have an all aluminum F250. The truck is only 4 months old so I wanted the dent gone and it to be new again. Jack totally made that happen! I caught him between vehicles and it took about 15-20 mins. It probably would have been quicker but we were chatting a bit while he was working. The price was also very reasonable. I will for sure be using this facility again and I would recommend it to anyone I know. Thanks for doing such a great job Jack.

Can t say enough good things about my experience at Pro Hail and Dent Repair. Saw the many great reviews about Jack and decided to get his opinion on whether or not it made sense to repair dings and scratches on my car before selling it. He took care of me on the spot. I was out in under an hour with a bunch of dings and scratches repaired and my car looking much better for resale. My only regret is not finding out about him sooner so I could have enjoyed my car looking that much better the whole time I owned it. Fair, honest and quality workmanship. I plan on returning to Jack and Pro Hail for any future auto body work.
