Had a great experience. Went in for a oil change and a small noise coming from front tires. Oil change went well and they found the pads in the back needed replacement. Price was reasonable and they were fast!!! The owners Sammy and Sonia were very friendly and helpful and u can tell they care about being honest and fair. While waiting I talked to another customer he said he has been coming to them from Allen TX for the last 15 yrs. That s all the advertisement I needed. Found my new mechanic!!!

I was very impressed with the way the entire staff from King Auto repair took care of my auto care needs. I spoke with Sam on yesterday. showed up 8:30 am today I was on my way around 9am. everything was fixed. I was expecting the worst, yet Believing for the best outcome. and sure enough my prayers were answered it was an overall experience that I will continue to remember. I wil be back

Horrible place of business. They're slow, they don't have the right tools to have an auto shop. I came to buy a new tire and they took over an hour. They put my rim in the back of a truck and drove off without telling me what was happening. When I asked they said they couldn't do it so they had to take it to another shop.

I took a friend here and they did fix his vehicle but they did not detect the other problem with his vehicle and I think they should of had

went to see why my radio wouldn t turn on. They told me it was electrical and they fixed it without telling me how much it was first then charged me. Then 2 weeks later my radio went out again so I took it to the dealership. They said it was just the tow switch turned off. All it was was a switch.. so I believe I was charged for nothing and King Auto took advantage

This place is an excellent. They are friendly and do an awesome job on my car. You can bring your car in and they will tell you what is wrong and how much it will cost to get your car fix. Sam is a good and honest and friendly person. I will always bring my car to Kings Auto to have it fixed here.

This was my second time visiting King auto for repair on a high mileage vehicle. Excellent customer service, informative, good communication and quick work both times. I have been taking my cars here for 4 years now since I moved here from California. Friendly staff and they always cater to your car needs. They tell you exactly Whats wrong with your car and have reasonable prices that are affordable. Plus they do quality work.

I used to like this place. But they totally messed up the valve cover bolts to replace the pcv valve. Now I am unable to get the valve cover back on because they stripped the bolt sockets. It leaked when I got the car back, and they still didn't fix it right. Now I need another mechanic to fix what they messed up. And they refused a refund. Their so called me mechanics are hacks.Service: Engine repair

They were supposed to do work on my truck and do the rear main seal and replace the rocker arms. They were paid to do the work and didn t complete the work. I was told that they didn t have the mechanics to replace the rocker arms. They took the valve cover off and replaced the gasket but didn t replace the rocker arms. Why they didn t I will not know. Mohammad said that my truck was good to drive. The truck broke down and the engine is now trash because they didn t replace the rocker arms. According to the owner they didn t do any internal work. How you replace the seal without it being internal I have no idea. But they are now refusing to replace the engine and are not at fault. Were supposed to ship the vehicle and now they are refusing to ship it. They have not heard the last of me

Horrible business. Slow. Unresponsive. Overpriced. My fianc� s front end collision repair was terrible. Uneven gaps in body lines, sloppy paint job, mismatched engine bay parts. We were told to come and pick up, however when we arrived the paint job was runny and not clear coat sanded. The owner would not have said anything if I had not pointed these huge flaws out. He told us to come back in two weeks as he was too busy (we had already paid him so what did he care). Finally got the car back after being buffed and looks just as bad. Decided to cut my losses. There tons of better body shops in DFW- don t make the same mistake we did.

I THOUGHT they were good until THIS happened! I went here a while back to get my drive axle replaced because it needed it. I thought they did well, and it was quick, and a decent price. I decided to make this my permanent car repair shop. A few months later I went BACK here to get a wheel bearing replaced and brakes done. They did this quick and decently priced as well. Cool. Here we are now and I m driving on a road trip and all of a sudden my car starts shaking really bad in the middle of the night in the middle of no where! I m praying to make it to my destination and everything. I made it, go to get it fixed the next day. The drive axle had broken in half and turns out it wasn t in shaft all the way. The repair shop out here in Illinois said whoever replaced it before didn t put it in all the way. This is the same axle KING AUTO REPAIR on Buckner replaced months ago. There s no way I should be replacing this THIS quick. So when I call KING AUTO REPAIR to tell them, they try to deny it and tell me it s MY fault it happened, when in fact it was THEIR mechanic who didn t do it correctly. It s a miracle it lasted THIS long and when it finally clunked out it drove that far from Omaha Nebraska all the way to almost Chicago with a snapped axle. I wouldn t recommend this place to Satan. Hell!

Reasonable pricing, havent had any issues thus far. Communication is awesome. Car is running miles better. Found them through AutoZone recommendations.

They was paid to repair a oil leak on my car 3 days later it was still leaking oil out of the same location I took my car back they refuse to fix it then stated that they will recharge me for what I already paid them to fix $1600.00 gone

I put my truck in shop at kings auto for pugs and when i went to get my trukk i had to get it pull home because they damage my moter now i need a moter my truck was in top shape now i will need to Part it out because i can not buy a moter dont have that kind of money do not let them work on ur cars or truck
