They have sold me some cars in the past years and they have bean working pretty good the cars I bought haven't got to no mechanic thanks hb auto group and soon I will go and buy a truck

Super bad experience with this place. Car stopped working within 2 weeks. Not to mention super disrespectful. Car was missing power steer fluid, missing lug nuts, needed to replace brakes, and the battery was TRASH! Went through a lot with that car. Tried talking it out, but they only tried to save themselves from the raggedy car they sold. DON T do the mistake of buying a car from there. You ll only end up with a very bad experience

I've been going to the mechanic every month since I bought the car. Maybe I don't have a chance. I'm at the repair shop every month.

These people are very unprofessional they sold me a car with a blown transmission after two days check engine light came on, took it to mechanic to run codes they told me computer was wiped clean and the transmission was no good, the secretary is very rude and unprofessional never answers the phone and when she does put you on hold or tells you should call you back and never does

I bought a car from this place & it took me over a year to receive my plates. They also told me it was a clean title & it wasn't, they claimed they lost the original so they gave me a copy. They're full of it! Stay away from this place by all means. All they do is lie & they are super unprofessional. Once they trap you into a sale they can care less about you. You have been warned!

Most unprofessional Car lot! They have no type of communication with the customer as stated in a previous post they won t care about the customer once you have made a deal NO MATTER THE SITUATION! If I could give zero stars I would!! They will have someone calling your phone and texting you @ 2am Not even during business hours as they should!

Worst car lot ever. Homegirl in the front need to work out instead of doing the raza wrong . Seriously don t know how she sleep at night knowing you can do people wrong . DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE

Si pudiera dar cero estrellas lo hago pero lamentablemente no se puede Solo les dire por favor no compren en este lugar si no quiere dolores de cabeza venden carros muy malos los programan mas o menos unas millas para no te des cuenta y cuando lo llevas a casa sorpresa ese carro se prenden las luces y salen los problemas y te dejara tirado obviamente no van resolverte nada Evita perder tu dinero con estas ratassssss

Este lugar no quiso tomar mi pago que me atrase y me levantaron mi troka y no me quisieron dar mis pertenec�as ten�a cosas y fotos de mi mam� que val�an mucho para mi . Met� abogado y jam�s respondieron asta el d�a ya lleva 7 meses y a�n ni mis documentos ni mi cartera me am regresado de perdido por correo son unos si verg�enzas rateros y el due�o tambi�n .

NO COMPREN UN CARRO AQUI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!mi esposo agarro un carro aqui, le dieron garantia por 3MESES!!!!!!! ellos lo tiene los carros programado para que dejen de funcionar. la primer semana que la agarro la tuvieron por una semana porque el bolante dejo de funcionar. El siguente mes otra ves dejo de funcionar y tuvo que pagar y segun tenia garantia. Y ahora ya ni funciona. El siempre hacia sus pago a tiempo y hasta hacia 2 pagos de un solo. llevaba la mitad pagada, y no le pudiron ayudar la mujer incompetente que trabja alli es MUY buena para collectar dinero pero para ayudar, ayuda mejor un perro en la calle que ella. Ni un disculpe ni nada por el error de ellos, SO LES REPITO NO LO HAGAN!!!!

I do not recommend buying any car here.. terrible service in everything.. they charge 50 dlr just for one day of your payment, the cars always come out with many faults, and they do not fix them, terrible service.. I do give them that star only Xk I can't comment but they don't deserve a star. Don't buy anything there isNo les recomiendo comprar ning�n carro aqu� .. p�simo servicio en todo .. cobran 50 dlr solo x pasar un d�a de tu pago, los carros siempre salen con muchas fallas, y no te los arreglan p�simo servicio .. les si esa estrella solo Xk no puedo comentar pero no se merecen ni una estrella . Muy mal servicio ya cuando vas a terminar de pagar ponen pretextos para recoger tu veh�culo.No se los recomiendo a parte los carros fallan, el primer carro que compre con ellos se descompuso a la semana no lo pudieron reparar y me lo combinaron por otro peor No compren con ellos!!!!! 0 estrellas!!!

If I could, I wouldn't give them even 1 star, they're not worth it when you're going to buy a vehicle, they lower the moon and the stars and you just take it and if it fails, they don't want to cover the warranty or anything, terrible service, don't buy hereSi pudiera no les dar�a ni 1 estrella no valen madre cuando vas a comprar un veh�culo , te bajan la luna y las estrella y ya nomas te lo llevas y si te sale fallento no quieren cubrir la garant�a ni nada un pesimo servicio no compre aqu�

I do not recommend this place to buy cars without being very irresponsible, but if you are late, forget about never flying to buy cars here, very bad service.No recomiendo para comprar carros este lugar sin muy irresponsables pero si t� te atrasas olv�date nunca vuelo a comprar carros aqu� muy mal servicio
