Was walking the lot for a minimum of 10min. I Was interested in financing a BMW. No one ever came out to assist me. This happened on 2/27/2024.

Our go to pre-owned luxury vehicle dealership. We have purchased 2 cars from this lot. Sam is the owner and he is honest and will give you the best deal possible on a car. They are expanding and will have a bigger lot soon for more inventory.

Looking for a high quality auto body shop with affordable prices? Seriously, stop searching. European Automotive Center is the most professional and courteous one around. Sam, the owner, is a fabulous human being to deal with, and his employees are the best at their job (they definitely know what they are doing). They took great care in dealing with the insurance company to get my car repaired properly! Avoiding the short cuts which results in a re-repair. I never expected the car to be as clean as they gave it back to me. I definitely recommend these people because obviously they are doing everything right. And don't worry about the cost, Sam will work it out somehow that both side leave his shop satisfied.

Could not ask for a better car buying experience. Sam made it an incredibly easy process. And above that, when the car had some troubles, he didn t hesitate to make sure the car is going to be taken care of. 10/10 and more than anyone can expect walking into a car dealership these days.

After searching for cars through my AAA app (TrueCar), I found a gem: a 2008 Acura MDX. We visited the dealership on Saturday to check it out + test drive and I actually wasn't going to purchase due to cosmetic issues on the vehicle but after thinking it over throughout the weekend, I had my mechanic meet me back due to the smooth ride and tempting price. There were just a few things that needed to be repaired/replaced based on his report. Human was a breeze to negotiate with after I informed him of those issues and took me up on my first offer. I made a deposit on the car, received a receipt, and came back the same day to pick it up. I was out within 45 minutes and they even fixed an issue I brought to their attention during the negotiation process. I would've appreciated the car to be a bit more clean and detailed on the interior but I'm happy with my (new to me) smooth ride. I'll definitely be coming back for my used car needs and will recommend this dealership to others.

Horrible experience. I text an offer (8k cash, for a vehicle listed for $11,999) to the number provided, and received a smiley face and thumbs up in return, but was laughed at (he literally told me he was laughing at me) when I called to tell him I was on my way from Oklahoma. I m really glad I didn t make the drive to Dallas. Take your business elsewhere. Apparently they think it s funny to waste your time. ****Their response should be enough evidence to show how they really feel about your time and earning your business***

Checked out an equinox today. Drove all the way from Denton. Description on car gurus says serviced and very well taken care of. We started the vehicle and the engine knocked but went away. I accelerated it to 1500 rpm and the engine knock was prevalent. Total waste of time. The salesman didn't even act surprised or apologize for the shape the vehicle was in. Says a lot about the company. BUYER BEWARE

I found this car lot by luck, they have good cars and their service is great! I will recommend this lot for people who are getting a car for sale. You have an option to finance thru your bank or company of choice. I did cash.. It was honest and simple service.

The guys were super fast and easy to work with! My car is perfect.. can t even tell that I was in an accident. I highly recommend bringing your car here if you are looking for excellent work with no hassle!!

Don t trust this dealer especially the guy with name Human.They sold me a car with an engine light on, they reset the battery while they were cleaning the car for me, u see I checked the trunk before they took it and the battery cover was locked but after they cleaned it was open I thought they did deep cleaning but no they were F me up lol

I went to look at a car twice & did not receive any help. One time I went out on a Saturday afternoon & 2 salesman s was outside talking & kept looking at me. Never even spoke. Now I see y cars stay on the lot for several months not sold. Nonchalant attitudes of staff

I had some Collision work down there and my battery on my car replaced, Sam and the guys that work there is very professionally. I will recommend this shop to everyone the dent was taking out my car and the paint is shining.

Well where do i begin with all that's happening got my truck delivered noticed that the coolant was extremely low so i added more coolant drove a week low coolant light popped on take in mind that when you buy a car or truck things will go wrong however here is the perfect example my truck It was delivered on june 13 2021 its july 8 2021During this time I've ran into a major issue talking to the people they where very responsive to me for the most part but when i bought it they said there was nothing wrong it it drives great etc it drives fine today july 8 2021 headed to work it over heated an the diagnostic was they came to the concussion that the head gasket was bad

I've been going there for a few years and these guys are very honest and don't nickle and dime you like other places. The repairs they do is done right the first time. People are very nice.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR HERE !!I RECENTLY PURCHASED A DODGE RAM HEMI 1500FROM INDIAN GUY, BUT MY TRUCK BROKE AFTER IUSED IT FOR A MONTH. Now I HAVE TO BUY ANENGINE FOR MY BROKEN TRUCK
