I work in hospitality, and it's very rare for me to be stunned by a business because they rarely deliver great customer service. We found Diesels of Dallas on Instagram. From the moment we contacted Bryan, they have provided the best customer service, quick response times, and recommendations. When we walk into the shop, we are greeted and feel very welcomed. Bryan, John, and their entire team come highly recommended by us. Not to mention, they made our dream truck a reality straight from the factory off the lot

Top notch service, took care of a motor swap for me and the truck has about 5k miles since and not a single issue.I came from Houston to Dallas for the work as it was the best price and turnaround time I could get.Appreciate it again I will be back with more trucks

I took my 2019 f250 about a year ago due to my tune/deleted engine being hard on the original, the second one ran perfectly till I had a minor incident and ran it like that till I apparently burned the clutches. I dropped it of last week this being the second and they did promised me an earlier date to be finished my new date is only 5 days off. I know they are doing what they do best and making it ready for me to beat it on a daily basis with out hiccups. Plus did I mention 3k for a refurbished transmission installed?....you ll find one at the junk yard for $3,250 at least that was the lowest I found without labor. I will follow up with an updated review once I received the truck in progress. Hopefully it s as easy as it was last time (literally get in start it and go, I drove straight to Denver from the shop that same date) also I do roofing work for a living and haul 10-16k lbs daily.

Called in for a turbo replacement and was told one price, once I got there i was told another price. Decided to go through with it anyway. when i picked up the truck on the way home coolant line/ hose blew off, had to pull over and find someone to bring me coolant. Then when I get home I notice it s leaking oil on the passenger side. Took the truck back and they keep insisting the leak is from the valve cover gaskets even though i explained to them it was not from that they were just dirty from me spilling oil when adding oil due to the leak. I took the truck there for the leak and two other problems and after a month of not hearing back from the shop I start to call. I called 2-3 per week for almost a month and they kept giving me the run around. I ll call you back in 15 minutes I didn t get a call back and when I try to call they didn t answer. Another time I tried and a lady said they were at lunch but she would write down my name and number and call back later, never happened. Finally got ahold of them after trucks been in shop for over two months and got a invoice for the valve cover gaskets which I already replaced and stuff to replace the other two problems the truck was having but nothing about the oil leak. I decline invoice because I already replaced upper and lower valve cover gasket and when they call I explained it to them and they said they removed it. When I go to pick up the truck the oil leak isn t fixed and they charged me for lower gasket even though I already replaced it.

Great experience very knowledgeable at what they do.I would Highly recommend them. They replaced a 6.7 motor and installed a lift kit on one of our trucks. Thank you gentlemen for the great work.

John and his crew really got me fixed up fast. Major engine issues and he had it fixed and back to me in 2 days. No one else would even give me a time frame. He will have my business from this point forward. You can't go wrong here. Thanks again John!!!!

Got a tune from these guys over a year ago and had a great experience, fast forward to now, unrelated issue happened with my truck, messaged Diesels of Dallas, they responded promptly said bring it by the shop in the morning, when I got there they diagnosed it immediately, provided a solution, had me back in the road in less than an hour. True 5 star customer service, I won t go anywhere else!

I brought my 2020 2500HD Duramax in on Friday to check out a number of warning messages that had resulted in engine power restriction. The error messages said that the emissions system needed to be serviced. John scanned the codes and knew what the problem was within a few minutes. The bad news was that the problem was a common one that is happening now and it has lead to a shortage of the parts. He was able to locate the parts on Friday afternoon and got them there by Monday. They had me back on the road by Monday evening and even stayed a few minutes late to get my truck to me. They know what they are doing and the price to fix it was fair because they had to take a lot off to get to the parts (wiring harness for one of the fuel injectors). I will bring my truck back there if I need service again.

Dropped my truck off and they quoted maybe 1.5 weeks before being able to get to it. Unfortunately, I had a death in the family and needed it so they jumped on and got it done so I could use my truck to help move some things. They were honest and even stayed late to get it done and let me check it out. I appreciate it!

If you think theres something wrong with your truck take it directly here, these guys won t sell you a new transmission. They ll diagnose what the real problem is and get you fixed up right. Probably the most upfront and honest people I ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

I had issues with my 6.0 Ford powerstroke. Was looking for a repair shop that knows how to repair diesel. I stumbled upon Diesel of Dallas and decided to call them. John answered my call. He listened patiently to the issues of my truck and asked me to take my truck to his shop so that his mechanic can look at it. I am so glad I found this place. My truck was fixed right and is running great again. No up-sell on un-necessary things from them at all. I didn't realize my truck has such power. Awesome service from John, Frank and Amy. Best diesel shop I ve ever been to. Best customer service. Highly recommend to anyone needing assistance for your diesel trucks. I know who I will go to when I have issue with my truck.

I want to say thanks to John, Frank and Amy. Diesels of Dallas took care of me and will my shop for the future. My 2017 had fuel system was contaminated and The guys took really good care of me. Straight forward about everything and did a great job. I m super happy with their service and I will continue to take my truck back for any service that s needed. Thanks again.

Best in the business! We got stuck a few blocks away from their location. Upon leaving, the owner saw us stranded on the side of the rode. Cars passed by left and right as we stood there without offering help. Owner passed by and offered to pull us out the mud pit we were stuck on. Within minutes he came back and pulled us all the way onto the main street! Really nice gentleman and very helpful in a situation in need! If they are this nice helping non customers you can only imaging how they treat actual customers! Great individual and great owner. Thanks again my friend, will definitely come again in the future and be a customer!!

Fantastic shop! Yesterday was my first experience going to diesels of Dallas and it couldn t have went better! I went in for a major repair on my truck and John was able to take me in same day and get it fixed by the end of the day! This is now my go to shop and will recommend to anyone needing diesel services in the Dallas area!

The shop by our house closed so we hunted for a new one and came across Diesels of Dallas via Google. My husband called and spoke to John who was immediately familiar with the code my truck was throwing. He didn t hmmm and haw over it and got to the point, had a tow truck come within the hour to get my truck and they had it diagnosed and fixed in 2 days! John, Frank and Amy were all so nice and professional. We re so glad we found this shop and don t plan on going anywhere else from now on.

Took my truck to these guys to have an engine replaced. I paid a little over 4 grand for the new engine going into my diesel ford and $1,800 for installation. Was told it would be a week. Then at the end of that week it was another week, then another, then another, and it turned into 2 months. I finally get it back and was told I d have a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty and instead got a 90 day warranty. Kind of a crappy warranty for $6,500 worth of work. Turns out they put a new engine block in and took pretty much everything else off of my previously blown engine and put it on the new engine. Which isn t what I paid for whatsoever. Fast forward, I finally get the truck and it was just thrown together. My vacuum pump was just thrown in there, not mounted, wires were loose and just ran wild, and once again, there were old parts from my old engine on there. Overall it looked like absolute trash. Went to change the oil and the crew didn t even put an oil filter in the top of the engine.Within months the truck started having problems with blow by, check engine lights and issue after issue. I finally go and trade the truck in and they told me the engine work was absolute trash and they were only able to offer me MAYBE 7,000 because the trucks engine was in such bad shape they were gonna have to sell it to a buy here pay here dealership where vehicle condition doesn t matter. This whole situation really sucks, because their owner, John is an incredibly nice guy. But I definitely feel douped. Can t recommend this place again.

Diesel of Dallas is the best. My husband and I walked in at Diesel of Dallas stressed out on a Saturday we told him we had already hired two mechanics and they were not able to get our Diesel F-250 going. We changed out a sensor we did so many things and couldn't get it going. John listened to what we had done to the truck and he gave us some advice for us to do before taking it in to them. Well, it worked!!! Thank you John, if it would have been any other shop they would have taken the truck in and charged us. Diesel of Dallas knows their job. People these trucks are very delicate if we fail to care for them the proper way, it will cost you dearly! We are learning as we go, thank you John for helping us and best believe we will be calling you for any questions or doubts. Five star guys Diesel of Dallas I give them five starts!!

Yes 10 out of 10 again!!!!!I haul dump trailers so I need my F-250 to be running on its best and in full power mode these trailers are heavy. I took it again to Diesel of Dallas and John again got it running the way it should, my truck is running smooth again. Amy and John thank you once again and keep up the good work!!!This is the place to go for your Diesel Trucks these guys know what they are doing.

Had the engine malfunction notification system displaying a wrench now and then on my F350. No one could tell me what was wrong or causing it after going to 6 shops. Took it to these guys and they found the problem, ( a bad glow plug) in about 15 minutes. On top of it didn t charge me to do so. And the price I was given to fix it was truly more than fair along with reasonable. I would tell anyone needing repairs or having any issues with their diesel to go here. They are stand up people

I be been to Diesel of Dallas, First hand! And I never been disappointed!! They always treat me with a hand shake and friendly smile! The service is awesome. They can do a complete engine replacement in one day. Drive in to Dallas check in to a Hotel, go see the Dallas sites and fine food and when you get ready to check out the next morning your New Engine is ready for the trip back home.

The staff here are very friendly. I went in when they were closed for lunch but they still assisted me and even offered me food. There wasn t any beating around the bush or pulling my leg like many other places around town. They are a very genuine company and I recommend them to anyone who needs diesel work.
