Customer service was top level. They do the best to give you the best prices. One of the best experiences making a purchase. I would recommend anyone that wants to customize their vehicle to go to Dana s. Looking forward to do more business with them in the near feature.

For top-notch rims and tires in Dallas, TX, Dana at Dana's Customs is the go-to person! He assists in choosing the perfect rims and tires within your budget without any sales pressure. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I also had my brakes done, and they efficiently completed the job in less than 30 minutes. No long waiting times here, unlike some other tire centers. Highly recommend!

I showed up and was greeted by Alfonso. We discussed my concerns and what was wanted. We moved forward with a small deposit. Truck was returned within 48 hours. I was extremely satisfied and happy with the outcome! Highly recommend Dana s Customs!

Me and my son got a flat tire right in front of Dana Customs on a Sunday morning around 640. They didn't open till 10 so we tried calling tire shops around the area but no one answered. Ten o'clock sharp a pretty young lady pulls up to open up the business. We ask about buying a tire but they don't have our size.. We find one but it's across town so they put our spare on so we can make it to the other shop. They were Lifesavers and I wish their business the best of luck. Thanks Dana Customs.

LOVE THIS SHOP!!! I got a lifting kit and it was PERFECT. Dana was so kind and helped me this whole time, the most hands on owner of any shop i ve ever been to. was chatting with some customers at the shop and they all loved their services. I wouldn t want to go anywhere else

Best shop in all of Dallas! The prices are very competitive which is what has brought me and my husband back time and time again. The customer service is exceptional and never disappoints. Leidy, Alfonso, and even Dana himself are always so helpful. Leidy is very knowledgeable and has the best attitude!Best lift kits and best prices! You won t be disappointed.

Truly & Honestly the shop not just in DFW but in Texas and I mean it whole heartedly. AMAZING prices like really the best ones I ve seen. Great customer service, they were so considerate and the owner Dana was there the whole ine himself helping with everything aswell!! They have some crazy good lowering and lifting kits. I wouldn t want to go anywhere else. 10/10 recommend and my new go to for anything

Work wasn't performed properly had to go back twice to correct after problems. Alignment was incorrect and fixed second time, bushings installed incorrectly and failed 3 weeks later in rear end.Was told they could get to it in a week after other customers were finished even though I already paid to have it done right the first time. Nothing like getting told to wait behind new customer work after you paid and they did the work incorrectly.

Great place. We took our truck to get lifted and from the moment we walked in we were received with great customer service. Leidy was very helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns she was very knowledgeable. She even waited an hour after closing time for us because we were running late and still received us with a smile and was very polite.

Owner is extremely rude and inconsiderate. Their white truck with pink decals, license plate saying DANAA, and loud horns near the rear tires cut me off exiting the freeway. They proceeded to honk at me obnoxiously two times after they crossed the solid white lines to squeeze in front of me. Would never recommend anyone to go somewhere where the owner treats others like this.

Got my truck lifted with some new shoes.I m a real skeptical guy when it comes to my truck. I didn t trust a lot of people but I was recomended to Dana by a lot of people and I got to say he did not let me down. Even after everything got installed I had to take the truck to the dealership for other reasons but needed some information about the lift. Dana picked up every phone call since. Great guy he knows what he s doing!

They gave my buddy a quote for 320$ to mount his rims and tires but ended up charging him 650$. they caused 1500$ worth of damage by breaking a stud off and not telling him. when asked if they d fix it they said they d be calling their lawyers and reporting him to the police, FOR THEIR MISTAKE.terrible shop and terrible company all around.

This place seems honestly really sketchy, and to see that others have had issues really puts the icing on the cake. Today, a friend of mine received what he thought was service for the price of $300, but the worker insisted on $600 afterwards, whilst damaging the studs on his wheels, creating a hazard on the road for others and himself and never even informed the customer or attempted to fix the problem but instead upcharge him for the poor work that you just performed. The fact you let multiple vehicles leave with road hazards is concerning, and the proper precautions will be taken to be sure nobody else is going to be taken advantage of. So please do NOT use Dana Customs, you ll be better off in your own driveway!

Talk about amazing service with a smile! Upon arriving I was greeted quickly and within a very short period of time my tire was plugged in off I went. I highly recommend this shop if it's just a quick fix or a full new set of tires and rims!

Got my new truck lifted a few years ago no issues. Started gradually hearing knocking, brought it back bc i figured it was the lift which he tells you lifetime guaranteed, he told me that it needed new struts & arm bars. I took it to the dealership it only needed to be tightened, which he said he did, Dana was about to rob me for $800 for parts I didn t need. Lost a loyal costumer.

People are rude here. The guys outside have no manners and they have no idea what they are doing. I stopped here to get air in my tires and my lugnuts tightened. The guy loosed them up instead. Had to find that out in the highway and had to stop at another place to have them correctly tightened. Don't stop here.

Dont take your wheels here they damaged some work wheels while putting on the tires using fire and burnt the wheel. The tires weren t even stretched .

They damage really really bad my wheel and tire , and don t want to pay for damage or replace it , is a really bad place don t go bc they don t do a good job, bad service and work

Awesome team. If you have a lowered truck and you have the right setup they can align and fix camber issues on your truck and bought 2 tires for my wife s which where not in stock but had them in 10 minutes.Owner straight honest guy hard working staff.
